DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHYLOCKS. I would rate zero stars if possible. My son bought here. I tried to talk him out of it. The car was advertised for $14K, very high for the mileage on the vehicle. We get there and its $17K because hes not paying cash. They set him up with a $200+ payment every two weeks. This is a kid with no credit and a food delivery job. He (naturally) got behind in the payments but was in communication with them and getting it caught up. They failed to apply his payments to the oldest past due amount, then one day after he made a payment, repod the car for payments being too far behind.Their MO:1. Grossly over-charge.2. Bait and switch.3. Set you up to fail with unrealistic payments.4. Misapply your payment.5. Repo the car.

I went in the beginning of Jan, 2021 to purchase a vehicle everything went well in the beginning they have inside insurance which was to high and it only cover their car so on the second day..I went purchase my own insurance which was full-coverd so. I had full coverage for six months than after for a couple of months. I Liability which is the Law in Texas then ever time. I called in to make car payment they would ask me about my insurance and finally told me. I need to add them as a lien holderI had emailed them all my insurance information but the staff is very unprofessional always come off with an attitude do not purchase a vehicle from this place they give you the run around if you have a issues with anything so. Im going to report this place BBB and the Insurance Beuro also they pick up the vehicle because they said. I didnt have full coverage and. I sent through email to show. I had full coverage and

We drove by this lot and noticed some cargo vans. We decided to drop in and Iris was fast to attend to us. She was fantastic. We had our own financing for our business so she stayed in contact with us through out the entire process and made our lives easy. There was an incident that happened but the team and Iris handled it like true professionals. They will have our future business for sure!

They will give you a car at a price.. They lie and dont tell you upfront about your contract. Please read it and ask questions before you sign. Do not get the insurance through them its a waste of money. Do not get a car from them you will regret it.

I went there with every intention of purchasing a vehicle, but when I arrived the vehicle didnt match the description in the ad. I asked for a cash price for 2 other vehicles and we walk into the office and the salesman (Carlos?) looks up the price and responds with financing for the cars, which I did not ask for. I then asked why did he offer that info when I specifically asked for the cash price. He responded that 90% of the people that come in require financing. I responded, What is the criteria to be in the 10%? I am so sick of this negative and extremely biased retail perception of the black community. What is worse is that it didnt resonate fully with another salesman and the finance person. One excuse i received was that he was new. I took this as his actions were condoned. Most will not understand the insensitivity of being judged this way or the anger it creates when you work extremely hard to overcome this type of experience, only to have it surface as if your efforts to be excluded from this perception were in vain. Dont waste your time here.

Predatory Lenders Stay AwayTried to sell me and my girl test drove a 2012 Gmc with a bad transmission. We took it for a test drive it wouldnt excelorate past 60 mph. We opted for another vehicle but the APR financing was Sky High

I would not ever refer anyone here again, they say when u refer someone you get 125.00 check. I’ve called this office at least 5 times asking about my referral bonus check they keep saying they will call me back. When I call back they say who did you refer again? Like we have already talked 5 times why don’t you have it documented?

I want to start out by saying I appreciate them to much and my situation was totally different. They drove from Denton Texas to Mesquite Texas 45mins - 1Hour with traffic to pick me up and drove me bck to the Denton location to get me a car. It was shocking to me because most car dealerships wouldn’t have did that. I appreciate them so much for that. My sales person yasmin was good we compared two cares together she told me the pros and cons to them. They didn’t force me to just buy anything they wanted to make sure I was very happy with the car. I truly appreciate them I got a 2018 Chevy Malibu from them with very low miles. And one more thing she was texting me at 11pm-1am to make sure I got approved so again thank you and I will be shopping again

I have noticed on Car Gurus they post vehicles as having higher trim package than what the vehicle they are selling actually is. This causes the vehicle to have a better deal rating by CarGurus but is misleading. Automatically shows dishonesty. I will continue my F250 search elsewhere.

I would not recommend this dealership unless you have the cash to buy it outright. They are sneaky, deceitful and have no morals.That being said, I have no problem with Carlos he is kind and, honest. However the finance department charges almost $10,000 just to finance you. The price listed on the website is fraudulent and they do not tell you that it is the cash price. Just go somewhere else who does buy here pay here. These people are taking advantage of low credit individuals.

This place is the epitome of what gives car salesmen and dealerships a bad name. Please save yourself some time and money by going somewhere else.I recently got in touch with Russ the car salesmen for Lake City investments by email/phone. We negotiated a price before I went to check the vehicle since I would be driving out from Houston, Texas to their location in Dallas.Before going I made sure to check the carfax and carefully look at all the pictures to make sure this is the one. Please tell me why, as soon as I get there THE ABSOLUTELY FIRST THING I NOTICE IS the passenger side roof is completely dented and damaged in and it is leaking water on the inside exactly where the damage is.They claimed that they had absolutely no idea that there was a dent and damage on the roof or aware of any type of leak. I find that extremely hard to believe as they posted 360 degrees of pictures of the Van and not one showed the extremely noticeable dent. These people knew I was coming all the way up there to check the vehicle from Houston, Texas. They could have told me about it before.Two people from the dealership, a lady who i didn’t catch her name and the finance guy Abel said the leak inside just needed to be patched and that the leak wasn’t due to the damage that’s on the roof.... my question was how is there a leak exactly where there is damage on the roof and how is it not caused by the damage of the roof? Why is there a leak at all? They had no answer. The lady then tried to offer $1,000 off the agreed price for the damages that were there and that they would patch the leak.Three intelligent people at a car dealership stood there and looked me in the eye and said they didn’t notice the dent and that the leak on the inside wasn’t due to the damage on the roof of vehicle...If you’re thinking about purchasing a vehicle here, you will have one less headache by going somewhere else. These people will lie to you, try to cheat you and try to take advantage of you.

Be carful what you buying in this place they they sold me a Mercedes Benz with bad a transmission when I asked if I could be move into another car they ask me for another 2,000 down payment, terrible place I wouldn’t recommend it bad experience I lost the car and my money

Not worth the headache to tell you the truth. Went to the dealership spoke with Iris she was great dealt with the Finance manager Abel everything was great, we were told financing was approved bought insurance and left with the car. Fast forward for a month now have been going back and forth with the bank Abel and Iris needing more information and being told the loan didn’t get approved. The cane and repoed the car in the middle of the night with no warning. I then called them both trying to figure out what was going on and then just asked for my down payment back and got screamed at by Iris saying “you won’t get your money back” and left on “read” by Abel. It’s a scam. SCAM. And very illegal. Will be contacting Denton County Tax office to report them as it is illegal to not repay down payments back. Don’t waste your time or peace dealing with them.

Not only have I been a great customer paying my payments in advance, I pay an extra 100 mthly towards principal, and Ive spent 3800 in repairs cause they dont really inspect their cars. Well today I noticed on my receipt that Im being over charged 1000 and my payment I made today wasnt applied to my account 😠😠😤😠😤😤. Keep records. Smdh

I recently went to put a down payment for a car with someone at Lake City Investment. The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional. She stared at me the whole time while my HUSBAND is making the deal with them. And when she finally did say something to me it was “ you have big hands”. Very unprofessional and could be considered rude to some. I had thought about purchasing a vehicle thru them but no.. not with her unprofessional ways.

Bought a vehicle from the Lewisville location and it was a great experience. I was going to go back and get another one, but from the Denton location, but when I tell you the service over there is trash!!!!!! Super unprofessional on the phone, hanging up on customers and ultimately not knowing anything about the cars they sell. I advise not to go to the Denton location if you want to purchase a vehicle

DONT BUY A CAR THEY LIE AND STEAL DOWN PAYMENTS, SUCKS will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER26 days in my 2000 down car two year old car broke down and was told that car was sold as is no warranty its only been 26 days no help just avoiding me ti keep my down PAYMENT, now they repo my car for repairs now stating I owe another $1000/rest if down 500 1st car punt 500 so 1000 dollars due now today but I dint have car to show for, Highway robbery why some one put carpymt n down together to screw people over Dont trust them it a scam, .y son same issue 1 mo inthe car still have not completed repairs so Im sure they will e towing away for repairs then hold his car hostage for about of repairs do car lot dosent have to pay.
