Its been a great experience from the time I started looking at a jeep with them. My sales rep DeArien made everything easy for me. He kept me in the loop while my vehicle was in production. Once it came in the paperless paperwork was easy to complete. I just had one of, if not THE easiest and pleasant vehicle purchases of my life (and trust me, i’ve had many). Zack, was my sales guy and it was so nice. Never felt an inkling of pressure. He answered all my questions and texts. Sent over pics, pulled up all the obscure specs i neeeded for towing it with my RV, connected me to Oscar in the service department, who will be installing the hitch equipment. They both spent over an hour with me teaching me how to remove and replace my soft top. Zack is the best! I would buy from him again in a heart beat!

I recently special ordered the new Jeep Gladiator Turbo Diesel from the nice folks at Huffines Lewisville and couldnt be happier. I visited a couple other dealerships first and to say their staff was less than useful would be an understatement. Huffines staff went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and at a price I was comfortable with. Ask for Hamed, he was a delight to work with and kept me up-to-date on my order (Jeep was having production issues due to the chip shortage).

Scott wasn’t very personable. Seemed irritated and straight to the point. I saw the awards he’s received so maybe it was an off day. I didn’t feel the best buying car the from him. Will say, it was a quick and painless experience for a first time buyer that knows how car buying can be. Not sure what the problem was... The finance manger was great and very personable and very sweet. Didn’t get a tour of new car and features. Happy with car but it is what it is.

Doyle sold my truck to me. The experience was quick and painless. The thing I loved most was when I began looking for a truck and put my desire out on the internet ( and my info)… I didn’t get my inbox full of emails or 8am calls while I’m trying to get my family out the door to begin the day. Service was great. If you hate high pressured sales people but still want great service this is the place for you. I would definitely recommend them and will return when it’s time for a new one.

Deven was great, traded my 2018 Chrysler 300 (which I also bought from them) In for a 2021 dodge charger!!!! Quick and easy. After reaching out to the service manager Alan Moore and voicing my concerns he asked me to bring the vehicle back in so that he could follow up and see what happened add to correct any issues.I appreciate the effort and following up with my vehicle to make sure that everything was correct and that there were no issues with my vehicle. The service was outstanding at the second visit. I was kept updated with what was going on with my vehicle and estimated time frames of my wait time.My service advisor was Justin Alexander he was very polite and went over my service maintenance form with me and invoice.My overall experience this time was outstanding. And the service manager Mr. Alan Moore went above and beyond explaining why my service engine light was on and any repairs that was needed to correct the issue

Had a great experience this past weekend purchasing a new Dodge Ram. I was immediately greeted by Anthony Dicostanzo and he was extremely helpful in figuring out the vehicle for me. I am very happy with my Jeep rubicon 392 purchase from huffines, LewisvilleI was looking for a jeep from some time and was having trouble even to get a proper response from most of the dealers due to the chip shortage.Then we talked to Doyle and he was upfront about everything and helped us order our jeep.The jeep took around 2 months to get delivered( less than we expected) but we were notified about every updates of our order until it got delivered.After the Jeep got delivered, the financing process was also easier. I got a good rate even though it was my first time ever financing anything and it was done with an hour. We were in and out of there with our jeep within 1 and half hrs with all the paperworks done as promised by Doyle as I was working that day. They move at your speed, however, and the whole thing took only about an hour. I would do it again, but not planning to for 10 years because I expect my jeep to last that long.

I have a rear axel seal leaking on my 2015 Jeep, took it to Huffines Service Department on September 1st it is now September 7th and still is not fixed. When I spoke to their service manager Chris I was told I didnt break it, well neither did I it was a parts failure. As now there is no ETA on returning my vehicle. In addition the rear axle master kit for this vehicle is @ $218.00 and the quote I received is $1600.00 thats about $1400.00 for labor, Why?

Cant fully encapsulate the caliber of dealership here but I can say I drove 45 minutes each way to look at a Jeep they had on the lot. Jeep was listed at $52,xxx on Cars.com and when at the dealership they noted that price didnt include the modifications that had been done to it. They then noted the price at $62,xxx. My issue isnt with the price, however this felt like a bait n switch sales tactic and a waste of an evening.

My wife and I bought our first truck this month and we were very impressed with the staff at Huffines. Joe Koubek in sales listened to our needs and was genuinely interested in finding the right vehicle for us. The finance staff made completing the paperwork easy and Hamid gave us a great overview of vehicle operation at time of pickup. Certainly a first class experience all around.

Do yourself a favor, call Huffines and ask for Terry Layman! He was so easy to work with. He communicates well, doesn’t pressure you into anything, and is an all around nice and relatable person. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I had a 6 hour drive back home, and Terry sent me off with a full tank of gas. Now, that’s customer service! I am located 6 hrs away and made the easiest purchase over the phone !! I used to have (2) Ram 3500s. I have since sold both, one of them to this dealership. I bought the other one here. Purchasing the truck was easy, selling the truck to them was also easy. However, I am still receiving WARRANTY COVERAGE NOTICES from here, asking me to purchase an extended warranty for a truck that they bought from me last year. I just received another for that truck. It is infuriating that I have to receive constant SPAM calls about vehicle warranties and also notices from this dealership. QUIT IT.

This car buying experience has been the best I have had in the 25 years of driving and buying cars. My wife, kids and I simply went to go look around at Jeep Wranglers when John Sheppard came out and introduced himself to our family. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us the models that fit those criteria. We fell in love with a dark charcoal grey Wrangler and decided we wanted to take it home. Finance was also a no stress experience. I added the tire and rim protection like I do on all my vehicles and could not have been happier. I have been in the market for a Jeep Wrangler for a while and I visited several dealerships in DFW. Some were OK several were NOT. When we got to Huffines we spoke to Hamed. He was super up front about the inventory shortage and said an order would be the best route for us. The whole process went very smoothly our special order came in quick and it was just as we wanted.We also bought some parts from there shop and working with that department Oscar in particular was great. Service and communication has been on point.When we came in to do the purchase the finance team was awesome they got us a rate lower than any advertised rate that we could find, 1.99 for 72 months. Overall couldnt recommend Huffines more.

This was my first time buying a car all on my own and had been overwhelmed by other dealerships and salesmen but my experience was totally turned around when I went to Huffines! Kent McKee was a huge help and made buying my first car a super pleasant and fun experience! They are super straightforward, no hidden fees or tricks and I did not feel one ounce of pressure! They are just overall extremely helpful and nice! Bill Matson was also super patient and helpful when it was time to finance. Called the parts department to ask for a part for my new truck and the guy ask me for the last 8 of the vin number I told him to give me a sec to find it and he just hung up on me, I called again with the vin number on hand but as soon as he answers and I start talking I guess he recognized my voice and did not even let me finish talking and hung up again. If the people in this dealer is as rude as this guy I wouldn’t recommend going there for anything at all

Best car buying experience Ive ever had.Contacted them looking for a new Jeep Wrangler, to replace my aging 2007 with 220,000 miles. When I called, I told the salesman that answered that I wanted their person most knowledgeable about Jeeps. No run-around no worry about commissions or losing a sale, he passed me directly to Brad Bevelhimer. Brad owns a Jeep, goes wheeling, and truly knows the Jeep lineup. He spent 40 minutes with me on the phone on MY FIRST CALL. He responded to every follow-up email and phone question. When I went in to buy, he walked me through all the options, honestly shared his experience and opinion when I asked, helped me build my dream vehicle, got me a fair price, and got it ordered. When it came in, it was spotless, and ready to roll. Working the transaction with the finance team took just minutes and I was on the road.The car I wanted, built to my specs, at the price I wanted, from a guy (and dealership) that truly knows their stuff.I have only positive things to say about my experience at this dealership.Ill definitely be taking my Wrangler there for service, as well.

I first spoke with Lisa who started the process by calling me, to see if I still was interested in getting a new truck. She then referred me to Hamid, who had me do my app and got me approved. He then picked out a truck that met all my needs and wants. Hamid then made me an appointment, and when I arrived Hamid greeted and got me into my truck within an hour!! Then set in my new truck and made sure I new how to operate all my new and great features. This was the fastest and best truck buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend asking for Hamid when your ready to buy your new vehicle!! I only buy my trucks from Huffines Dodge!!

James was Awesome during this transaction!! I started my journey in the summer. When I made an appointment with the dealership, I asked for a VERY knowledgeable Jeep sales person. They gave me James. He was very patient, and reviewed everything from resales to new. Ultimately, I order a new car. This took longer than I was expecting, but James kept me up to date often.When the car arrived, it was in perfect condition. James spent a great amount of time explaining every option on the car.I have since call and asked for a few more answers to my questions, and again, he was very patient explaining everything.While we waited for my car to be built, my husband was so impressed with James, that he also purchased a car from him.I appreciate a good and knowledgeable sales person and James fits that description.
