Huffines Chevrolet is a great place to take your Chevy for repairs.They do great work, but if you have a warranty from a outside party like I do it might take a couple of weeks to get approved no fault of either person its just the way it is but once approved Huffines is on it. Unfortunately Due to todays circumstances I wasnt able to get a loaner vehicle or use my rental coverage which is provided by the warranty company which would have helped a lot. Other than that hats off to you guys at Huffines.

We really appreciate Ricks ability to keep us informed with updated Inventory. We were looking for a truck fast and called so many dealerships and only Huffines Lewisville called back to inform us of a truck that met our needs. Rick was also so kind enough to deliver the truck to our offices. He was very helpful and made this experience as smooth as possible.

My wife wanted an Avalanche and Huffines just got one in and she spoke with Tony in Preowned and he went and took photos of the truck, informed her of any minor cosmetic imperfections before we made the trip from Shreveport, LA to look at it. We already had our financing and never did anyone ever pressure us to use their financing. Tony along with other staff members at Huffines made auto buying what it should be, Simple & Enjoyable. This was an excellent experience. Within 3 days, I was driving this beautiful new car. Jeff was great and did everything he could to make this a seamless transaction. I had went to another dealership actually first - GRAFFS CHEVROLET, in Grand Prairie, TX- which I do not recommend!! Very unprofessional and shady people- tried to up the cost of the vehicle just so they could make a bigger profit ! I recommend Huffines Chevrolet Lewisville.Heres why:I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Huffines.Since day one, the vehicle had issues or routine maintenance that was overlooked/not inspected correctly during the Pre Delivery inspection.Dealership took my vehicle back 2-3 times in a month to solve the issues. I wish I noticed everything right off bat to save the hassle of dealing with a loaner/scheduling pickup and drop off each time. (Live an hour away)Yet, some issues should have been repaired before the sale as they were very noticeable.With all that said and done - I will still give a great recommendation for Huffines Chevrolet Lewisville. Why?They took care of and handled each issue the vehicle had with no hassle at all. The general manager took charge, inspected and authorized the repairs personally.The exceptional customer service that was shown changed my outlook on the dealership.I personally hope that this experience enlightened the GM/service department on the areas that need to be improved.Due to the hiccups at the start, that is why 5 stars couldnt be met. I am writing a review because I very much felt not welcome by this establishment. To give an overview of my experience that they did not want me there. Whatever the reason might be. As someone of color and minority, this kind of treatment is something I take very seriously.1. I had to drop off my car early because I was going out of town. When I dropped off my car I ask if that was possible and they said that was fine; however, that is when their tone of voice and facial expression changed. I did not ask for any special accommodation nor I was going to demand to take it early if they have said no. Which I am thankful they did, but the way I was treated and how I felt. I wish they just have said no.2. When picking up the car. They could not find my car by my name. Okay, I understand my name is very unique and foreign, but just refusing and stating that there is no such name in the system is not right. When they clearly found my profile by my phone number and my name was on there.Overall, I probably will never go back to Huffines Chevrolet at Lewisville or recommend my friends to purchase or get service at this location. Of course, at end of the day, this is the treatment I received. I see that many people had a great experience and I am glad they were treated well. But that was not the experience I received.

On Friday I needed a tire and the visit started out with my tire not making it there in time for my appointment and having to come back. Scheduling service was easy, I dropped off and everything was explained to me prior to repairs. I was given a timeline of the following afternoon to diagnose my car but I received a call later the same day. Repairs were done the following day! Also having courtesy Uber was a great stress reliever. Being without a car and having to figure out how to get home and then back to the dealership is added stress and with Uber pickup and drop off, it eliminates that.

Every time I go to get my car serviced, I get excellent service from everybody, the person who checks me in, to the cashier.

Appointment time was good for me. I was greeted by service writer, checked my vehicle in, proceeded to a very clean and neat waiting room. Car was serviced and returned to me as stated by service writer and was sparkling due to the car wash.

The prices quoted over the phone were different than what I was charged when bbn I dropped off my vehicle. $180 difference. System updates are needed for the computer, is what the technician told me...Next, I asked for my air filters to be changed, and that was not done, 4 hours later when I picked up my vehicle. First time Ive have issues here, so I will be back. Everybody gets 1 screw up...

We have a 2006 HHR and the electric power steering has been turning off after 3 mins of driving. Almost had a major accident because the steering wheel wouldn’t turn like it used to. Did research and there is a Service Bulletin 14119 that replaces this defect at no charge for the life of the vehicle. Upon calling Lewisville Huffines, they gave us the run around. If this is customer service for a faulty part involving our lives, I’d figure they’d have a little concern about it. Horrible customer service!

I took my 2016 Chevrolet Equinox to get checked out because the engine light was on. Chris greeted me and asked me what was wrong with my vehicle and I told him he went out and checked It out he asked her to keep it overnight since It was late that evening Since I don’t have a ride home Chris call me an Uber to get home on the next day Chris call me when my vehicle is ready and told me if I have any questions to let him now and he would get them answer I like taking my vehicle to Huffines because I feel comfortable with the service that I get. I’ve had more than one subpar experience with this dealership but it’s the closest to my house and time is short me. My moms Chevy sparks had to be returned 6 times before it was corrected. She also spent money that was not needed and never refunded. Myself, I went in for a simple oil change… I brought the truck in clean and asked not to have it washed. Truck oil change was completed promptly but had a million water spots on it. I reached out a d the advisor asked me to return to get it rewatched but I simply advised you should have checked the vehicle before I got the “your truck” is done text. As I stated time is short so I couldn’t return so I simply paid to get it rewashed today. I’ve yet to have a great experience with your dealership anytime I’ve been. Even the coffee syrups were empty for the customers, it’s just sad how the little things are simply lost these days.

I highly recommend this dealership! We live in Oklahoma and fell in love with a vehicle at Huffines Chevrolet. Our salesman, Lane, took great care of us and made the buying process the easiest weve EVER experienced with a dealership. After buying the vehicle and getting back home, the brand new vehicle started having some electrical problems. After our local Chevy dealer looked it over and talked to GM, the decision was made to return the vehicle to Texas. The manager at Huffines, Tony, was in constant communication with us throughout this process and went above and beyond to make everything right (even though they werent at fault). They were able to find another vehicle for us and Lane drove it all the way from Lewisville to Tulsa, Oklahoma. We were able to sign the new paperwork in our home and Lane took the first vehicle away. Amazing service that went above and beyond! Go see Lane and Tony!

I pulled in to the service center with an unexpected issue, only to discover my transmission had lost gears 4, 5 & 6. Mike Buckner and team were able to get me in a loaner car quickly and kept me apprised on the status of my Tahoe the entire way. I was only down a week, and everything went smoothly. Received great customer service from Dago Cortez on Saturday July 31, 2021. I was 2 hours away from home and had broken the key to my truck. Mr. Cortez was able to make me a new key and help me get it programmed to my truck. This saved me lots of time and trouble by not having to get the spare key two hours away. I was made aware of a factory recall and contacted Huffines Chevrolet to schedule an appointment.Tom Flores is the service consultant with whom spoke. He knew the issue and let me know how long it would take to complete the repair. Tom made me feel very comfortable and added to the terrific experience I had.The dealership is clean. All the other staff, from other service consultants to cashiers and parts personnel acted like whomever they were serving was the most important person in the world.Kudos to the management for instilling the hospitality vision in each team member.

I had discussed in length the importance of my payment being at or below $300 a month & wanting to lease a vehicle. I applied for credit on line & the next day was told the financing was ready. I went to the dealership thinking what I had asked for went thru. When I got there it was a 72 month purchase at $400 a month. I was taken off guard & just went ahead & signed because I needed a car as I did not have one. That was my mistake. However my salesman should have disclosed all the terms to me before I set foot in his office. I will never again go anywhere to sign anything by myself. I am almost 70 years old & I feel he took advantage of that fact. If he did this to me I know it wasnt the first time he has done this. I will never go back there & never again go for any kind of big purchase like this without my son or daughter to have my back.

We had been talking with Mr.. McCloud who was quickly getting things done so we could possibly buy a vehicle. However we live over 170 away and the night before we were to come the general manager Craig Martin advised us not to come because the vehicle had too many things wrong with it. Called because I seen a vehicle I was interested in. Sent the requested info to my assigned sales person and was basically tossed to side and ignored. When I made contact with him he said he had a busy day and forgot. He said he would get back with me in the morning but I ended up calling him around noon. Don’t think he actually looked up the vin I gave him because he appraised me for the wrong vehicle trim. I was discouraged so I ended the exchange. Yesterday a sales manager reached out to me and asked if I had been helped and wondering if I still wanted the vehicle. Long story short he sent me to the same salesperson and I was ignored again. Scott spiegel was the person assigned to me both times. I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was handled. Seems to me I was discriminated against for whatever reason. However, life goes on...

Very deceptive car dealership! Do not use!I had applied with Capital One only for a Jeep at this location and Joe Koubek was my rep. He called me to get info to finalize the application for the Capital One loan.However the next thing I knew my credit was “shotgunned” to multiple lenders without my consent. When I contacted Joe regarding this he stated he knew he never told me he would pull it multiple times but he just did it. Absolutely not acceptable and against all credit consumer laws. This dealership should inform a customer that credit would be pulled multiple times. I never filled out an application with this dealership so the fact that they did it is absolutely out of line.I have contacted the Texas Attorney General and I suggest any persons with issues from this company do the same.

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a dealership service center. Tom was excellent - attentive, patient and even hailed me an Uber (free of charge) to and from my house while my truck was being serviced. Great place, thank everyone!

I like dealing with Mike McLarty because I know he will be honest with me. Two issues bother me, though---one is the waiting area---how about some new chairs. Because I waited for my car I was really uncomfortable. They look nice and used to be comfortable--but they are the same chairs since Ive been coming--10 years now. Also my car appeared in the finished area about 40 minutes before Mike received the paper work. Very tempting to just get in the car and drive away which I would never do, I might add.

I went in for a standard dexos oil change in my 2016 Malibu LT and I had it back to me in under an hour with a complementary car wash which is a big plus.

They were able to take in my car for a diagnostic in the midst of them being absolutely busy! Unfortunately, they did take all day to only get halfway to finish checking my engine codes, but they lended me a nice rental for a couple days with no extra charge. They figured out the problem and were able to replace and fix what was needed to be fixed at no cost, thanks to my warranty on a car that was less than a year old with only 13,000+ miles. Sam was very professional, helpful and accommodating.

Was ready to buy a Camaro. Was simply asking for them to give me a good price on my trade in and I get a text back saying they will not negotiate on the price of the camaro. I wasn’t asking that. I was willing to pay MSRP. Needless to say I won’t be buying a car here. Dealerships have all the power right now but when inventory picks up I hope they provide a better customer experience. I wished Tony Beasley as a sales manager wouldn’t have made me feel cheap and not valued as a buyer out of state. Just wanted a fair price on my trade in and not the hey tell us your payoff. What a joke..

Emerson, Chad and everyone at Huffines Chevrolet Lewisville were great to work with. I went for a test drive but was sure of the vehicle I wanted. They allowed me to take vehicle home to show husband. Then, when I had to wait to purchase (due to home refinancing delays), they let me keep the car and then swapped it with actual car I would buy until we finally were able to make the transaction happen. I am getting a new Jeep but my girlfriend just paid off her 2015 Silverado so we will be coming to Huffines for the foreseeable future. i tell everyone i know to go to Huffines for car repairs.they only repair what is broken and nothing more and the repair last. last repair they did on my trailblazer was about 3 years ago and the only reason i brought the car to them on 3/26 was for a detail so i can sell it. so as you see the repairs last.
