My wife & I were on a road trip passing through the Lewiston, ID area, when her laptop, which had been having no problems of any kind, just refused to start. We keep connected to work even on the road, so needed the laptop to work, pronto. We were leaving the area the next morning. We had seen Computer Doctor as we came into the area, so cycled back to them. No appointment. The friendly counter person listened to our story, then told us to give him a couple hours, he would fit in a diagnosis right away, and if the fix was easy, would do whatever needed doing to start the laptop, asap ... that day. We went to the store shortly after 10:00 AM & had the laptop back and working normally by 12:30PM. Total cost: $50. Battery problem. Not only was Computer Doctor very competent, but they were perfect on customer service, considering that we were strangers from out of town, not regular customers. Top things off by being reasonable on cost (less than we expected), and we left town thinking these guys are outstanding.

Xavier of Computer Doctors is an amazing tech that is very helpful & professional with whatever problem I come up against; from software issues, printer connections and even user error! There is never a dumb question for Xavier cause he is very patient & polite about explaining what the real issue that is going on. I appreciate that too.

Had a CPU liquid cooling system leak into my computer. Needed a cheap way to find out if the damage was larger than the cooling system, which they provided at a great price for a brick and mortar local shop. They were very knowledgeable and took great care of me.

Accidentally cleared my OS X files while trying to partition my IMac drive to dual boot Windows and MacOS. Was working out of state so I didn’t know anyone with another computer. They sold me a USB 3.0 stick with a Bootable Catalina MacOS installer for a very reasonable price. Got my computer up and running in no time. Thanks 👌.

If your computer is running slow, and you cant fix it yourself, theyll help you put. Sometimes ypu cam grab a piece of hardware cheap, but beware, sometimes its over price... Be sure to check Amazon.
