I suffer with Fibromyalgia and Hypothyroidism, therefore, I decided Id spare no cost to finally not be in constant pain while trying sleep or just rest.Alex made this by far the easiest and fastest experience ever. A few weeks ago I went to another place (we all know where) and almost spent $7k, however, their finance company only approved me for $3k. Blessing in disguise. Ive spent the last 3 weeks researching, comparing and fully educating myself and quickly realized I would have had major buyers remorse if I had gotten fully approved to spend that $7k. Working with Alex was a breeze and the longest part was my deciding which mattress I wanted. I was sold a fake brand mattress from this sleep city store. They refuse to give me a refund, will only swap out for another mattress and charge me redelivery fee. I have had the brand of the mattress confirm for me that it is indeed a fake as well. I gave them a chance to make this right but they didnt take it which leads me to believe they knew it was a fake.

My husband had major back surgery I was told by the sales staff that this would be great for his back not so much the mattress was terrible hurt his back and mine so bad! Was told we could exchange great! Did that! Big Hassel and pretty sure its the same mattress oh did I mention upped our payments for the exchange to over $600 a month Purchased this through a lease started out $292 a month now my husbands back is even worse as is mine they kept saying it takes time for the mattress to feel better thats a lie as well! Best experience purchasing a mattress in my life!! Bobby was great! I told him a little about some injuries I deal with, that I sleep on my sides, and he took me to the perfect mattress. I typically wake up in tremendous pain from events in the military, but since Ive been sleeping on the mattress he recommended Ive slept better and am waking up in less pain. I am very satisfied with my purchase and praying it stays that way. The customer service there was above and beyond! Incredible deals here, my wife and I got a bed, a sealy, we didnt like it after 30 days. So we came back and got another one instead, paid the difference and the restocking fee, which is reasonable.
