Made an appointment for an airbag replacement. Three days later I showed up for my appointment. I sat in the waiting area for four hours only to be told that they didnt have the part. They said they would come pick my car up the next business day to do the work. No one showed up. This probably the worst customer service experience Ive ever seen.

My 1st encounter with this particular Honda dealership. I previously used Honda of Denton until they sold and hired all new dishonest people in the service dept. I have never been back there. I took my car in for a recall inspection. Of course they do an overall inspection. I appreciate the honesty as I already knew of an issue that doesnt require repair at this moment. They verified that instead of insisting it needed to be fixed now. Very satisfied with thg is facility and their service dept. Would recommend to anyone!

Only reason I went here was because when I purchased my ram 1500 I bought an oil change package and was told I could go to any autonation in the country. Well just spent 2 hours there for them to do an oil change and tire rotation.(something any valvoline or oil change place can do in 15 minutes) Their reason for it taking so long they said they didnt have a lift big enough for my truck, whatever that means. My truck is a 100% stock ram 1500 nothing huge. I will never buy another oil change package with a vehicle. This has been my experience every time(9times, 3 different autonations) I have done this in the past 4 years, luckily only one more before Ill just take it to a regular oil change place. Side note atleast they didnt sell me on something they didnt know how to do. I asked about getting a radiator and transmission fluid flush when I first arrived. They eventually told me they wouldnt be able to do those and to take it to a dodge dealership.

To say I’m shocked would be an understatement. I was ready to sell my 9 year old Tacoma. I had listed it locally, as well as done several “offers” over the internet. The internet offers were $2,500 less than I wanted. One company said they would give me up to exactly what I wanted, but their adjuster would come out and see if they needed to deduct. Benson at Auto Nation said he got my name because I tried the instant cash offer on KBB. I told him I wouldn’t take anything near what KBB offered me. He said “that’s fine, just come down.” Both he and his boss called me to make sure I was on my way. I got every penny I asked for, and was in and out in 90 minutes, check in hand.Seriously. I’m shocked. I don’t like car dealerships. But maybe this one is decent if you’re looking to sell your vehicle.

Updated: Sept2019: I would recommend this repair facility as we have come to realize that there are several people here who do care about the customer and the service they provide to those customers. When our situation came to the attention of several representatives, it was handled quickly and professionally by personnel who were intent on maintaining this family as a customer. We were eventually contacted by the service manager who worked with my wife to get the vehicle back in the road.Sept2019: I came by here with my wifes Honda Accord that we originally bought from this vehicle sales location on the front side of this business. We brought the vehicle here for a low battery we had exchanged via the AAA Auto Plan after the vehicle wouldnt start at the gas pumps. The drop off of the vehicle was without incident in the morning hours. The business soon called to advise her the battery was below the standard needed for the vehicle to function properly. My wife authorized the battery service, but then the service representative starts telling her she needed to get other items completed such as the front and back brakes and tires rotation. My wife accepted the service recommendation and authorized this service too. After they called and said the vehicle was ready I dropped her off so we could pick it up. On the way home we noticed other issues that were not a part of our original service complaint. I suggested that the vehicle needs to go back because there was no way to operate the vehicle in a safe manner.

Spent $1100 on repairs to then find out a couple days later that they are running a promotion on 25% off on all repairs including parts and labor. So when I called to ask about this deal and why i wasnt alerted of the deal while getting the repairs, i was told by the manager that the deal was on the radio and i shouldve known. Nobody there bothered to mention it, but Im supposed to know about there deals that are advertised on the radio like its 1950. I will never bring another car here. they are nothing but a bunch of thieves like every other large car dealership. OHHHH and by the way be prepared to clean the marker they use off your windshield yourself before you leave because apparently they fired their car washer.

AutonNation Honda service department is great. This one star is for Collision Department. Actual Collision department is in Addison. Lewisville has a remote desk. As I live nearby, I went Lewisville to drop my vehicle. Wrong decision. This person work in Lewisville (Jason), doesnt do the job thoroughly. My car came with missing part. He told me to contact Insurance to get reimbursed myself. Sound easy, but it wasnt. As other car crashed to mine, I had to contact other side drivers insurance company to get help. Insurance company tried to send me back to AutoNation, but they just went ahead reimbursed me directly. Why? Mr. Jason didnt even answer my email. Looks like, he didnt care anymore once they got paid. Just go to Addison location if you need to fix your car.

I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership over the years and trusted the service Dept. Took my son’s CRV in and after being pressured to spend $2000 for maintenance and declining another $2100 worth of “potentially needed” work, was scared by a final report that his brakes also need $500 worth of work as they were “in the red”. Took the car to my local mechanic at Kwik Kar in Coppell who powerwashed the car for free and check the brakes to discover they were fine just caked in mud. I’m really disappointed in the dealership and their hard sell.

Excellent service. The serviceman Josh was polite, helpful, and had our issue with our car taken care of. In the warranty dept.John helped us with purchasing extended warranty on my daughters Honda civic. 5 stars service by everyone in this dealership!

My Mom bought a used car from them and they charged her an extra $2800 for a bumper-to-bumper vehicle protection and care plan that she later found out only covers oil changes and tire rotation. Dont trust them to give you a good deal.
