My wife loves your house made hint of lime chips. Went to 5 stores and they were all out, with no apologies. One guy doing a cheese reset and taking pics in Winston-Salem, says they are out, they have the stuff in back and theyll make them tonight, a deli associate in Lewisville just says, we are out, get the Late July chips, theyre good too and walked away. Im not sure what I expected, but I felt like I was dismissed.

Deli was short on fried chicken and could not fill a two 8 piece order with fried chicken. Had to finish with spicy chicken. Not enough potato wedges and not enough okra to satisfy the two orders.

Today was the first time I have gone to that store. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the store is and the workers there were really helpful to me. The store is neat and clean. It has everything you need there.

Three times in a row went to meat counter to get fresh cut boneless ribeye price charged $3.00 higher per pound than on ribeye in display window. When put on scale and asked if everything looked ok, I said no price is higher than marked. I was told it was marked wrong and he could get the manager if that was a problem and proceeded to put wrong price back in display. I just walked away.

Always a great selection of, well... everything! you can sample various beers, or even drink a beer as you shop! (yes, you just read that correctly!)

Awesome beer selection, prepared deli foods, and a great selection of staple items as well. Cashiers were friendly, and the other staff in the store were helpful. They also have a place to sit and sip beer served right there on site. My grocery store of choice when asked to pick something up on the way home.

They are slowly replacing common brands with their own. They selection of food is very limited. Their deli is great though.

This is a very nice store. The staff is all very nice, the quality of the meat in the butcher shop is superb. Im not real impressed by the produce. Oddly enough, Food Kitty seems to have better produce. I dont like how they store is organized. There are things stashed on random aisles, making them hard to find. All and all i really like this store. It just needs a few tweaks.

That last star is for value...which we completely understand...Lowes is a great place to shop but you will spend a little more! Most of the time we think the added expense is worth it but the lure of WMs free grocery pickup sometimes overwhelms. 😉 Thanks for being great!

I love this store! Its clean, well stocked with beautiful produce and a variety of meats, cheeses and fresh deli products. The team members are always pleasant and efficient.

Deli worker was excellent.

The front desk refused to let me speak to the manager for an update on a job interview that I had last week. This is the only Lowes Foods Ive ever had that experience with. Whoever theyre allowing to pick up the phones in customer service needs to be taught what customer service actually is.

Lowes foods is clean. Thats one of the first things I look for walking into a good establishment. Fresh foods in produce. If you are willing to pay a little more for your shopping.

Very welcoming store, as a matter of fact when I entered last week the manager happened to be by the front door and said hello and welcomed me in. That was really cool, I felt like I was wanted there. I stop in here once or twice biweekly and always meet with friendly people. And I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the clerk who works in mornings, Teresa. She is a joy, and always makes me feel good about going there! 5.5 stars

Nice place to shop

I actually really like this chain but will will not be shopping here for the foreseeable future. The staff are not required to wear masks or sanitize their hands (I did see the bakery staff wearing masks) and the majority of the shoppers do not seem concerned about wearing at all. The Robinhood Road location is quite different, with a majority of staff and shoppers masking every time Ive been there.

This is a good store. It is clean and the staff are friendly. When I first moved to the town, my favorite place to take my friends was the Beer Den. I had never seen anything like it in a store, and I would make a stop at the store just to visit this novelty. I started joining the group of other locals that convene at this stores Den every Thursday for Thirsty Thursday, where we meet new faces, talk about the work-week, and even trade business cards. It has become a bit of a local hot-spot from 4-7pmWith the number of people enjoying the craft beers in this store, we have been disappointed with the lack of attention to this Beer Den, especially as compared to other Lowes Foods stores (Clemmons, Kernersville, Reynolda). There is a lack of available seating, and the placement of the wine isles in reference to the Beer Den serving-counter make it uncomfortable to stand and sample beers in the Beer Den.Every week, another new visitor to the Den makes the comment, Have you seen the Clemmons Beer Den? It is super nice! Those comments dont fall on deaf ears among the patrons in Lewisville, and had we lacked the social community that surrounds our Lewisville Beer Den, Im sure most of us would head to another location on Thursdays.Make no mistake -- this is no commentary on the regular Beer Den Master... he and the other folks do a fantastic job making sure the patrons are as comfortable as he can. However, locally/regionally the management is overlooking what more the Lewisville Lowes Foods Beer Den could be with a little attention to the folks regularly supporting it (with our wallets). Lest you think this is over-dramatic belly-aching by a spoiled patron, please join us on Thursday at 5pm and see for yourself. Youll meet some new faces, learn some new names, and experience the first-hand the inattention of store management to the Lewisville Beer Den.

Decent grocery store on the way home. Prices are a little higher than food lion or Walmart but has stuff the others dont have.

Always so clean, very well stocked and organized. And the people are a millions times friendlier and helpful than Walmart. They also have a better variety of foods, awesome salad bar and deli. Only reason for not 4 stars is they can be pricey. The trick is to find good sales.

My brother has a broken foot and I wanted to get him some fresh healthy food. I went to the salad bar and made him a chef salad, got Cole slaw, and pasta salad. He told me that it was the meal he had so far. Thanks for having such fresh produce and delicious choices.

We so love this Lowes. It is better than our local one so we make the drive. The freshly cut fruits and veggies are always a favorite for us. The staff has always been so willing to help. We love the sandwiches and the sushi as well. They are so tasty and fresh. Great experience for a grocery store.

Excellent Customer Service.

Your chicken kitchen doesn’t close until 9 but your employee stated they don’t make potato wedges after 6 and there was only a handful left. You were out of Mac n cheese, the broccoli and mashed potatoes looked incredibly unappetizing. If you say you serve the food until 9 then keep the area stocked and fresh until 9, just pure laziness.

Lowes foods have really improved over the years. Their deli and bakery never disappoint. The beer selection is great. The salad bar is one of my favorite things to eat for lunch on my break.

Super friendly store manager, Walter greeted me and we had a nice conversation...nice to see hes out with customers some. Store was very clean and stocked. Would definitely shop here on regular basis if I lived closer!

Other than the terrible medians the city is putting up (making it difficult to get to Lowes), this is a gorgeous grocery store. Its like the Mall of America but as a grocery store...they added all of these little stations for fresh bread, chicken, coffee, you can even have a beer in the store while you shop! Makes the men a little happier to be grocery shopping with beer in hand. Amazing meat and deli meat selection. Always friendly. The cashiers arent the most attentive but otherwise a great shopping experience.

Lately food from here seems to be much closer to expiration dates compared to nearby groceries. I have found multiple items already expired. As well as fresh produce going bad extremely fast.

This isnt my go to place for groceries but I like that they have Boars Head deli meats.

I typically dont write reviews for companies but time and time again I wonder we we bother with this location and company. We love the town and I and my daughter even worked at this location. We loved the people, manager and culture. However recently we were there purchasing our weekly staples and I bought pork chops. The fresh date said 10-10-19, when I opened them they were bad and rotten. So I sent my husband back to the store to get our money back. He was given such a hard time even being told that he should have had his receipt when the gift card wouldnt work. Now the chops were in Lowes packaging and lowes label with the store number. Would it have hurt them to of been sincere? We spend a lot of money at Lowes foods and this is not the first time the same person closing on the front end has been rude. I had the same experience with the Lowes foods to go at this store. My husband had a heart attack and the family wanted to do something nice for us so it was suppose to be the convenience of it all. We picked up our groceries and 14 items were missing. Then they over promised and under delivered again. I got home from the hospital to cook and guess what we had take out. Not a good experience ! We both have been in retail for years and would never nor have we treated people so poorly! We are sorry to say it but we may not be back. There are good people who work at this store and they do not deserve this type of review. It is true what they say about a rotten apple can spoil the bunch.

I like Lowes and try to support them as much as possible b/c I like supporting local businesses large or small. They have some great products and concepts. I like their Beer Den where you can sample NC Craft Beers and buy growlers. We would shop there more but my wife thinks they are a little higher than other grocery stores.

Manager - Walter is absolutely awesome. Helps out in the community and cares about people who shop there. Workers are diligent and seem to take pride in what they do. Store is always clean, meat and produce is normally excellent.

Made a quick stop to visit the salad bar and deli.. There was 2 dead flies on the food in the salad bar..Ok, so skip that today! On to the deli to decide on pasta salad where I found a rather long hair sticking out of one salad.. I love Lowes Foods, but dont think I can return to this store.. I did report it to an employee, who didnt even offer an apology..

This stores location is somewhat hidden but once inside it has friendly and happy people working there. You are made to feel like a member of the family. They will go out of their way to make it right.

I had a bad experience with an employee, I basically just gave up and walked out figuring that nothing would be done and I just wouldnt shop here. the manager Doug went out of his way to get ahold of me, discuss my grievances, and make the situation right. The world needs more people like Doug
