Best hail repair, HANDS DOWN!! I didn’t have to worry about anything, not even my deductible! I didn’t come out of pocket at all. They were able to pick my car up from my job, get me into a rental car, and repair over $6000 worth of hail within two days. They even delivered my vehicle back to me. It’s back to it’s perfect condition!

The service from Elite Hail was fantastic. The did everything to accommodate my schedule and make the process easy, including scheduling the service while I was out of town, picking and dropping my car off for me, and performing all the coordination with the insurance company. The quality of workmanship is excellent. The exterior of my car looks new again. Elite even went above and beyond by restoring a dent that was not caused by hail and not covered by insurance - at no additional cost me. Elite waived the deductible so I paid nothing out of pocket and they recovered 10% more from my insurer than expected. I will definitely use Elite Hail in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Quality work at a fair price. Previous hail repair on vehicle was not near as nice. Very impressed with finished product. On time delivery. Had some paint work done at their partner shop TX auto barn, and was pleased with their work too!

Elite is a 5 star hail repair company. They had my rental car ready at Enterprise rental when i exchanged my car with them, and drove my repaired car to my work when its finished. Other hail repair companies do not come close to Elites customer service, it has been a great experience with Elite.

This will be one of the most important reviews Ive written and Im a common reviewer here on Google. Elite Hail are absolutely one of the best companies Ive dealt with. They provide a level of service in their offerings as well as customer service that is absolutely rare these days. Dealing with them was a great experience in every way as they made the whole process seamless. To start off with, we bought a brand new car back in May. Not even 3 weeks later it gets torn up by the hail. It felt like it was torn up with it being a brand new vehicle still with paper plates - you can imagine. From the back trunk, the roof, the hood and sides of the car. The paint cracked in multiple places. These werent just dents and I thought surely this wasnt repairable. But it was and Elite have since repaired the vehicle and you cant even tell anything was ever damaged on it, as though it just rolled right off the new car lot for a 2nd time. Justin, the Sales Rep, took care of everything for my wife. From securing the rental to coordinating with the insurance. Matt, one of the owners, was amazing too as he was on the phone late one night answering my many questions about the repair. My worry was that the car would never look the same; that the paint color wouldnt match. But he quickly calmed my worries and the end result of their work confirmed just how great they are! Its literally art. And I told them that... you guys are artists. I wanted to write a glowing review because this is one of those companies Im happy to support, recommend anyone to, and return if I ever have to. They were happy to have my business too and I appreciated that. Their attention to detail and attention to the customer is honestly a rarity in our times (imho).
