I am a non-technical person so need basic stuff explained to me. The team at The Computer Guy have been very helpful and patient. They are also willing to answer questions that are not related to the specific work being done. I have a laptop and desktop computer and took them each in one at a time for their annual tuneup. I had them back within 24-48 hrs. I also had some remote networking done between my 2 computers. Within 1/2 hour I was set up to access each computer from the other with simple instructions. Thanks

They took my printer in, fixed what was needed, (no charge) then carried my printer out to my car! They were very helpful and ready to do what was needed. Great service, fast turnaround, helpful people. I brought them my older laptop that was running slow and having trouble turning on. I brought my laptop in on Friday morning and had it back the following Monday. They do free diagnostic checks, where other places I called were going to charge me over $100 just to look at it. Turns out I just needed a new power cord to get it to turn on. But they also updated my computer and got it running a lot faster. My 7 year old laptop feels like a brand new machine! If you have any computer problems or questions, Id definitely recommend The Computer Guy.

My computer was having some issues with its fan. I took it to the Computer Guy Store, and they told me they would run diagnostics to see what the issue was.Turns out that it was just a bit of hair caught in one of the fans. They blew the air out, and because my computer didnt need repairs, they didnt charge me a dime.Turn around was fast. They called me the next day telling me it was ready.Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

These guys were amazing! I almost lost my entire collection of family photos and they were able to help me recover them!! They were super friendly, quick at helping me and affordable. I will definitely call them again for any of my electronic needs.

I came in to see what could be done about my broken laptop. I had so many videos and pictures of my son when he was a baby and feared I’d lose them. They checked it out and called me within a couple hours to tell me what was going on. They were able to get my information and also both of them were super honest about a few different question me and my boyfriend asked about. I took my computer in to get cleaned up as it had a bunch of gunk on it from the previous owner (an ex) and wanted that stuff removed. Got it back nice and clean saving my bookmarks and photos as instructed. Theyre office is immaculately clean and the people are super efficient and nice! I highly recommend The Computer Guy for all of your computer repairs, tweaks, virus protection or upgrades. They also have a nice selection of new and used machines as well!

Everyone Ive dealt with has been helpful and gave me great customer service. Theyve done diagnostic work on my computer a couple of times--once my power supply was shot and they got an old laptop going again so I could wring a few more months of service out of it. Ive also had them do a basic checkup. They even came to our house and diagnosed why our computer couldnt connect to the internet even with wireless. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their services.

The Computer Guy in Orofino was able to remove remotely a malicious malware that froze my computer. Very convenient to not have to lug my desktop down to the store 25 miles away. Works fine now. He did an excellent job of tuning up my computer.
