This is to recognize the excellent customer service and expression of humanitarian sympathy of Brandy Saleh, Print and Client Service Supervisor. While experiencing a very tough time of my wifes passing and making preparation for her funeral and burial services, Brandy stepped up most notably and without hesitation to help me. I created the art to print sophisticated funeral programs which included a magazine cover, obituary, and a lot of personal photos. All completed programs were needed before services start the next morning. However, we discovered that I was given a misquote the previous day and that all work would cost 3-times the original quoted price. Brandy got to work and applied a few discount coupons which cut the overall cost in half but still above the original quoted price. As the day went on and Brandy worked to complete the job, she discovered unexpected technical issues with machine and paper while trying to meet my requirements. Brandy read my wifes story and the work I was trying to complete and concluded that there was much love and effort to make this happen and she really wanted to make this special for everyone. So she upgraded my paper stock, assured the quality, manually bound the programs, and got all the work done on time while throwing in a few extras. The work was beautiful and I was happy to pay the higher quote. I cant thank Brandy enough for coming through for us with a more than required effort. She should be commended by her Area Manager and or Office Depot.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the print shop. I just left with a dissatisfied print work. The lady working there displayed terrible service. She huffed and puffed every time I requested to edit the document. She had a very noticeable attitude throughout the entire experience. I came in to have a document printed and edited, and she clearly did not want to help. I will no longer be going to this store for anymore projects.

I want to share about the incredible experience I had a few days ago at the store in the print session.Please read it, its important, if you work with clients, if you are a manager you can use this as to train your employees or if you, like me, are from another country and do not have English as a first language.I needed to print some flyers to offer my service and I had never printed a flyer before, especially in this pandemic moment where jobs have reduced.I have a good level of English, I can communicate and understand everyone, but unfortunately sometimes we come across impatient people or people who think that everyone has an obligation to know English and treat people badly and feel superior. I have had many of these experiences unfortunatley.I was lucky to be helped by Brandy, who gave me all the support, help and was very patient with me and made me happy and very satisfied. Her customer service was excellent. I would love to go to restaurants, post office, stores and etc and always have that kind of service. I say it all this from the heart!

I walked to the customer service desk, no staff around, however one was talking to someone probably in office - he looks up sees me, doesn’t acknowledge my existence . Rude unprofessional behavior- I suggest to you - if one is busy, just acknowledge your customer by saying ma’am I’ll be with you in a moment.Please get it together !!!!

When in for custom printing at opening. An associate was behind the counter fiddling with equipment. Didn’t acknowledge my presence at all. Finally I got her attention. She said.... Print doesn’t open until 11am. Zero apologies. I remained calm and cool. What? Wasted drive and patience. Put that on your stores google info page too! She had zero, none, zilch empathy on her face or tone. Very matter of fact. BTW... I even tried to call before I headed out there. No one answers the phone. This store is not managed very well if they allow this. It starts at the top. I hope to God she wasn’t a manager of any sort. I want to be clear... she’s the only one I am disappointed with directly.

The associate who was running the copy center, is a bare minimum kind of employees. Didnt even bother to ask if I knew how their machines worked, at least at fed ex they told you and had instructions written on how their fax machines worked. Wasted a bunch of time faxing the VA the wrong side of the document and then when trying to resend the machine ate my paperwork twice. Walk up to the associate inform them of an issue and reciveyour asking to much stare and a sigh, from said associate when their equipment fails twice. The only plus was how pain free my refund on the first fax was, hence two stars.

Not supplied to do pack and ship. You have to buy the supplies in the store and just take it to the pack n ship area to send.

Brandy is the best even though being understaffed she helped me with a flyer I needed to get ASAP for work!!

Amazing experience!!! I went in to get school supplies for a charity event and James was most helpful. As soon as I walked in, he asked if I needed help. He answered my questions, removed binders from the shelf and loaded my car with all of the items. Another lady assisted, but I didnt get her name, both were very, very, very helpful! Love excellent customer service! They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests! I will return to this location! Thank you!

Customer service is GREAT at this location. I was helped from the moment I walked in. This location has a FedEx, makes it convenient to ship packages- you do it yourself and they print the label for you. Even the man at the checkout counter was extra courteous. Thank you for enjoying what you do- it allows customers like myself a pleasant experience.

Today I used their print shop. The team absolutely knew their stuff. They guided me through my job with a series of questions. The end product far exceeded my expectations in quality. The price ended up about 40% of what a budgeted. They earned my business going forward.

Well stocked store with an amazing service oriented staff. Helpful but not pushy. They knew their inventory well and were able to guide me to my selection quickly and efficiently.

Very frustrating having to deal with Brianna L. from the FedEx kiosk. She’s was not accommodating with me when I asked if she could pull her mask down so I can understand her since I read lips and I’m also deaf. She was also very unfriendly and had no personality. She acted like she hated her job and that she was being bothered.

Bryan was very helpful in explaining and getting me started on the rewards program. Even though I didnt need the help someone was always walking around asking if I needed help and I like that.

Fine for an Office Max. Interior is dated and old. More of a warehouse feel than a store, but has all the office supplies you need.

Nice staff but just way overpriced.

I went in to see about getting my phone and my susters phone fixed. they took a while before they helped me and then when he finally got to me he was telling me the price and that he might have to get my phone out and after he told me the price my sister decided she didnt wanna get her phone fixed but I still did and as I was going to ask him a question my sister said never mind so he just said OK bye marked off before I could finish asking about getting my phone fixed which I wanted to do .

David @ printer area was great but they didnt have the cardstock paper I wanted.

I have shopped here previously and always liked how helpful and friendly the staff is. Had an issue on 1 visit. Customer service manager addressed my issue & apogived and resolved. I will always shop for my office needs here.

For office supplies, this place is great for running in and grabbing what you need. If you need printing service, go elsewhere! They are constantly either understaffed, or their staff is so focused on doing as little as possible, it is a 50/50 shot at getting what you went in for.

My elderly parents had a horrifying experience at the Fed Ex Express in Lewisville. An extremely rude employee spoke down to them and basically dismissed them. They left the store and drove over to Office Max Lewisville store and received excellent service from Zach. Everything they asked was answered with respect and everything the needed to have done was taken care of without hesitation. After the experience at FedEx, I wish I could give this store 10 stars.

I wish I could give 2 ratings. 1 for the management of the store and 1 for the staff. The staff is always extremely helpful and nice. The issues are management doesnt staff enough people at 1 time. The poor guy at the print counter is the only one ever there and has massive amounts of online and walk in print jobs that he just cant complete by himself. I typically get items printed here almost daily and I would recommend submitting your documents to print on the website and select store pick up the night before you need them( pre pay for your items ) By opening the next day he always has my orders ready to go, he knows me now and when he sees me come through the door my order is on the counter bagged and ready for me to grab and leave.I give him 5 stars! But the management clearly needs to be taught how to schedule.

I will probably never go to the Lewisville store again. We went to get a $500.00 printer. There were two staff at the registers and not customers besides us that I could see and nobody in line. (This was yesterday on 1/14/2017 around Noon). I kept standing by the printers in line of site of the cashiers. I waited about ten minutes and went to the register and asked if there was anyone who could help me. I was intent on getting a printer but there were two I was interested in and had questions. When I asked the cashier, he looked around the store and said I guess I can. He followed me to the printers. When I asked questions about the DPI (because that information was not on the box or the tag) he said he didnt know and paused. I didnt say anything but thought to myself, Okay, I will do his job and just look it up on Google. Then he said I cant be over here for long. I looked at the register and around the store and there was not another customer in site. We then left and went somewhere else to buy a printer.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes to ask a few questions about the price of printing a few flyers...I finally ask the guy working the counter if there was somebody else who could help me answer some questions about pricing...He told me no but there was 2 other guys behind the printing area counter who were just setting up something in the copy machines (pressing buttons) if you are gonna have 3 ppl working in that area I find it very stupid that only one guy can give me pricing on something...the sad part is that the customer in front of Me kept telling the guy that He had more shopping to do and that he could come back after paying or before leaving...but no...the guy at the counter kept saying I almost got it, I dont know whats wrong with our computers today blah,blahblah

Customer service is great..

Bad experience with this location. Ordered same day business cards and order wasnt processed- no phone call, no apologies. Same day means exactly that- not,we will get to it when we get to it. If I needed them next day I would have ordered them that way!
