Set an appointment for a window to be measured for replacement. Missed 4 hours of work to make the appointment, and the field guy called wrong number so measurements werent taken. Lost $100 in pay for me being home to make the appointment. If the field guys cant dial the correct number, I probably dont want them installing a double pane window. Moved on to the next company.

I had them install some new windows and shower glass. They were professional with excellent communication. They offer a great warranty. 6 months after installation I needed an adjustment to my shower door and they came out quickly and fixed. Nani offers excellent customer service!

Phenomenal work. I research everything to death and decided on these guys because of their professional manner (both the employees who answer the phones as well as the installers). In short, they were always courteous, punctual, well organized and their work is precise. On top of all this, their pricing was lower than the 4 other outfits I contacted. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with other installers that hike up prices and add extraneous fees. I found Affordable Glass on Angies List when we had a broken window and needed it replaced. We decided to start replacing all of our old aluminum windows and Affordable Glass has helped us and worked through installing the windows as we can afford them. The removal and installation is done by employees and not subcontractors, so you get quality work by the same guys each time.Were not done yet (not even halfway - there are a lot of windows in our home!) but were very happy with the look and everything to do with Affordable Glass.

They replaced glass on a broken window, repaired a window that wouldnt lock and replaced several missing screens. They were great- responded quickly, easy to work with, were promptly on time and the price was reasonable. Their team was nice and incredibly quick getting it all done too! I couldnt believe how quick they were in and out!

Im so glad I found this company. My experience from start to finish was excellent. My window was leaking, and found out the previous company Metroplex Windows & Glass installed a wrong size glass and also didnt sealed properly. My Affordable Glass, replaced the glass and sealed correctly. Very professional team and clean before they left. For past days its been raining and no leaks. I will use this company again.

I contacted this company to replace two windows. A man came out and measured and I never heard from them again. So I saw them down the road from our house and asked them if they could replace my windows. The owner Zach came down to our house to measure but he assured me from the first measurements our windows were ordered. A few more weeks passed and I called. Chelsea said she showed no records of our windows getting measured and nothing was ordered. She asked the owners what happened and according to her she was given the run around by them. So she scheduled for a 3rd time for someone to come measure. Well no one came because apparently he couldnt find our house yet the two other guys were able to. I told them never mind I would go elsewhere as this has been a horrible experience. She assured me the owners would call and they never did. Find yourself another company.

Had issues with my patio doors that faced the lake and after having problems with three other companys, affordable glass came out and fixed my problem for cheaper than other companys had quoted and came to install next day. Will never have another glass company out again. Must use for all window repairs. The customer service is incomparable to the competitor.

I received a quote from the owner for frameless glass in my shower, $1350.wanted to order glass, they didnt have the measurements. New guy from Affordable comes out says the owner mismeasured, he comes in at $1640. I call to talk to Zach, leave a message with the receptionist, 5 days no call back. I call back the receptionist puts me on hold for over 7 minitues, really wanted this to work, not a positive experience in Lewisville with affordable glass...

Sold me windows that I didnt need. Installer is the one that told me it wasnt the window seals that were hanging loosely within the windows. There were other service issues as well that cost me an additional $270 in tile material and labor. Do not use this company!
