I came into gamestop today looking for a recommendation on a new switch game. I could have easily bought online and looked at reviews but I came in store and Will helped me out a lot! Went in with my fiance, as was rudely grated by the employee who immediately asked us if we had masks. We are both vaccinated and informed him. He responded rudely that we had to wear one anyways. The law here states that businesses cant make anyone wear masks anymore. Didnt catch his name

Went to ones on round grove and main in Lewisville. Both were ran by very knowledgeable and friendly staff members who answered ALL my questions w/o any attitude or shortness of patience. Really like the service at both store and WILL b back to both of them for future help.

This place has games for every major gaming system/console that is out there. The thing that I dont care for is when they buy a game from you for $5 and then they turn around and sell the same game for $50. That can be a little hurtful, but I guess theyve got to make money somehow.

I came by here yesterday with my kids to look for a specific piece for their Xbox. unfortunately this location did not have that piece in stock and would have to order it taking about 3 weeks to 4 weeks to get there.
