I scheduled a 2 year update. I reported that I was having trouble with small print and while my prescription glasses were 2.50, I was using Amazon readers which were 3.0. The doctor conducted the examination and made his notes. I then requested a prescription for distances only. No problem. I got two prescriptions. I picked the prescriptions up and went next door to the eyeglass store. The prescription was for 2.50 bifocals with a modest modification to my 2 year old prescription. The distance prescription was identical to the regular prescription except there was no bifocal number.Eyeglasses with the cheapest frames are $300. I did not fill the prescription since I have no confidence that the new prescription will make any positive difference. $2 Amazon glasses are a better solution than $300 prescription glasses that are the same as those that I cant see through.However everyone was courteous and professional in their confusion.

Dr. Patel and the ladies up front were amazing, very professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Patel was very thorough explaining my eyes especially being a diabetic. I recommend this office 100%

The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Patel is very good with patients. I went for a contact lens exam. I’ve seen her for 2 years & she has a good rapport. She is also thorough but doesn’t rush you. She takes the time to answer questions. I’ve got my appointment scheduled for next year & I highly recommend her & the staff.

Dr Patil saw me right on time. She was very friendly and clearly explained the pictures of my eye in easy to understand terms. Sarah, Rachel, and Lydia, the medical assistastants were kind and helpful. My whole exam took about 40 minutes. Wry well done and I definitely recommend that people make Switalski their optometrist. First time eye checkup in US, and they were awesome in every respect.The facility is super clean and they took all precautions like cleaning the tabs, equipment during every round.The doctor is great, she took time to explain each and every details. Everyone was very professional, but also very caring and helpful. I was having problems seeing clearly and they took time to show me new ways to look at my eye problem. The doctor was very thorough, and found I had a stigmatism in my right eye. The scan of my eye showed no signs of disease and I was amazed at the colors deep inside my eyes. I highly recommend Switalski Eye Care, because they truly care about their patients.

We went for an eye exam for my 5 year old boy, they were amazing and made him feel happy and excited to have an eye test. All the staff are super friendly and very helpful and made the whole experience an easy one.

Front desk staff was very patient and informative, especially Rachel, who had helped me through most of the visit (other lady was great, too, just didn’t catch her name!) This was my first visit to this practice and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and checkin was completed with no fuss or delay. I went straight from the checkin formalities to the eye scans and tests and then to the exam room. The doctor was in within a minute and the exam was completed in short time.

I have to say I have really never been to an eye doctor before because I really didnt need to till now. When I started to have problems seeing things from far away thats when I decided to go get checked and I just hate going to any doctors period!! When I got to the office the front staff was very friendly and helpful. Once Dr. Berry saw me she was very friendly throughout the hole check up. She explained in details the results of my exams which I loved because mostly doctors do not really give you much explanations for anything. She was great and the entire staff was great I will definitely keep coming here for my routine check ups from now on!

I visited the office at NorthPark Center in Dallas with my husband who needed eye medical attention during the Thanksgiving Holiday. We live out of state and were concerned of how it would all play out. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff that made us feel comfortable. The office was welcoming and very clean. The patient care was excellent and everyone was so professional. Dr. Okocha was amazing! She was very thorough and addressed all of our questions and concerns as well as, follow up care when we get back to our home State. Needless to say, we left feeling so grateful. This place is hands down the absolute best eye doctor place around!! I was turned away by other places because doctors were only seeing patients interested in getting glasses or contacts and i had an eye infection so bad my eye was swollen shut literally. Switalski not only saw me immediately but everyone there was so so nice and very knowledgeable. The doctor here is incredible and every member of the staff went out of their way to make sure that i felt at ease and to take care of my problem. I made the decision to take my 5 year old here based on reviews. Well the reviews were right. They ladies were very nice. I might have to go there for my next eye Dr appt. I think the part where you get your glasses couldve gone a bit better on explaining the charges but other than that I guess it was okay there. Maybe it was the wrong time to have gone to that side.. but if I end up deciding to go ill update on how it went with me. First time going to both places so id still go again!!

I had my 2 year eye exam on July 24,2020 at the Lewisville location. I had a pleasant experience with the front staff as well as with the eye doctor. Customer service is excellent! I was informed of each procedure and all my questions were answered. A plus is that my wait time was less than 5 minutes.

Im glad I went to get my eye exam because I offer walk in visits as well is appointments and I got my exam done quickly and easily and I dont have to do a ton of paperwork. They are conveniently located next door to Vision Works and Macys in the Music City Mall (formerly known as the Vista Ridge Mall).

I had a great experience today at my appointment (10.10.19)! This was a first visit for me, I switched jobs and needed an eye doctor closer to work. I use Google regularly to search and I came across the reviews for this doctor and they were good. I was greeted immediately upon entering the office and taken to the back before my scheduled appointment time (kudos there). The lady in the front who checked me in and did my initial testing was kind, patient, and courteous. Dr. Switalski was prompt and kind as well. I was in and out in no time. I will be returning and I recommend this doctor!
