No matter the location of total wine the varieties of liquor and beer will never disappoint you. Lots of options of foreign bears is incredible. And no matter that the day there will be always a deal in some of the product. Nicely managed inventory and friendly staffs is the reason I like this chain.

They were sold out of my favorite beer. But luckily I ran into Cameron, who is by far the nicest and most helpful employee outside of the manager. Will try these beers and see how it goes. When you go in, ask for Cameron. Only person Ill ever ask for. Thanks!

My husband and I just went to this location. Weve been before with no issues, but this time, the manager refused to sell us alcohol because I did not have my ID on me. I am 39 years old! And from Ohio, so I didnt realize I had to have my ID. My husband was making the purchase and Ive never checked out of this store or any other that IDd both of us in order to sell us alcohol. Ridiculous!So Google doesnt allow me to reply to the message from Total Wine and More so let me just add these points:1. The manager told me it was TEXAS LAW that we both had to be carded - clearly from your response this was not true.2. So let me get this straight - your group policy is to card everyone that looks of age and to presume that minors are with their legal guardians (I mean, how do you confirm the legal relationship between the individuals)?. This seems to be completely backwards thinking in regards to preventing underage drinking - lets card the adults but assume the minors with adults are fine. Again - RIDICULOUS!We will be shopping at other stores where their policies actually make sense and their staff are reasonable in their application of said policies!

I buy wine here. I am always impressed with the selection and knowledge of the staff. These people love what they do and it shows! PS they are a full range store with great selection in the liquor and beer sections too!

I shop at this store regularly because I love the plethora of selections but tonight was different. I always find my scotch then go to humidor and select a variety of cigars. Normally Im alone in the humidor but tonight it was me and a fellow African American gentleman. Well, apparently we were lingering too long because in comes a (white) store associate and ask if we need any help. Well, I told him I was trying to find something different from my usual smokes and the other gentleman left but this associate stayed behind acting as if he was looking for something when I got the feeling he felt as though I was going to steal something. Guess I will start going to a different location or shopping at another store because I definitely do not appreciate being profiled. This should not be happening Total wine! Very unsatisfied with tonights experience!!!

My husband and I came in for a consultation for our reception with a pretty minimal idea of what direction we wanted to go. Johnny and Amanda were amazing and patient with us through our decisions. This was my first time at this store and I did not leave disappointed. I was able to pickup an online order along with purchase a few additional bottles. They had an excellent selection of bottles and their prices were extremely fair. The staff was super welcoming and willing to help.Overall, I would most certainly recommend stopping into this location and seeing what they have to offer.

Ok, so went to this place to grab some wine 🍷 to enjoy the beautiful weather of texas, but there she was CAROL with a mask 😷 shouting at customer like we owe her something or we force her to work there, once I went to check out counter in my turn she was acting as if her train is about to miss, I tried to make a conversation with her and tried to say I have a membership ID with total wine I was not listen, then final in third time miraculously she was able to hear me,But hey beside this total wine franchises never put me down, but...disappointed this time.

My first time in the store I was very taken by how the Decor on the inside look and how well-dressed the staff look as well. Everyone was very happy to help. There is an employee there by the name of c k who is Top Notch Excellence Friendly even though were wearing a mask i could see she has a smile. Its the kind of place that I wouldnt mind working at. Prices are decent and selection is broad. The only con is long waits to restock my favorite wine, the mangoscoto by E-40. Other than that The rewards program and selection along with prices is what keeps me coming back time after tim.

The place is enormous!!! Wonderful selection, and a bunch of samples..which they handle carefully and follow all common sense safety rules and regulations. All the employees were pleasant and as helpful as you could want. It was my first time there and I was a little awe struck lol next time Ill spend more time searching everything!

Definitely the best place, well out of anywhere I can think of, for wine and liquor. You will find selections here that you cant find anywhere else. The staff is always very knowledgeable about their products, and have plenty of good recommendations if you want to try something new, which isnt hard to find your next favorite drink here.

This place has it all. Never been out of stock for my needs and the employees know exactly if they have what I need and walk me right to it. I drive 8 miles out of my way and pass up three other liquor stores to shop Total Wine. And the prices are awesome.

Has a variety of products, but they are busy almost every time I have gone in. They have plenty of cashiers and employees walking the floor ready to help. Affordable prices on most things, but some items tend to be on the high end meaning $40+

Lewisville location discriminates against people with non visable disabilities. The worst thing is the manager says they are privately owned. That maybe be but you still have to obey federal laws. Which they do not. So if you are disabled beware!!!!

I refused to wear a mask and I was polite about it. They called what I assumed was the manager when I explain this has already kept me from getting my drivers license I said I dont have to spend my money here at all even though that was my very first time in there ever. He then said were going to have to enforce the mask. Youre not there to enforce anything youre there to sell booze thats it. And as I walking out as i voiced my opinion he aggressively came up behind me and got quite hostile. And then flipped me off in front of atleast 10 people or more...walking up on someone and getting hostile, You DONT do that. Thats when some go into defense mode. And the aggressor can get hurt or in trouble. You can get sued for actions like that. As a tip dont aggressively encroach on a persons personal space in a hostile fashion when they werent doin anything wrong....nice way to treat a first time customer...i never even got a chance to look or touch any product. I ended up having to spend more on something i didnt want somehwere else. As a company you can submit to nonsense dictator like fear mongering and control that one finds in Russia or china... But this is America...and many of us will not submit. As an American im heavily insulted by this store and company actions.

I LOVE Total Wine! Im here every week, twice a week, to see the new selections, and see my favorite workers! Love this store because they carry my FAVORITE bourbon, Buffalo Trace. They have a great humidor with yummy cigars, plenty of lighters, and wood sticks too. Their local selection of beers are wide too, and keep up to date! Love this place and cant ever wait to go back!

I spent several thousands of dollars at this store last year on Beer, cigars and wine. At the end of the year I started getting into allocated bourbon thanks to a close friend of mine. I frequent this store daily and the regular employee in the bourbon section is rude everytime I come in. I come in every day since I work close to this store and every time I show up he tells me they don’t have allocated bourbon every day in the year which is a flat out lie. I went to a competitor store on my days off and find allocations with out much issues I usually find something once a week. After being treated like trash in this store by this employee this year I decided to not shop here anymore. There are plenty of stores that want to earn my money in the metroplex. This store is poorly ran obviously letting the employee hoard allocated bourbon to their buddies while loosing a customer that spent thousands in the store.

You simply cant beat the selection or prices here. That can be said for ALL Total Wines, but the customer service at this location is uniquely friendly compared to other DFW locations. My friends and customers often grimace at the thought of having to walk into a Dallas or Plano location because of cold service or uninformed staff. Not the case here. Employees recognize and greet me each time Im there and are always eager to offer assistance. I am so lucky to have this resource so close to home!

Pricey, but worth it. I always find really great trinkets when I come in here to get wines I cant get anywhere else. I do have a Halloween novelty wine glass that had the skeleton hand detach from the bottom, but both pieces are still in tact and just need a stronger glue then what was put on it when produced. Otherwise its a great place, they have an awesome cigar section as well

Visited this place to buy Scotch Whiskey. Almost all brands of scotch whiskey is available here. It is very huge store with lot of collection. I have purchased 1.75 liter of Scotch and they don’t have outer box for it. Took bare bottle. I need to travel to Arkansas to celebrate party with friends and their families. They even not packed it in bubble paper to safeguard it.I am fully disappointed with the customer service even I have spent huge bills here???????????? ZERO STARS.
