Best staff and techs-- go here, well worth any wait. They did not pay me for this-- just a disabled veteran happy to find a good shop.

Didn’t end up up buying here but only due to timing. I was helped at another shop this week and Lifted 4x4 could fit me in end of next week. I’ve shopped plenty of places, Brandon was extremely helpful, patient and never tried to “sell” me. Wish I could of pulled the trigger on my purchase here because this team made me feel confident that had I bought here, it would of been right. 4 stars, would of been 5 but timing was not aligned to what I preferred.

I wrote a review about a year ago when I first got my rims in my lift kit. I got defective rims that the coding started to peel after seven months. I contacted the owner for the last six months or more trying to get something resolved throws me off tells me he’s going to figure something out and nothing ever happens. When I purchased rims you said these are the best he recognized them highly. Send does not back up his words and product sales. I wouldn’t recommend doing to this place after the experience I’ve had with the faulty merchandise that I had purchased. To this day I still reach out to him and he does not respond or give me a response that makes me think he’s doing something about it.

I highly recommend this shop. Gary is absolutely amazing!! Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Gary was able to turn my idea into reality. When i walked into the shop i felt comfortable zero sales pitch. Gary was insanely easy to reach, i would text him random hours during his days off to add more modifications, he would respond immediately with suggestions. Weeks after the install Gary and Will helped me fix an issue that was not related to the install, i wish i can give them more then 5 stars.

I shopped around and spoke to several places about doing a lift on my truck. Gary suggested I come in to speak to him in person so we could look at my truck and figure out a plan. Ended up doing a front level, small rear lift, and new tires. No sales pitch, easy to talk to, quality work, and fair pricing. What more could you want? Highly recommend. Will be going back to him for a few more accessories in the near future.

I got extended break lines and he took it to the dealership for me to get my crawl control recalibrated, for no out of pocket cost. Truly a 5 star shop, you can definitely trust him with everything!

Gary is a great guy. Didn’t try to up sell me and was sure I was purchasing something that fit what I was trying to do. The work so far looks to be great. I recently put a 2.5” Carli commuter kit on a 2020 F250. It rode terrible. I was either not given the correct shocks or the spring was actually too long for a 2020 with the shocks they provided. I swapped it out to the ICON springs/shocks and it rides like a dream. Amazing. They got me in and finished the work in less than a day and the customer service was outstanding. I am glad to say I have found the shop I’ll be using for all of my 4x4 needs. Next up delete and tune!!!

Gary and team were great -- great customer service as well. They installed re-geared my Tacoma and worked great. Thought I was having issues with the gears right before the gear break-in period was up, but it was actually with the actuator. While he is not a mechanic shop and 4x4 related things are more his specialty, however, he did get me fixed with this as well.

I shopped around a little before finding Lifted 4x4 and didn’t feel comfortable with others because I had the feeling I was trying to be Rushed and “up-sold”. All I wanted was a quality level kit and a new set of tires. After contacting Gary he asked me what my goals were, listened, and gave me some options that fit the budget I had. While waiting on the truck to get finished( not long at all) I was greeted by his employees and felt welcomed. They showed me why the lift I purchased was the superior product and went over a few things about what to expect. I could not be more satisfied with their pricing, product selection, professionalism, and general “good feeling” I had pulling away in my now “bad -azz” f-250.

I found this shop through Facebook. I started talking with Gary through messenger about lifting the front of my 4runner and installing spacers in the rear. He referred to me to a true suspension lift rather than spacers being involved and I am glad he did. I absolutely love my 4runner now that he wrapped things up. Good customer service, good pricing, quality work and they did it fast. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will use them in the future when I come up with some more ideas for my truck.

I highly recommend Lone Star Offroad. They did an excellent job on my lift, bumper, and steps for my 2011 Jeep Rubicon.Top notch customer service and they are very knowledgeable-they took all the time I needed with questions that I had.

Gary and Keegan installed a grill that needed cutting and put new wheels on my 2012 F250. They did an amazing job and will definitely be going back to them again

These guys did a fantastic job on my 15 F150. I bought it with a dealer lift rim/tire set and these guys swapped it out for a much nicer lift and rim/tire combo. The ride is soooo much better now. They also installed a new Bak Flip bed cover for me and it took no time at all. Keegan and Gary know what they are doing and provide honest and friendly customer service. I highly recommend these guys for all your 4x4 and truck accessory needs.
