Its hit or miss here. Ive walked in and theres a huge selection and other days, theres barely anything. Covid, and supplier issues probably contribute to this. Prices are still good for the most part!

I purchased a FL11 tree one week ago. I asked a friend to help us transport it home in a vehicle that can accommodate it. Upon unpacking we noticed it was completely the wrong tree. It was covered in previous decorations as well leading us to believe it was a previous return /swap. After repacking up the tree, cleaning the mess, and bothering my friend to help us exchange it again we were greeted with understanding staff at AtHome. After we expressed our frustration and proceeded with our exchange a woman named LINDA approaches us out of the blue in an accusing and aggressive manner. Instead of asking for details of the situation she didn’t hesitate to criticise us for returning a used true. The tree and box don’t match…it’s clear to see the problem was prior to purchase. I came in frustrated and left even more upset with being treated like a liar.

Came in with the Mrs. to browse for some indoor furnishings and to get a flower pot. The store is basically laid out like a shuffled deck of cards, flower pots here, flower pots there, some flower pots sprinkled there. We had settled on one, only to find a better one on the opposite side of the store. We ended up with something we liked but I got about 3000 steps to get it.

I usually shop for ornaments at WMART,but they did not have white ones. So I decided to check out HSTORE, they had every I needed and the difference was a penny more at HSTORE. ❤️❤️ my purchase!!

ZINAA 5 stars for her customer service she was the sweetest and funniest person ever I can’t wait to go back I hope I see her again!! I hope everyone gets the chance to meet Zinna I just wanted to give her a shout out lol she made mine and my sister day we were having a rough day and she really did make it better without even knowing it!!

They are putting a lot of new product out as well as changing the layout of the store. Looks so fresh and bright now. Love shopping here.

The place is overwhelming a lot of stuff I saw was disorganized but the workers have great customer service. Very friendly and helpful.

Went in today to get a 7x10 rug, and the one that I wanted was the only one that was on display. I have bought from At Home before and have bought a floor model so I knew that I would get a discount. When bringing the rug up to the counter to be checked out the girl put it on the floor rolled it out to get the sensor out. When I asked for a discount because it was the floor model she, Camille, tried telling me that they dont do discounts on floor models because all they did was take it out of the paper and put it on display. Knowing that was incorrect, because Ive received a discount before, I told her that and meantioned that it had been rolled around on the dirty floor. Left with a 10% discount which really wasnt much and now a dirty rug thanks.

When here looking for a few items for the house. We came across several rugs that we light and decided to purchase. We looked at a rug called b134 and one of the employees, Tori helped us at the store. She got a card for us and pulled out the rug and helped us load it. We had been to the store on several occasions but had not purchased anything of significance until now. We bought the rug to compliment our new furniture.

I got really good planters in clearance

Great selection of products and great prices, however they refused to enforce the mask mandate that was posted by the front door. As I was checking out I asked the cashier about their mask policy and she was very shy and nervous and indicated she didn’t want to talk about it. When I called and spoke with a manager, they told me that masks were optional. At other At Home stores I’ve been told that their mask policy is strictly enforced as an order from upper management. Clearly that is not the case at this location. I will not be back.

It was great, my husband and I spent about two hours deciding which pillows get. Nobody bothered us at all.

Fun place to browse for home decor and organization. Prices are decent and store is clean.

Lots of selection, great prices but not a lot of staff to help. Worth the trip and, even if you dont find something, it is at least fun to go and look!

Dont expect much help on Sundays with associates because me and my wife was looking for matching pillows and 1 associate didnt even look to see if it was in stock smh. They have more helpful people on Saturday!

Great Christmas decorations

Great deals. At Home is one of those places where you go to buy one thing and end up leaving with a cart full of stuff. A shopper cant help but walk up and down every aisle because there is so much to look at! The store is clean too- big plus. I bought two, mid-grade 72 chase lounge cushions for just over $100. Even on Ebay cushions like the ones I bought are $100-$125 EACH and not nearly as pretty.l

First time here in over a year and really liked it.. will be back again.

Huge store! Massive selection of home decor at affordable prices. Totally self service. I wasnt able to find an associate to Sk questions. The 2 or 3 working registers at the exit, werent particularly friendly or helpful.This location isnt to bD to find using GPS, but leaving was quite tricky if you arent familiar with the area.

Today i get to experience first hand how it felt to be discriminated against, thanks to the employees at At Home. I was next in line at check out when this additional cashier came in, and for some odd reason decided to help the lady behind me even though I had been waiting there first. Though irritated I decided to let her finish the check out without saying anything (assuming I would be next)...until she went on and helped another lady behind the previous one. When I was finally helped by another cashier I told her what happened, only to get that was interesting and that was weird. Now I dont know whether I didnt get help because of the amount of merchandise that i had in my cart, or the fact that I was the only Asian American there; but the feeling of being ignored was not one that anyone would appreciate. I was extremely disappointed at the way At Home employees handled the situation and how unapologetic they are, and one thing for sure I will no longer visit their establishment. I will take my business elsewhere where Im more appreciated. Thanks but no thanks At Home

Halloween stuff has arrived!!!! 🎃🎃🎃 So freaking excited... I am pacing myself this year(even tho I started a week earlier than last year). I only spent 60$ today and got a halloween welcome matt, googly eyes on a post to place in some bushes, AND a freaking zombie gnome to go in my plants aaaaahhhhhhh I am so excited go crazy when I get home!!!! I mean pace myself ☠️☠️☠️

Super busy...Early November...folks shopping Christmas decor. Roughly 75 percent of people had masks on properly. Lots of noses and mouths showing. Not the stores fault...but staff could call this out. We left. Will go when not so busy.

You guys are having a Memorial Day sale and only have one person at the front checking people out. I have seen several people walk away with hundreds of dollars because the line is outrageous and this poor girl has no help. I gave 2 stars because the sale has good deals, but maybe next time they should be more prepared.

Worst customer service I ever had. Would not do a return for me when I had the receipt and the manager Andy Garcia was rude and unwilling to help in any manner. Contacted corporate to complain.

This is a wonderful store with tons of items for your home, indoors and outdoors.All the different fabrics and colors are wonderful.Dev great decor items to everyday items like good grips containers.They have towels, tents, umbrellas in addition to having indoor and outdoor dishes.They have candles, and fake candlesits amazing the wide variety that they have but it is a huge store and it will take quite some time to get through.They also have an excellent crafts department, and seasonal items like for Christmas and Halloween.

I have had a horrible experience to the first time I am shopping at your Lewisville location.I am an Interior Designer and have shopped At Home for many years for clients. I have even worked for the company for a short time in the past.I am at the register today to pay for my items and show my designer resale certificate. I show the manager Dustin my business card. He tells me because I don’t have the physical resale that he can’t provide the discount; however I have showed him all of my qualifying credentials and he still refused to provide me with the designer discount that I have used all the time in past visits. I am very upset about it because I came to this location since the nearest one to me was closed to my knowledge and this was really embarrassing and took up a lot of my time.I am now having to suspend the transaction, and go to a nearby Office Max to print it out. I am highly unsatisfied with the way this was handled and it has been a huge inconvenience.So now I am in my car headed to Office Depot to “verify” who I am by print off what I have already showed him. I am not happy about this at all. This is really poor treatment and bad customer service

Really big place,,had a lot to choose from, the prices on some of the small tables and chairs seemed a little pricey. I dont understand why I can never find a toilet lid cover in the same matching color as a bathroom rug,toilet rug and towels, just my luck I find 2 items that match and 2 that are way off,, maybe a kit should be made? Just sayin,,,,

I purchased the Metal Mattress Platform Frame - Queen for $100 on April 17th and picked it up that day. It has not even been a month and it totally fell apart. I’m only 130 pounds. I purchased heavy duty zip ties and duct tape to try to keep it together temporarily and nothing helped. Such a waste of money. Do not purchase.

OMGG! Had moved to Dallas a year ago and heard this place has great Christmas sales,but wasnt able to actually go into a store till now. THIS is my new favorite place next to Michaels for holiday decor. Also found my dining room chairs here. Lots of unique items besides home and patio decor.

This location is very large and has lost to offer. Plan to spend some time in here as everything is very spread out. Make sure that you check everything to be sure that its not broken. I loved my experience and didnt realize the amount of work out I received from walking around the whole store! Will definitely be back and will be recommending to friends.
