I enjoyed my quick shopping trip at Tom Thumb! I successfully found everything I needed to buy and I was able to get a speedy checkout. The attendant working the Express Lanes was very prompt and courteous.

Some of the best customer service I gotten in years by far .I tent to do my shopping on my late nights as am a single father and enjoy my shopping time with my son .There is been times where we are just minutes of closing time and they are always very welcoming.Nothing else says :we care more then that.Thank you

Ive been wanting to do this review. I really like to observe people, especially their customer service. I dont think its fair to just criticize. Everyone should be praised and recognized positively.I go to this store and I always noticed that one of the employees, called Michel, always treats people very well, polite and always willing to help customers. This is exactly the type of service and people I like.

A great choice for grocery shopping. The store usually clean and stocked with all of my favorite brands. The workers and staff are always very polite as well. Would definitely recommend.

Compliments to Emily and Taylor. While on break at work, I learned of fraudulent activity on my debit card. After work, I gathered up my dinner from the deli on cheap chicken Monday, cat food for the fuzzy kids, and tried to check out. Of course my card was frozen - DUH! In a demonstration of professionalism, incredible courtesy and split-second timing, Emily and Taylor, in conjunction with a bank representative, ran my debit card during a 15-second card release so I could have dinner. As an employee, I half expected to be treated in a more casual manner. I could not imagine being treated better anywhere in the world. My most sincere thanks to Emily and Taylor for their help, patience and kind consideration during a most stressful time.

I shopped there two days ago, on Saturday April 24th at about 3:30 pm. I wanted to buy a lottery ticket at the customer service desk. The cashier asked the two customer service girls who were standing right by the customer service desk to help me. I waited a while and then they said no and asked him to page someone else. The cashier looked pretty shocked that they would not help me, when they were clearly not on a break. But I told him to stop, that Id go elsewhere with my business. And that is what I intend to do. Id rather drive another 2 miles away, than put up with that kind of treatment. I will never shop there again, it was the last straw.

Ive grown to really enjoy shopping here. The people are generally very helpful and the store itself has really improved its overall condition. Based on Krogers recent change and their lack of customer service at The Pines location, Ill definitely make this Tom Thumb my number one grocery choice.

They are pricy and none of the associates are polite or helpful and thats if you just happen to see one thats not on a register

Has a decent kombucha selection, better than Kroger’s at least. Doesn’t carry the Perfect Bar Peanut Butter in the dark chocolate chip flavor, just the worst tasting ones. Constantly has a good supply of discounted yogurt. The Olly gummies sells out fast for me. Has two of those giant water jug refill stations. Always has the iced coffee I like to buy. Easy to find clearance center, has good stuff. My least preferred veggie/fruit selection in the area. Good for inbetween smaller grocery trips.

I went to this location on a Monday to get some deli meats, some chicken and cheeses. The Manager for the Deli department (I believe his name was Phillip) was such a great help! He got me to look at the Buffalo Cheddar cheese and now I am hooked! Also Monday’s are Cheap chicken days. I was able to get my family a rotisserie chicken home and made some chicken tacos! Highly recommend. Great service.

Store is missing several items. Not the first time unable to find what I wanted. If I was the store manager, I would be checking the shelves. It would be easy. There were empty sections. Very noticeable. In some areas, the store looked like the store was going out of business.

This store is always very clean and well stocked. I always find what Im looking for and the employees are so friendly. Plus I use their app and digital coupons and usually save on average about 35% at the checkout.

One cashier for the number waiting. Put up lane closed and there was no other cashier to take over. Not good

Quick access to groceries, pharmacy items, cleaning products, make-up & womens products, they also carry diapers, school products, beer & wine⟨No Liquor⟩, starbucks, deli/bakery, some animal products, & a couple other essential items. Everyone there is really nice and you never really have to wait to pay for any longer than 5 min.

OK - not a great selection of some products. Light on HABA. Not a lot of 0% Fage Greek yogurt stocked for some reason - always out. Produce section is great, just weirdly set up. Will go back, but not enthusiasticly. Not HEB quality.

Very dissatisfied with the Customer service, the ability to assist and the ability to provide me with what I needed. I wanted a rain check on items that werent in stock and Management refused. I needed guidance on Just for u app, and cashiers had no idea what I was requesting. I will not be back.

This store is located in a great location near my apartment. every time I go here I save a lot of money I get great deals for great products great quality products most of all. The customer service here is okay in the people here seem to be always smiling and happy I love shopping here.

Cashier needs to not talk about another employee in the front of a customer. Even though she means well. The store manager needs to say hello to people instead of walking by them its called customer service. Also the Hispanic man needs to be in uniform. And not to stare down his customers thats kind of creepy. Overall I can walk around with my hands in my pockets too. Unless they are trying I guess it wasnt like that when I work for the company I was 100 over 100 mystery shoppers. Maybe they need to start doing that again customer service goes a long ways not a company that just wants to fold. Besides that the store look good. You wanted my opinion you got it. Closing for now. Kid roc. Go figure.

Great place to go do your grocery shopping prices are a little high but the place is very clean and not crowded so you can shop in peace.

The store is clean and nice the staff is super sweet and helpful. That being said I find their prices and their app one of the most frustrating things I have ever used in in my life. You guys can certainly do better then this.

This location has totally gone down the drain since Covid hit. They are poorly stocked most of the time and the check out lines are insanely long most of the time with only 1 register open. I have opted to only shop at the Flower Mound locations as they are ALWAYS well stocked and they have self checkout lanes available. This location does not have any self checkout options which makes standing in line with only one cashier available tortuous. I am vegan so fresh produce is extremely important to me. This location used to have lots of fresh vegetables and fruits prepared daily that were ready for consumption. In the past 8 weeks, every single time my family and I have gone into this store, they NEVER have ready to go vegan options. I do not recommend shopping here at all unless you like dealing with a substandard store.

The store is clean, stocked and organized.The staff is helpful if you need help and courteous cashiers. I would say they are going above and beyond simply by asking how your day was.The prices can be high depending on what youre buying, but you have a choice to shop here or not. They do have some amazing deals on certain things, its just a matter of looking.

Employees are frequently not at their stations, ready to serve. I went to the deli and had to wait 15 minutes for them to find somebody who could slice meat for me. Another day, I went to the starbucks and nobody was manning that counter. I found an employee and she just announces special assistance needed at Starbucks. After about 5 minutes, I decided to get my coffee elsewhere.

How embarrassing for Tom Thumb, customers can wear thier masks properly yet THREE employees were not tonight during my visit. Three! This was between 8:40-8:55 pm on August first. Really hurts to see this if youre someone with a compromised immune system.

As always this Tom Thumb is very clean and organized and close enough to walk to and get some exercise! Staff is nice and helpful. My only complaint is that they are almost always out of cinnamon streusel coffee cakes. My favorite!! 😫😫

As in all the grocery stores that I go to. People are nice yes, can help me find something that I cant find which is rare cause I shop all the time. But yall, hahahahahaha have to pay attention 3my items, my bags I bring and do your job to the best of your ability. Your dealing with peoples food they eat. This is a person from California who desperately wants these super markets to get with the program......but I do like Tom Thumb.... .thank you

Ive been to a few Tom Thumbs and this one is always clean, well stocked, and the employees are always very nice. Ive never ever had any problems finding what Im looking for.

Favorite grocery store. Their fruit and vegetables are always excellent quality. The deli makes the best chicken salad around. Everything Ive had from the deli has been fabulous. I love the pre-made salads and dinners they have available. Their bakery is better than any bakery Ive visited. You can even buy scratch off tickets, do your banking, grab a Starbucks and register your Texas vehicle there. Highly recommend!

I normally dont shop much at Tom Thumb stores because theyre a little too pricey.I came to this store last weekend mainly for a beer run.I always check the canned on date when buying my beer.So I decided on my favorite beer,Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.I checked three six packs and they were all dated August 2018,thats too old for my taste.I then went to my second favorite beer Dales Pale Ale.The two six packs I checked were dated December 2017,thats over 14 months old! After spending about five to ten minutes looking for some fresh beer I found a El Chingon six pack dated December 2018.So,if youre interested in craft beer I would watch out if you shop at this store.The beer guy is probably just trying to get rid of the old stuff but hes not going to fool me!

Very fresh produce, great variety too. Clean store, great customer service and cheaper than Walmart with a Tom thumb card. I just loaded up on enough meat for two weeks for around 50.00. I love shopping here.

Clean store, with a good atmosphere.Nothing personal but this is a glorified Albertsons with a mass increase in product pricing. Not worth my money or time for my shopping needs.

Great customer service

This is a weird thing for me because this is my preferred store but they arent ever really busy so sometimes the stock is expired or expiring. I dont think they rotate things as frequently as they can since its not as busy here. Strawberries that are mouldy or frozen items that are already freezer burned. I still give them 4 stars because I can easily just check the date and quality myself at the store before going home but it is unfortunate.
