Bought a Used F350 in 09/2020. You really do need to know what your getting into from this place. It does sell used vehicles that may or may not be really viable. Expect to fix up your vehicle and/or repair after you buy it. Mine needed over $7000 and spent about a week getting the whole front end replaced. My engine is fine, prior owner maintaned it well thank god. These guys are in the business of flipping auctioned vehicles that are very used. I can say that I went into it knowing and expecting to fix the vehicle and do appreciate how they did the paperwork and get the loan squared away. My truck runs fine and does what it is supposed to do after some TLC. All in all, my expense has been far less than buying a brand new F350. Ive only spent roughly $7000 for all new front end and all other issues found by the Ford Dealer I took it too. I spent another $2000 on tires later, but I dont really count that. The tires that were on the truck lasted me 10 months. So that plus the loan totals to about $20,000 which is much less than $80,000 for new one. All in all, about a 4 rating, but not for the product. The sale was easy. Not pushy at all. I was able to go over the truck all I wanted till I was confident of what I was getting into and I had no impression they were dishonest. They just sell what they sell. Up to you to deal with your decision.

Financed a 45k truck with a 20k down, description of it read Like New, but, after 2-3 weeks its at the shop due to a transmission problem, so its at the shop for the next week or so and I still have to fix 2 leaks which (coolant) (oil) which in total of repairs comes to about 1900, then it gets repo because I decided to wait to pay my first payment ( although it was still not month overdue ) so the Lot buys it back, and not even offer 15k or at least 10k back to me after doing and showing proof of the repairs. Im giving it a 2 star because the lady there is nice but cmon who finances a truck and expects to pay it monthly while repairing it? at least say something prior to financing it) I basiclly rented it for a month and a half for 20k and still repaired a major issue on it for he next buyer. i just dont think its fair. So if you can, buy it in full ! that was my 22k mistake.

I wish there was a no star review! Crooked dealership. My friend bought a used BMW SUV and didn’t even make it home and it broke down. Major mechanical failures and pieced together to drive it off the lot. Shame on you Village Motors. Friends tell friends and word gets out. If they deserved any business they would be jumping through hoops to mitigate the issues and earn repeat business. Sounds to me like they are crooked scam artists. How can people like that sleep at night!!! Do what’s right and fix his vehicle!!

As someone else stated I wish there was a no star review.....DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE...Sold me a Dodge 3500 and it has major transmission issue and they are not willing to fix the issue. You can contact Texas Licensing and submit your complaints there. Or contact BBB over this dealership

●●●●●●●Buyers BEWARE●●●●●●I bought a 2009 BMW X5 February 10th from Village Motors. Steve was my salesman. I didnt even get the car home and had major engine problems. Called immediately, told Steve the car was parked and not drivable and as the snow storm was approaching, Id be intouch with him asap. After calling Steve back, of course he at that point would only text me, telling me my motor was fried. But he would sell me a used motor for $2k for my X5. I sent the X5 to a BMW dealer for a diagnostic test. Needs over $5k in engine repairs. As of today March 17th, I still have not received my plates, registration, or my title. I was told by Steve on March 8th my plates were being mailed out that same day. More lies... The owner I spoke to on the phone today, didnt give a damn bout my car or the situation!!

Worst dealer ever. Had major motor issues on a f250 diesel. They did not want to take care of issues that were brought up at time of issue. I took it to a shop to get looked at. Told major oil leak issues. Still wouldnt fix the problem got financing company involved the nullified contract dealer tried to scare me into paying them even though they have no legal binding contract 4 days later they had a repo truck pick up the truck without giving my down payment back. Do not recommend to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. They just scam you and steal your money.

I purchased a 2008 White Chevy truck back in October 2017 from Village Motors and now its four months later and I still DO NOT have my license plates. I recently found out that they lost the title to the truck and had to request a new title. I spoke to CeCe whose been lying to me since day 1 that my plates are in the mail...right now no one will answer the phone or return my call and my paper plates are about to expire again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this place.

Steven was wonderful. Bought us a nice dully truck. Drives Nice. They were very no bs dealership, very cut and dry. Paperwork and process was very easy. Buyers orders we requested new tires we go put them on tomorrow. Ill be a returning customer.

Got what i needed.. sales person was great but after the sale the dealer wasnt very good.. the truck had tires put on it that were dry rotted and no help from the dealer...

Brandon, the owners son sold me a truck a month or two ago and I couldnt be happier with it! He was very nice, NOT pushy at all, the truck was in superb condition and ran like a champ. There was one little noise under the dash which they kept their word and fixed for no charge. Very honest and up front buying experience from start to finish! I received my title and plates in the mail without any issues. Would do business with again without hesitation! I actually plan to look at their websites inventory next time Im in the market for a truck!

I have been looking for a used truck to buy in cash for months. I am very picky on what I want and wont settle for junk. Well, this place got EXACTLY what I was looking for. A 2nd generation Dodge Ram 1500 5.9L 4x4 extended cab. This truck was CLEAN and very well maintained. only 154k on the odometer. Ran perfect and everything worked as advertised. It was priced higher then I wanted to spend, but the owner made me a great deal and I bought the truck on the spot. Could not be happier. Thank you very much for the accurate advertising and the no BS haggle. Great truck at a fair DEAL. I would 100% buy here again.

Just got my reggy and plates today so I dont know what the negative reviews are all about. Some folks should check their credit and budget before shopping for a vehicle and you wouldnt end up in hot water. He provided financing completely legit and transparent. I recently purchased a Ford pickup from this place. didnt even Own It 2 weeks and 2 injectors went out so I called Steve record to have him make it right and he just wants more money this place is a joke they are out to take every penny that you got if you walk through their door, regardless of the fact youre a single mom with 3 kids whos been saving for 2 years to purchase a new dependable vehicle for her family. Worst vehicle buying experience Ive ever had and Steve record is the biggest crook Ive ever met.

Went to look at a truck and it hadn’t even had a oil change, had lots of issues that the owner “wasn’t aware” of. Basically just buys anything from auction and flips them without checking them out . I’d stay away

Do NOT buy a car from this dealership. They will take your money, by making you an offer, yet when you get there to complete the deal, the offer will not be what you agreed to. This dealership request that I leave a portion of the down payment, and I did. When I returned to complete the purchase the deal was different from what I agreed to. Upon telling them that the deal was not what I agreed to the salesman became rude, I asked for my money back and the salesman agreed. When the salesman went to give me a refund, he realized that he needed a code and told me to call the owner to workout a time to come to process the refund. I contacted the owner, yet he refuses to give me my money back, even after he sold the car.

As of recently, i check reviews before i go to any business. Was determined to check out Village Motors for an F150. After reading reviews, i will not be making that appointment. After my last vehicle failed on me, it was a disappointment due to months of dealing with the lenders on getting my plates, due to a crook dealer not giving my plates, I will steer clear of this place. Not fair that when you find the perfect vehicle and pay them every month, they fail to do their part on providing a service of retrieving your license plates. Sorry Village Motors.Too many paper tag complaints on here and i was really interested in that Maroon F150. :(

Very nice up front Leaves you to question nothing. Then the you sign paper work and it all changes. You are literally robbed. Phone calls are unanswered. Messages are not responded to. You become non existantSteve told us the truck we settled on had a brand new motor with a 12/12 warranty through explicit motor sports out of white Wright tx. We left Roanoke and barely made it to Denton. Hoses werent clamped. Bolts werent tightened. Radiator steam spraying everywhere. Oil leak something bad We signed on 3/22/19 we had it in the transmission shop 3/27 dropped 4000.00 out of pocket. Now 6/6 white smoking awful. Injectors out. Clanking and rattling all through the motor. Keep in mind the 12/12 warranty got ahold of Austin with explicit motors he informs me the truck does NOT have a brand new motor. Its just a short block they had laying around. Everything else is orginal and does NOT have any warranty. We have paperwork that shows warrant (hand written by the crook Steve) which they will NOT make right. To say this has been an utter disappointment would be an understatement. We are completely blown away and can not believe we didnt see this. As we both are usually very good judge of character. If anything I hope this helps someone from our same disappointment.JUST AWFUL CROOKSHORRIBLE PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Shady shady shady business practices. Paid $7,000 down payment. Left in the truck and received a letter in the mail that the dealership revoked my loan with the loan company. Asked to bring truck back and they would reimburse my money. But was strong armed for the truck and told to get a lawyer to get my money back. Do not do business here.

Well first off steve was verry nice to us we looked at a blue dodge it was a nice and then he told us about a red dodge ram it was a grade better he fit it in are budget verry happy camper i think some of the bad reviews arent the dealers fault if your credibility fails thats not there falt and it said on there page all moneys put up for deposit is not refundable these bad reviews scare people but they are good people steve is a real good salesman he wasnt in any way pushy he left us to decide on are own they have a good selection of vehicles from fair to top notch so if you not rich they make you feel like you are they treated us verry nice so if your reading my review i was scared too due to the bashing of people that it didnt work out for give them a look just make shure you credit is good first

We buy ram 3500 from this place last year we driving the truck only 9thousand miles today I get transmission broken we paid 38 thousand plus financial 50 thousand total for the truck we call the Diller and they dont care dont buy junk from this place they offer to me only 15 thousand for my truck back

Found our Ford Excursion online (CarGurus), first called and spoke to Mark on the phone. Told him we had to make deal over phone that I was happy with, cause we had a ways to drive. He agreed, so we played numbers, it wasnt horrible at all, btw. And he did this while he was on vacation ( so way to go Mark, you get a high 5 from me). Any who, we made the deal and I said I have to see it before I say final ok. Hubs and I drove over 150 miles and the Excursion is as picture and talked about. We met Steve since Mark was on vacation and Cecy ( do tell her she is awesome as well). So hubs and I took the truck for a spin, had a couple things wrong with it. But was told they will be fixed, no cost to myself or hubs. Village Motor stands behind their word, which is great business in my eyes. You dont get that a lot anymore. Thank you Mark, Steve and Cecy you guys and gal rock.

Please do not buy trocas in this place my son made the mistake of grabbing it and they sold him a jonke now he cant work because the troka fayo everything and when we called the owner he said he knows that the trokas dont work but nunk goes to say so please do not make the same mistake my son made buying in that place now yano works because the troka brought everything wrong and ran out of troka and without work. And with big expenses to compose it!
