They answer the phone. So already they’re exceeding the service at my old pharmacy. Friendly people. Nice gift shop.

Really great place to get your prescips and other things. They also provide covid19 vaccinations and shingles vaccine.

My wife and I both switched some of are scripts because Walmart and CVS would always have a problem with some of the scripts. It is a big high five to the people.

These guys and gals take care of their customers. The best!!

This is a great pharmacy that accepts and can process most insurances including TRICARE. I have two different insurances and they process both for me. They are very personable and also offer free delivery nearby if you cant get out to get your medicine. Im so glad I found them!

Tuesday July 10 2019 my son’s pediatrician prescribed a compounded ointment for my child’s rash and sent the prescription to this pharmacy. First a lady called and said my insurance was not going to cover the ointment and I asked her if she could verify again and I gave her all the insurance information so she could check. After an hour or so she called again and said that this mediation wasn’t covered and I would have to pay the full price ($63). That sounded weird to me because this is not the first time the Doctor prescribed this medication for my child and we filled it in this place. I called the insurance company (BCBS) and while I was on the phone with them, they called the pharmacy and they approved the medication, the insurance person said that the pharmacy had to update their system and it will be approved. A couple of hours later I got a call and text from the pharmacy saying it was ready for pick up. I went there and I told my son’s name to the pharmacist in charge, immediately he changed his face and said: “you know how to use this” (very rude and throwing the cream in the bag, he seemed mad), “oh by the way this is the last time we fill this for you, next time you will have to pay the full price”. I was shocked. If you tell me you don’t work with BCBS I totally understand, not a big deal. But it doesn’t make sense that you work with it and you just don’t want to deal with them or me for whatever the reason you have. I am NOT going to pay full price, I already met my maximum out of pocket so I’m not paying for anything for the rest of the year. I know this person is the pharmacist in charge Tri Salihima, but he could use better manners and ways to treat costumers. I feel like this is discrimination, and also is this even legal? Just wondering.

I recently moved to this side of Lewisville and needed a new pharmacy. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. Everyone is courteous and youre not just a number. Ditch the CVSs and Walgreens, Community Care is awesome!
