Extremely rude staff today. I made an appointment for 6:30 online since their hours were posted to be open until 7pm. I walked in and was abruptly told to leave, that she had set the alarm an was closing. Her attitude was unnecessary and showed absolutely no concern other than leaving. I will never go back and Ive already called corporate to make a complaint.

My first time here. Went in for exam and glasses. I had the pleasure of getting helped by Jojo and Celia, both ladies were beyond helpful, patient and sweet. The process was fast and smooth. Everything was clean and disinfected. The level of professionalism and knowledge by these ladies was just wonderful. Celia worked with me, in getting exactly what I wanted and for the price that fit my range. It was a very personalized experience, even when there were others there. Fantastic selection of frames and lens options with decent prices. Sami was very friendly and helpful. In and out quickly even with a full eye exam. Recommended!Update: Focal areas were incorrect and I decided to upgrade to a more expensive lens type. They took care of it. However, now Im noticing the left lens prescription is way off. My vision is almost worse with the glasses than without. Now I have to go out of my way to have an in-person visit with an eye doctor at a different location in order to re-do my prescription. The earliest appointment they had was 21 days in the future. Should I have caught that earlier? Probably. But Im new to wearing glasses so the adjustment period combined with the focal area issues were what I noticed before anything else. Having to wait so long to see a physical doctor is annoying at best. For now Im deducting one star for that. Well see what happens.

I got my new glasses today...at first when I put them on I knew it was not right..the woman at the store took them an adjusted them...what a difference an adjustment made. I can see now just have to get my eyes to adjust and use to my new prescription and lenses. Im very satisfied with this store.

I have been wearing corrective lenses for over 40 years and I have never been treated as badly as I was at this visit. It was my 1st and LAST time to My Eye Lab. When the appointment was made, the gentleman that made the appointment for me would not tell me if my insurance was accepted there. So once I arrived at the store for my appointment I felt rushed immediately, that should have been my 1st clue this visit was not going to be good. So, when I asked the lady at the front desk if my insurance was accepted there, I was told it would be an out of network visit, but that My Eye Lab would discount so much for this service and so much for that service. So now in addition to the rushed feeling now I am confused! So they call me back and do all the tests before I see the Dr. After the tests were done and I am about to go in with the Dr, the nice young lady helping me says, you do know if it a virtual appointment right. I say no thinking no big deal. That was the most uncomfortable visit I have ever had with an eye Dr. She was not friendly, did not ask me any questions other that is #1 better than #2 or are they the same! So when the exam ended that sent me out to pick out glasses. This is when the real horror began.I was the last appointment for the day so there is only me, one other appointment and the 2 ladies helping us. The entire time I was talking to the young lady helping me, she never acknowledged any of my concerns. Finally after 10 mins or longer of her not answering my questions and just repeating what she was saying, I said to her if you just tell me what I owe you for today and I will be done here and will go down the street and go to a place that will listen to me. She checked me out and was acting very rude to me.I would not recommend My Eye Lab to anyone. Very unprofessional, rude and definitely will not listen to you if you are asking questions like I did.

Absolutely disgusting! Will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend. The attitudes on the employees are horrendous! You ask a question and they shrug their shoulders and roll their eyes. So incredibly unhappy with the whole experience that I went back and asked for a refund, which they said I would have to do in two weeks when the glasses are made which made no sense to me. But we will see in 2 weeks, I have already called my lawyer in advance just in case they give me a different story when its time to get my refund.

Celia worked with me and was absolutely awesome! She helped me get exactly what glasses I needed! This was my first time in the store and each time I go back she has been really polite! They are very clean in this store. She was helpful!The only thing about the store is that it is hard to get in contact with by phone, it’s better to just go in!

The most fun Ive had at the eye Dr! Sami and Celia were both great, friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection and the prices are some of the best Ive seen.I felt super safe with all thats going on, they were very diligent about cleaning all the glasses and machines.This will be my go-to without question as long as Im in the DFW area!

We had a good experience up to today when we had to return the eyeglasses. Jojo was superb and helpful but her supervisor needs to improve her customer service skills. We might have considered going back because of JoJo but not after the rude way her supervisor treated us.

We were traveling and had a scheduling delay. Had to spend another day and she had no contacts. These people took care of her no questions asked. Our thank yous just arent enough. Friendly people caring about other people. Cant beat it.

My glasses broke and unfortunately they no longer carried my frames so Celia who is just amazing helped me restyle my frames. They came in so quickly I was so appreciative of Celia and Jojo’s input when selecting. Appointment was set the same day and even though I was not only late, but when I got lost due to the map app., they encouraged me to be safe and come in anyways, and welcomed me with great kindness and hospitality. The two employees, Annie and Cleveland, worked very well together and made my son and I feel very comfortable from the first day to the end of our appointment.UpdateThis has been the best experience Ive ever had. The service to get your eyes tested is good however to get your glasses is a different story. They keep on telling me That my glasses will be received last week then next week then in few days I have two pairs of glasses I paid more than $500 but the excuses they provide are unacceptable.

My visit was enjoyable. Both Lisa and Jenny were very helpful and friendly. Most of all they are obviously dedicated to their jobs by the way they conduct business. When closing time came and went they were both working without any hint of their working past closing time to place my glasses order. When it dawned on me they were actually past closing time I apologized. Jenny said she had plenty of work to do not to worry while Lisa said we are here to make you happy with your glasses. Do not come here I scheduled with two different branches an appointment and each one has been absolutely rude. When I got to the appointment I had scheduled there was an extremely rude guy at the front telling me that he wasn’t going to take any appointments even after I set my appointment. Getting new glasses is usually a hassle for me so I end up putting it off until I can barely see. I have a hard time picking frames that fit my face and style. I saw the commercial for My Eyelab and decided to give it a shot. The manager, Lisa, was so nice and super helpful. She showed me how the frames have sizes, which is something no one has ever told me before - and Ive been wearing glasses for over 20 years! She chose one set of frames that I wouldnt have thought to pick for myself and they look fantastic! Having a virtual optometrist was a little odd to me at first, but it really worked out just fine. My new glasses were ready in less than two weeks and I am so happy with them! Jenny helped me try them on today to make sure they fit well and she was so nice and super-friendly. I will definitely go back when I need new glasses!

I recently purchased glasses from My Eyelab Lewisville, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate their hours of operation, the convenience of being able to schedule or walk-in six days a week is suitable for all lifestyles. I work overnights and having the opportunity to schedule an appointment later in the afternoon is something I really appreciate. Although I misunderstood the information provided and purchased the wrong glasses, the office manager was very accommodating and patient during this process. She worked with me until the desired results were accomplished. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment online and called to confirm for my 2 kids. At the time the appointment was set, they of course require the date of birth, which was provided for each child. I got to the location for the appointment, at the time I filled out new patient paperwork, AGAIN with my sons date of birth. It wasnt until they had all of my personal information that they told me they would not see my son due to his age (he is 7)I get the exam for my daughter. She picks out glasses. They tell me my total is almost $400. The selection they have for their advertised deal is a joke. There were maybe 5 pairs for her to choose from, and nothing else was a good deal. They ended up giving me a discount on a pair, which was nice. They told me it would be 14 days until they were ready. Its been almost 3 weeks and theyre still not ready. Avoid this place.**edited to add I attempted to email them as per their response, and received an email response that Im not allowed to email them. What a joke.

So my overall total experience. Start by saying Celia, took great care of me, even the exam room and test were interesting. When i finally got my two pair, which i recommended high index, looked great. They added extra swag, which is awesome. First time customer and will return.

The staff at this location is so kind?, patient and understanding. I purchased glasses and contacts and have been rescued twice because I could not get my contacts out! I was embarrassed both times but they have never made me feel bad about coming for help. I had a great experience. The eye exam is with a virtual doctor, so its not your usual eye doctor visit. Everything else is done by the friendly staff. I suggest there be a microphone for patients during the eye exam, because I am soft-spoken and the doctor repeatedly asked for me to speak up. JoJo is great and patient when I was contemplating my purchase. She helped me out in picking my preferable frame and we found one that I love. They gave me a great deal on two glasses and were willing to work with my needs. Their selection of frames is way more affordable than those 300$ designer frames from other doctors offices. Id go here again.Update: Take the call from JUPITER, FLORIDA. If you received a call from them and they didnt leave a message, its most likely Eyelab telling you your glasses are ready. I dont take calls that are unknown or out-of-state since most of them are telemarketers, but at least one week passed since I ordered my glasses and it was around the time I had to pick them up, so I picked up the call. Its an automated message from Eyelab letting me know my glasses were ready.Update again: 5 stars down to 4 stars. Don’t be fooled by the white coats some of the employees are wearing. They’re also not wearing any badges with credentials after their name.I picked up my sunglasses but I got red marks on my nose beds after wearing them on a 30min car drive. This is from not having them adjusted properly or at all in my case. I don’t have any knowledge about adjusting glasses and how they’re supposed to feel when I first put them on. So when Jenny asked me how they felt at first I said I didn’t know. No other questions about my glasses. I’m pretty sure she needs more training in adjusting glasses properly for customers. I didn’t want to have to go all the way over there again just for an adjustment. I’m also pretty sure she didn’t update my records because I’ve been getting automated calls to pick up my glasses for a week AFTER I picked up my glasses.

I decided to come here very last minute today and i’m so glad I did! I got an eye exam and it was quick and easy and everyone was so friendly. They offered help every step of the way and I ended up with such cute glasses!! My mom’s making an appointment soon and I’d recommend this place to anyone (especially if you’re looking for a place that will work with your budget)!!

The place itself was amazing, and the choices of glasses they had were second to none, they had over 3000 in selection and had glasses perfectly around my eyes. JoJo was very nice and informative. It had been a couple years since I have worn contacts yet she was there to walk me through the process of of putting them back in and gave me plenty of helpful tips.

From finding their office to completing my eye examination appointment Bryan, Jojo and Brittany gave great customer service. They were all super helpful, clear, awesome and considerate in helping me select and figure out payment for my contacts and glasses. Im glad I chose them for my eyecare.

Advertised price is $59 for 2 frame and glasses and free exam. I had called up to find the price for exam only, which of course has to be below $59 and rightly so I was told it is $45. After the exam I was asked to pay $95. Thats unacceptable. The paper work that was signed too had mentioned $45. Cant believe they tried to take me for a ride. Then there was a drama of asking me who told me, when, what is name of person who told me etc before changing the fee to $45 for eye exam only.Also, it looks like $59 for pair with lenses included is a bait and they have 6 frames for selection for that range. After the exam I was told that basic plastic lens available for $59 are no good and the price will be just below $500.
