Hannah Nguyen and the Finance Manager Chris took the time to work with us on pricing despite the market/inventory shortage. I shopped around many DFW area car dealerships, and they came out ahead with a better deal on a better quality vehicle. My 2021 Accord Touring has been an absolute joy to own. The fit and finish, ride quality, full range of driver safety and assistance features, and premium amenities and audio are truly impressive. It even shares the same thrilling engine as the Civic Type R. Im looking forward to many miles of comfort, reliability, and fun in this phenomenal sedan!
My salesman, Jon, was great. Other than that, the experience was terrible. They never return phone calls, the minor repairs I needed under warranty ended up taking 4 weeks to complete with virtually no communication on progress (at one point I dropped off the car so they could take it to another dealership for repairs and they didnβt even touch it for a week and ignored my calls/texts/emails), they promised a rental/loaner and then never called back or followed through. This place is a nightmare to work with and they have no customer service after the initial purchase. The buying experience up to that point was great.
I bought Nissan 2011 on July 4th 2021.I got the plates after four months which was not what i expected. Every time i went there and enquire about the plates and parts i got very unreal answers . The car had the old Front control arms that needed to be changed, was never ordered . My sales person Janet ghosted out after she sold me this car. I tried to call her to ask about plates and part . She never responded and blocked me which was amazing customer service. Folks, Auto Nation Honda has the worst customer service, i would not waste my time and money for nothing. I would definitely not recommend this place for their worst customer service.
Great overall experience! From the time I arrived to the time I drove my new Type R off the lot, everyone there was extremely friendly and professional.They made sure I was happy with the vehicle and had it ready for me on the showroom floor. It was amazing, sonic grey pearl is a beautiful color!Financing was easy and efficient. I was in and out within an hour or two. They explained everything so well.Thanks again!

She is absolutely the best! Cynthia was very helpful, honest and kind. My service took longer than what was expected, but she kept me updated the entire time and truly felt bad that it was taking so long. I was understanding that the staff was doing their best with what they had. Sure I was frustrated, but yelling and getting upset with the staff isnβt going to change anything. It wonβt make they work faster, and it wonβt make the parts needed arrive sooner. The only thing it does is makes the staffs job harder and more stressful.Thank you so much Cynthia for helping me get my serviced and being honest about your recommendations! I was looking a specific vehicle with certain features and my salesperson Hilary was able to locate it at another auto nation dealership and picked up for me. My finance person Ali made the finance portion very painless and quick with providing me all the warranties available to me. I definitely recommend them and especially Hilary because sheβs the truth.
I always come to the service department for my oil changes, after today I will not be coming back, I was told an hour to an hour and a half so I left and let the Advisor know just to give me a call when my vehicle is done, 3 hours later I keep calling to see the update on my vehicle and nobody can tell me but the Advisors which none were available, I finally go to pick up my vehicle and of course it was done but nobody called me, more annoying when I went to check out I asked the girl that gave me my paperwork if they found anything that needed to be changed or worked on and she couldnt tell me she told me they started a new service and now I have to wait until I get an email to see what comments were left about my vehicle, come to open my email and all I got was a receipt, then go to my vehicle to find out once again no complementary car wash, it seems like wherever you go us as customers need to babysit to make sure things are done and you get your good customer service..
The salesman Darrius was a good salesman to work with. Although the service side of things is trash. No sense of urgency to help or any correct guidance to have my newly purchased vehicle fixed from a day 1 issue. Wiring harness that has came undone on the first drive home. Cant get anyone to help get this fixed.
Great service. I was pleased with all the suggestions from the service department and the mechanics to keep my vehicle running well. They even found coupons on their own that saved me well over $100. I cant ask for better service than that.

Theo and Darius teamed up to help me purchase the exact car Iβd been looking for. I spoke to four or five other dealers and none of them gave me genuine guidance that these two gentlemen provided. If youβre in the market for a vehicle give either of these guys a call, even if you just have questions for nowβ¦you wonβt regret it.
I did not give 5 stars because I was disappointed with the service staff not responding to 2 voice mails. I was unable to reach my service advisor. I left a message and I was not called back. I left a message with the service manager and I was not called back. The service was completed to my satisfaction.
This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. No one seems to care. You stand around forever before anyone will help you. I would not have bought a used car from this dealer if cars were not in shortage right now. I have been waiting two months to get agreed repairs completed. I even brought this to the attention of the sales manager, and he just had the useless salesman call me again and he again dropped the bale. ABSOLUTELY NO follow up from salesmen. Makes you wonder if they even care if they make a sale or not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They wasted my time. Very disappointed. They texted me telling me they were interested in buying my car. I explained that I already had an offer from Vroom and gave them the price. The exact words were That number doesnt scare me. I let them know that if I brought it to them I would expect to be offered at least a $100 more or so since Vroom will pick it up and they assured me they would not waste my time. I drove the car down with my wife and kids following to be my ride home. Once there we sat for about 20 minutes (which was fine) and they came back with a number several thousand less than my Vroom offer. Frustrated, I reminded them of the Vroom offer and the sales/purchase agent went away for another 10 minutes only to return with an offer still a thousand less. We were stunned. They absolutely should have figured out their very best price before I ever went down there. If Vroom could do it without seeing my car they could too. DONT sell your car to them. I wont be selling or buying and steering my friends away. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
1 Star you ask? The sales rep who quoted myself and my pregnant wife a rate and deal because she was a first responder. As we were en route from selling her car, the sales rep sold it from under us for a convenience of 45 minutes. He would not take responsibility for breaking his word and tried to blame it on his manager, who conveniently could not be reached by his phone and would be leaving for the day by the time we would arrive. We had banked on the car and my wife would have no car for her 12hrs shift the next day. We became a statistic that fell for a typical car salesman ploy. BUYER BEWARE.
Recently purchased a used truck last Tuesday. Notice the alignment was off and took it in to get fixed from auto shop, they said it would require a caster and camber kit that would cost around $499. After recently purchasing the truck I called autonation back to see if they could help and they said someone from service would call me. No one did, this was on Saturday morning. I made the decision I wanted to exercise the right for money back guarantee so I called on Monday to see how the process would work. The salesman told me they wouldnt accept it because its the 6th day. I told him how could I return the vehicle if the 5th day lands on Sunday he said you would have to turn it in on saturday which is the 4th day. There is no underwriting that specifies that term so now I felt stuck with the truck. Still wanting to figure out the caster and camber kit I called over 5x and left voicemails with 3 different managers. I didnt hear back from someone until late Wednesday, I even called the number that they auto reply to on poorly rated reviews that connects you to the gm and it gets you nowhere. The service department did nothing when I brought my truck in besides tell me they could do an alignment and that I should take it to another autonation ford. This dealer has poor communication, I felt they purposely dragged their feet to get me outside of the 5 day back guarantee, and the service department did nothing. I would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer.
I called them to talk about a service I need. No one called me back. I stopped at their service and asked for a drop off but they said they cannot drop for 2 hours. They cant schedule talk to clarify things on phone and cannot do service. Couple of times I went for service the car wash was not working.

Throughout the entire process from assessing the vehicle, and ordering parts to scheduling for the work to be done, Ashlyn delivered superb customer service. She was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. I appreciated all the phone calls and text updates from her. Everyone working at Honda Lewisville seemed to work together like a team and it showed. I felt like my car was in the best hands.
The rep I worked with was very clear and straightforward with all of the information he presented to me about my vehicle. He laid out all the options available to me while I was changing out a part and was very forthcoming about other types of work that I hadnt thought about doing. I had a good experience here overall.

With exception of one of associate at AutoNation Honda in Lewisville, our experience was good. That said, be very careful when you get to the point of financing the vehicle at this place. Do your homework first, make sure you know all rates and what Honda offers before you step to this dealership. You would be taking advantage of if you dont know what is being offered. I had the offer on my phone screen from Honda Financial services, and the finance manager came to help me said, that offer is not valid. If you want to finance, we can find you third party financing. When I asked about the rate, he said, depending on your credit score, it could be about 4%-4.5%. I was very disappointed that I was being lied to as I was showing him active advertised screen.I did end up getting rate Honda Financial services was offering at the time. Dealership did take care of us, the second finance manager was supper, Sales associate and director/manager were supper, General Manager was supper. I have bought number of new cars/Honda vehicles. Overall, this is one of best dealerships I have dealt with.
I love the people there. They take good care or you. You can find great deals and find the car you want or need. I recommend others to come check out this wonderful place.
5 stars for the Service Department for their willingness to accommodate me with no appointment. 3 stars for the Service Technician that serviced my car because he recommended numerous services to be done that had already been completed by another Honda Dealership that he had no record of in their system. All Customers should make sure they keep a record of all of their service repairs to compare to the Service Technicians maintenance recommendations; they can save a lot of money that way.
Do not take your car here for service.I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for an airbag recall. Rearranged my work schedule, showed up at the appointment only to be told they didnt have the airbags and would have to order them. Cynthia told me she would call when they were in.The following week I still hadnt heard from them. I left a voicemail with Tammy and an email to Ashlyn with no response. I finally got a man on the phone who said he would find out from Cynthia what happened, as there was no record of her ordering my airbags. Still no call back.You would think an airbag recall would be a priority because of the liability for Honda?! Guess they will learn the hard way.Simply unacceptable customer service. Go elsewhere!!!
Went there for a specific vehicle and called ahead to make sure it was there, we get there and oh that car isnt ready lets show you something else. π€¬ Okay here is my budget and the max I am willing to spend. They say we have 7 or 8 in that range Ill be right back, well he comes back with one and only one option 2k over what I said was my max and says its the only one than grabs a manager to try to pressure me into it. Waste of my time.

I took my van in to get new brakes and an alternator. My van was running great before I dropped it off. It wasnt even 24 hours before the check engine light came on and driving was impossible. Called and left messages but never got a call back. Finally fed up, I had my van dropped off at the service department. Now there is another set of issues with my van. It was a terrible experience.

Advisor James has helped service my vehicle for a couple years now. It took some time for the ordered tires to deliver to the dealership. (3 weeks from day of ordering and setting up initial appointment for service). However, given the inconvenience James ensured that he would keep me updated & he did just that. He took great care of me. (5 stars π for James in service & for AHMED).The only couple of inconveniences was the fact that after a few days of having my car back from getting two new tires & alignment was that my tire light indication has been turned back on since three days after repair showing that thereβs an issue & while not being at the shop while getting my car serviced, you werenβt able to get ahold of anyone via phone unless itβs the call center and even then they transfer you to a voicemail. Especially when calling to ask questions you still canβt reach anyone. You literally have to show up to get anything answered. Also, in order to ask one simple question you get transferred multiple times but never reaching an actual person for assistance and when leaving a voice mail you never receive a call back. Only from my experience.
Repairs and services were as expected on terms of money and time. It wonβt hurt to have the car washed after three days and a lot of money spent.
Two people that need to be recognized first are: James Norris and Tammie--Service Manager.Both have great communication skills and make sure you are not forgotten. Example: Tammie called me after 7:00PM the day I dropped my car off for service to let me know it was completed ahead of schedule.James went out of his way and found the telephone number for the navigation system update that I needed.Service technician notified James that my tire wear was not good on the right front tire. I let him know that, that particular tire was not round, it had a flat spot.Now why did I take the car in for service. My 2013 Honda Accord EX had 63,000+ mile and I felt it need a tune up. Why because it was getting less gas mileage--highway miles it averages about 36 MPG.James mentioned what would be performed on the engine. The performance has improved, especially going up hills or bridges the MPG indicator did not drop as much as it had in the past.If you are looking for quality from a technical or communication perspective; AutoNation Honda is number one.I live in Lake Kiowa, TX about 60 miles away. I go to this dealership because I can always count on them doing a quality job.
Recently bought a 2018 accord at this dealership. Nick Schulz was our salesman and Ali was our finance guy. Nick was great and had a no-nonsense attitude. He was very knowledgeable on the cars and buying process and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We really appreciated to do business with him.From walking in to the dealership to driving off with the car it was about 5 hours. There were many times Nick had to go take care of something during the buying process and would be gone for 10-15minutes until he came back. If autonation could improve on their automation of the process that would great. Nick was great in offering us water while we were there.We had brought a car to trade in and even though we ultimately decided not to use the trade in, they still assessed the vehicle and gave us a recommendation that was fair.At this time it has been a week since purchasing the car and we will need to go back to get a chip in the windshield replaced. It was agreed that this would get fixed at no cost by the dealer prior to purchase we just werenβt able to schedule it the day of. We are also still waiting on the title and plates but that should come in within a month or so.Ali, our finance guy, was awesome! A great attitude and it was a pleasure to finalize everything with him. He has a ton of experience and made sure we were aware of what we were signing and could explain it in simple terms.
Worst experience ever. Scheduled appointment twice for a Honda recall. They gave me a reminder call for my appointment both the times. but never worked on it. Second time, I left my vehicle at 8 am and went to pick it up at 6 pm. But they told me, they have not worked on it.. as they have no parts. They promised to call me and pick my vehicle, they never did that......

Service department is a mess. Spent approx $800. Picked up my car, itβs not detailed, fluids are not topped off, wheel lugs are loose on my car.What a joke. I paid to have them experiment on my car.
I was in town staying with my mom during a hospital stay. In the middle of heading down to Texas my air conditioning went out & if you know anything about Texas, its humid & hot! Without knowing when my mom would get out of the hospital I couldnt really schedule anything, so I was at the service center the morning after she got out hoping they could work me in. Steven was fantastic! He got the part needed the next day & if it werent for my warranty company (extended warranty company) it would have been complete in a couple of days. Service department is top notch!

Do NOT go to this place!. I had applied to get a truck i wanted. Person i was working with was completely incompetent. Never called or texted back to inform me how it was going. I had to test SEVERAL times just to get a answer from her. Then finally texts me saying it was still with her boss...NEVER got a return call back. I even sent a text saying that i was just going to go somewhere else. No message or call..NOTHING. This is by FAR the WORST EXPERIENCE i have EVER had with trying to purchase a vehicle.

He was easy to locate and approach, and was knowledgeable about the systems of my 2020 Honda Pilot. He provided me with facts and helped me to make decisions based on honesty. When my Honda was delivered, he inspected the exterior for cleanliness. He even cleaned off what was missed, himself. Quality of service has been good. But extremely long wait times on week ends even for scheduled appointments. I had a 7:30 AM service appointment and it took nearly 3 hours to complete.
Great service - the car buying process was smooth and the people were pleasant to work with. Very happy with the new ride!In particular I worked with Nick who showed me all the features of the car before we went out on our test drive. Appreciate the help and would recommend buying from here in the future.

Bought a Civic Type R about two months ago. Sat for a few hours. Agreed to even put more money down to get to where I needed my payment to be. I was there for at least four hours.Then finally Iβm brought into the finance office where this gentleman proceeded to tell me a new payment that was 70 dollars more a month. He never explained why. And I kept asking why. The more angry I appeared to him the more he magically lowered the payment. Kept saying he was having to renegotiate. Never talked about warranty. Thing is, he wasnβt negotiating. He was looking at his computer and looking back at me with a new lower payment. So basically he tried to bend me over for 70 dollars more a month but as I got mad kept lowering it. Finally agreed to the deal which did raise my payment but only by 28 dollars. Huge difference from 70/month. I just wish they would have talked about this while we were going over my trade and down payment. Every other dealer that I had appointments with to look at the CTR, when quoting price and payment always said thatβs βwith warranty.βCut to about six weeks later. My plates never show up. Why you might wonder? Well, itβs because they took my military plates with my trade in. When I asked why I canβt have them back they tell me that I would be issued more. Well guess what? They donβt issue you more plates. They register the new car with the military plates. So I drove around with temp tags not knowing my car was already registered. When the DPS apologizes for what the dealer does then yeah. Itβs not good.3 stars because I didnβt hate my experience. But I didnβt love it either.

The only downside was the same song & dance over negotiating for the value of my trade and the financing on the new car. I really dislike that part, but once we got over that 2 hour hurdle everything went smoothly.
New to Lewisville and Ive called SEVERAL times to inquire about their service department. I only take my car to Honda for maintenance...always have. 3 times someone has agreed to call back, never did. Left a voice mail with someone in service.... still waiting. Ill just keep driving to MY Honda dealer in Killeen since they clearly do not want my business in Lewisville. Besides customer service goes a long way and Cleo Bay Honda.... is AWESOME!
We drove 20 miles from Frisco to this dealership. The salesmans attitude from beginning was not very pleasant but I just moved on with questions about the car I was interested in. To my surprise, he was very short and brief in answering the questions and was not willing to explain what options are available to me. He was just looking at a fine print on his computer without trying to show me the existing cars and colors available. So he made it very hard and unclear for me to even ask more questions. Having a very thick accent and mumbling, it sounded like when I was asking him to repeat what he just said because I did not understand/hear, added to his frustration. At the end, when I asked him to explain what are the extra added charges, he blew up at me by saying I cant give you those details including available interest rates for financing until you decide to buy !! Seriously?! You did not even get up from behind your desk to take me for a test drive, youre nervous to tell me what are the extra fees, you have provided us with no paper with price and details on it about the car and I just have to decide in the air with those little and incomplete explanations of yours on an exact car which I dont even know you have it available or not because of your unclarity. All he wrote down for me after doing weird calculation on his phone calculator was two numbers: 399 and 359 on a sticky note and he never explained what are those numbers for. Unorganized and not focused on what he was supposed to do!Very unpleasant and inconvenient experience with a huge waste of time. I am not sure how he got hired in the first place as a salesman!! Just save yourself tons of time and energy by taking your business to someone who actually welcomes and respects you as their customer!

James was a pleasure to work with and offered superb service. I really liked how Isaiah,TJ, and my financial advisor Rick took really good care of me, because my recent experience with AutoNation Honda Lewisville was my first time actually buying a car. I didnβt know a good amount of information that goes into car shopping, but with the help of my Aunt, we were able to ask effective questions, get a good financial plan for me and a car that I both liked and needed. After looking for a new car at competing dealerships, I came to Honda as my last hope of keeping my sanity with buying a car. They were very professional, understood my frustration with previous dealerships, and were able to assist me at every turn. The process was quick and painless, like I had hoped! I got the car I wanted at a great price, every employee I spoke with went above and beyond to help me, and I felt like the most important customer in the world. I will definitely come back should I ever need another car!
Extremely disappointed and upset purchased a 2017 Honda HRV and 8 months later the transmission went out. Please be aware as the sales manager said cars can go bad from one day to another and you are on you own with a $7k cost repair if donβt buy the extended warranty. Donβt purchased there and if you do make sure they give you the car fax and the check point report and plan on purchase the extended warranty.
Nick Schulz was my salesman and he guided us through the process smoothly, definitely a great first impression for someone like me, especially since this was my first time going to buy a car and being a car owner as of two days prior to this review. He was very informative about different financing and leasing options, and about the features of the car I was looking at (civic hatchback sport). Very communicative about the process for scheduling service for my vehicle and how to contact him for any further help or questions. Definitely going back to this location for future purchases and service!
Honda Lewisville always provides excellent customer service. I have bought two cars from them and will continue to go back for my third! Crystal helped me during my last service appointment and was able to answer all my questions and helped with everything I needed.

I went into Autonation of Lewisville with the mind set of a price I wanted and I wasnt going to budge or buy a car without that price being met. Sean S was my sales rep and he was beyond helpful and patient as I asked a billion and one questions about the difference between EX and EXL. He also made my price point work so I am beyond ecstatic about my new ride :) I will be back!
This place isnβt anything exceptional like some other dealerships Iβve been to. The sales process went okay, I was there for an extremely long time though. What Iβm more frustrated about is the fact that I have to keep calling and asking about my license plates, and I called about 6 times now. And whatβs more frustrating is that itβs now approaching 1 month past the expiration date, they had 60 days to get my plates but I donβt know what happened I guess somebody wasnβt doing their job. And good luck having them call you back, Iβve had several times where Iβm told Iβll get a call back and I get nothing, they just seem to βforgetβ. The customer service here is lacking, good luck to anyone thatβs hoping to get any help from the employees that work here, they donβt seem to care about helping you, and they will do anything to not have to deal with you.

I was waiting on in the service department by a man by the name of James who has more than 30 years of auto mechanic knowledge and experience . He was very through in explaining to me the details of my mechanical issues. I found he reflects his Christian faith by the sincere manner he displayed in his assisting me with my concerns. Kudos to James ! I will be coming back.
Worst purchasing experience ever! The sales person is extremely hard to communicate. I spent the entire day trying to get the sales person to answer 4 of my questions through email. His reply was slow and inefficient. He either only answered part of my questions or ignored my questions completely. I had to keep asking the same questions over and over again. After I decided to make the purchase, he made me wait for 3 hours and told me to come again the next day. His manger emailed me later asking me if I want to buy the car or not. I complained to him. Instead of apologizing to me, the manager chose to ignore my complaints completely. What a team!

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation Honda of Lewisville and it was as pleasant and successful as the first time. Jon Detter, Sunny, and the whole team are friendly and easy to work with. I appreciate that they are transparent in their interactions, straightforward in their sales approach, they do not employee high-pressure tactics, and they are reasonable negotiators who will work with you to meet expectations. Overall, Im very pleased and would recommend others go see them too.

I went to this place twice but I always had bad service experiences. Every sales people I met were not friendly. Do not go there! If you go there just to visit and/or dont buy their car, you are your own. They will simply say we are busy, cars are out there, go take a look, test drive is not available, If you find interested, look for me. They will ditch you and go back to their office. Plus, when I told a sales man what I dont want, he talked back over and over. It was very upsetting. I will never buy a car from this place.

My reason for doing business here was to see what type of offer they would give me for my SUV. I got there as soon as they opened, greeted right away, and they begun the process of appraising my suv. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle and made me anOffer a short while later. Their offer was more in line with what I was thinking the vehicle was worth. Their offer was also $3000 more than what Carmax offered me. And $6000 more than what βmy dealerβ β¦Classic Chevroletβ¦. offered me!!! I went back up there in the evening, we did all the paperwork, and within a hour I had check in hand then heading back home quite happily!!! Very professional. Very nice facility. And I did take notice of their nice new cars they had for sale at a reasonable prices as well. Give them a chance.
Every experience we have had at AutoNation Lewisville has been a great one! - From buying a car, to regular maintenance and most recent a body shop repair! (I am thrilled that they also offer reasonable, fast and a beautifully done body work!) - We could not have been more pleased! The service advisors have been wonderful, we well as the work done! Please never ever go to this place very poor service no one answered bought a car and so call manager he donβt care I asked him can I get some help and he was ok and I waited 1.30 minutes he was just walking here and there the sales person was really rude ohhhh because may be I am brown skin and even I paid cash for my car 12 days ago I did not get any kind of paper work they told me they will email me still waiting when I call no one answered I bought almost 20 cars in last 30 years but never ever had this kind of service wish you all the best
One of the useless places I have visited recently. Not customer centric, and very unprofessional. And I had to deal with an useless guy who donβt know how to deal with customers, while I was there to get my vehicle evaluated. Not going back there again.
