Went in for a $10 cigar and he has all kinds of flavors! Walked out with a 6inch latte flavor. Tastes great and burns ridiculously evenly and deliciously! He has a lounge for smoking and very clean place. Super cool spot! Check it out!

Great selection, good company.

Selection is what the owner wants not as much what the customers want. They close way to early so if you trying to finish your cigar you are rushed to leave. They do have a good selection and prices are reasonable.

What a change!!! Staff is great and knowledgeable. I walked out of the shop forgetting an item and staff flagged me down across the parking lot making sure I got my items!!! Definitely my go to cigar spot!!

The ONLY reason this shop has even stayed open the last year and some is for two reasons. Reason one is two employees that took care of their members, regulars, and new customers. Reason two is the location, Grapevine cigars is probably the next closest cigar shop. The two employees have gone on to other jobs where they are setup for success, not failure. Everyone has already mentioned the dipsh!t owner, non exist inventory, and other problems. Go anywhere else, and only return if its under new ownership.

Nice selection in the humidor, fair prices, and the nicest people both staff and the regulars who made me feel welcome.

Good atmosphere, comfortable seats, memberships available for membership seating area. Good selection and pop to drink for purchase. Other shops around for ice cream and such. Accessories available for purchase. Great bunch of guys to talk to.

Ive been a member for over a decade now and I have to say this last Friday will be the last day I buy from Up In Smoke. I wont rehash what other members have said, but when you dont even stock Arturo Fuente... Well, there just isnt much else to say. If you need a good smoke travel to Grapevine Cigar & Tobacco, its where I will be shopping for now on.

This place is going down hill fast. More than half of the humidor is empty. Selection is poor.It used to be a great place to get cigars.

A lot of cigars out of stock says the arrogant, smug, and disrespectful shop guy sitting on his backside watching golf. A number of the overpriced cigars that happened to be in stock had a unacceptable amount of mold.You will get the same choice cigars fresher and at a lower cost by ordering from some of the popular online stores. And you wont have to deal with Mr. Smug Grumpy-pants...

0 stars were not availble. Soo the red hed bearded guy just kicked us out basically because we told him the humidor didnt have much selection. He asked why we come i relplied, location is close. He told us to leave didnt want our business. We spend about $400 a month here. Would have spent $200 today more than he is making on his shift i am sure. Very poor help and selection

Humidity inside was 52%, shelves almost entirely empty. Go to Grapevine Tobacco or Frogs up in Denton, this place is abysmal.

Horrible...just a very few off brand cigars...They used to have a great selection but the last year or so I thought they were going out of business...they probably are on cash pay in advance to their suppliers...

Came here yesterday bought 2 cigars guy shortchanged me and when I confronted him he got mad at me cussing at me and telling me to get the f out they are thieves will not return
