The customer service was fabulous! The paint quality was also great. The only down side was that the prices were double of what I had paid elsewhere. I decided to go with it because I didnt want to deal with the poor customer service and paint colors not mixed properly. I will likely go back for my next project.

I guess you could say the paint is expensive but the quality is really good. I own a small motel so durable scrubbable paint is mandatory. So I paint less so its technically cheaper. Great service as well they keep track of the paint you bought so when you go in and say I need gray paint there is no screwing around they pull you up and sell you the gray paint you bought last time. Snappy and convenient!

Friendly, helpful, prompt service. Used the online application to paint our house in order to select colors. Online color appears to be very different from the paint dot on the sample Color-To-Go can, but well see what happens when it is on the house. Im very glad we can purchase samples. I would hate to paint the entire house the wrong color! :)
