Been dealing with these guys for years. Top notch staff. Very knowledgeable on their products. One of the friendliest pawn shops Ive ever been to. They specialize mainly in gold (which they pay top dollar for.) They usually have a great selection of musical instruments and high end electronics (which is my favorite thing about pawn shops.) They seem to emphasize quality over quantity. They are also clean and seem to take pride in merchandising their products (unlike some other shops who just stack things on top of each other.) They dont haggle prices but theres really no need to, since they very fairly price all of their items. I highly recommend this pawn shop.

This place seems a little on the shady to me. I took my gold ring there 6 months ago to get a loan and was given a cash offer. Didnt get the loan that day but went back today with the same ring. The guy working there said it wasnt real gold, which I TOTALLY know it is real.Went to Cash America down the street and got the loan I needed.Same thing happened with my neighbor.Something not honest about this place.....FYI

Just bought a hyper tough drill and after putting the battery in, we realize that the drill is broken. The chuck spins but when force is applied to it, it stops. It was not labed as broken like the tv they had on display. Would not have wasted any money on this broken product. Wont be back

Every time I try to do buisness with THIS COMPANY they refuse, I have taken a diamond ring, construction tools & they dont want to do buisness with me. I see African AMERICAN people bringing in junk & being waited on & given loans or selling items for almost what they are worth at the store brand ne, I was there for 15 minutes & finally was waited on. Is it BECAUSE of me being CAUCASIAN ? I think so ! I WILL TELL everyone I know NOT to do BUISNESS with this place !

Horrible ! I bought a tv from them before and never was late cashed out and purshased it . Went back to get a tv for my living room from them, got hospitalized due to heart conditions and my sister didn’t know I had a tv on layaway with them missed one 43.00 payment and they told me I had to start all the way over ! A guy answered and acted like two people and said nothing they can do I only owed 150 on it and they still said no refund and also no I can’t pick up where I left off ! Who is the head people in charge any one has corporate #?

Went here tried to sell my white gold diamond ring but they would only take it for 25$ saying that diamond wasnt real. So went to Legacy pawn by Mill St. to see how much theyd do, and it went up to 400$, didnt do it though just wanted to see how much cause that ring was so expensive. They are not honest at all, PERIOD!

If I could do no stars this place would be it. Its small, unclean and they overprice on knock off brand items and claim to be on par. I even overheard them quoting a used battle field 3 game for $12 when they go for $11 NEW at gamestop. If I could stand outside and blockade anyone from entering I would be doing them a favor! In short I will NEVER step inside or even take a glance in fact I may stop using 121 business to avoid the memory of such a mistake and pray no one else falls into their Web of deceit

My Husband and I went to the store on 121 and corporate dr. expecting to get a loan from some silver earrings.The general manager told Us we could only get about $10.00 for Our silver since the price was low,I had a really small gold ring without a stone and We were asked how much we needed...wich I replied at least $20.00....he tested the ring and came back with an offer of $90.00 dls...He couldve have the ring for $20.00 but this young man was not only very friendly but HONEST!!!!...We had to walk there because of the snow and really apreciate this kind of business...Im not gonna be doing business with another Pawn shop but Insta-Cash Pawn 11 and I plan to tell all my friends that theres still people doing business with honesty.

They do employ very uneducated sales staff, but theres no excuse for poor customer service. I agree completely with other reviews, they take no pride in their display of merchandise.
