Jeff hooked it up and put my new chain and sprockets on & and gave it some fresh oil. I couldn’t be happier with the end results. He goes above and beyond. Jeff took my thoughts and put them all in a quote for me to give me an idea with what I’m looking forward to. I will forever be his customer for anything I need from now on. You can tell he has passion and is so so fair with pricing. Not sure what the labor in bikes cost but I felt like it wasn’t enough money for his service. Jeff does an outstanding job taking care of his customers and fixing up bikes we somehow break or cant figure out. He diagnoses the issue, explains it to you what is wrong, then fixes it perfectly. Jeff makes sure every customer is treated just like family. My Dyna came back in better shape and looked better than ever before. The man does great work.

Jeff took great time and care to explain what would be done, the turnaround time was just a couple of days, and the price was super competitive. He even attended to a couple of items that I didnt think to request and didnt charge me anything extra. I noticed that Jeff had Harleys as well as metric bikes in his shop. Called up asking about tires and a battery and was told that both could be done in a couple of hours since I was on a time crunch. After trailering the bike there and leaving it for the afternoon. I picked it up the next day, walked into the shop and was presently surprised that the owner was cleaning the bike like it was his own. Just goes to show the care and quality of service this shop goes to. No job too small or big for this owner/mechanic. Ill be recommending this shop to all my fellow rider friends. Jeff will answer just about any motorcycle question over the phone and make sure you fully understand what hes about to do to your bike before he does it. Hes extremely accommodating and really knows his stuff. Skip the dealer and go here. Better service without the dealer tax.

I asked Jeff about doing some audio work for me on my Harley. I was gonna order an amp & speakers online and have him do the install. After some back and forth he saved me from making a bad, expensive decision and pointed me to good, proven equipment. After he ordered and installed it, I wasnt happy with the sound and took it back to him...he worked and worked on it for hours until he was able to diagnose the problem and make it right. Hes definitely someone Id recommend for anything motorcycle related...good work, good prices, and a stand up guy.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Jeff did an AMAZING job getting my Honda Shadow ACE running again and saved me hundreds over the dealership costs. I learned a lot from him, too. He rebuilt the carbs, turned it up, changed the oil, flushed the brakes and installed 2 new tires. Very reasonable prices and fast turnaround. I bought it used and the previous owner had put custom pipes on it. Jeff adjusted the carbs for the custom pipes. My bike hasnt run this well since I bought it several years ago. Now, I will ALWAYS take my bike to Jeff and Spike Cycle. A fan for life.

Outstanding. This review is several months late,and does that I apologize. Denton Cycle Center completely lost my business after quoting me a price on an oil change and then tackinh on $70.00 in the end. They said it took longer but forgot i saw the Bike souring there the entire time waiting for time to expire on the future Financial Rape of a soon to be former customer. Went to Spikes with my second bike for an oil change and Brakes. Fair pricing,excellent service and delivered when promised. I remembered i didnt do this review after i got a flat tire on the rear tire today. Im be getting 2 new tires from Spikes tomorrow. Suggested Spikes to all my friends with their Bikes too.

Jeff spent a good 30+ minutes with me on the phone discussing the pros and cons of possibly working on my 1998 Yamaha YZF-600R. He explained to me the whys and why nots of putting money into a bike of that age with a carburetor and the fact the seals and other parts may be towards end of life. And although he may get it going for now I would need to expect to spend more in the future. It really all made perfect sense and crystallized what I already suspected. Even though he does not sell motorcycles it suggested some of the newer bikes I may want to check out if I decide to replace this one.Although he is not getting my business today, he has earned my respect and I appreciate his honesty and not trying to make a quick buck He will get any future business I may have for him and that of anyone I speak with needing a honest motorcycle mechanic.

I highly recommend Jeff for all of your bike service needs. From the moment I called to feel him out over the phone hes been very professional and has been able to answer every single question with no hesitation or stuttering in words. What I mean by that is when you call some people, you can tell theyre not sure of the answers they give you.Jeff is very confident. He has patience and explains everything he does. Last week, I let him perform my 1K service on my 2016 Harley Softail Deluxe and was tempted to only let the Harley Dealer work on my bike, but im very confident Jeff did the same exact quality work Harley would have done. He lets you watch what he does, unlike some individuals will ask you to wait in back until bike is finished. Very good pesonality. I can tell he was previous Harley Service Manager because of how detailed he was. Go see this guy. As picky as I am, if I like him, you will definitely like him. Ride safe guys!!
