Staff is very knowledgable and helpful. Prices are reasonable and online orders are always ready when I arrive.

Had to buy refrigerant, they jacked up the price by about 2-4 times, obviously due to the fact its in the summer and the heat. but I didnt have a choice because I really needed it. The staff was remarkably unhelpful, and the first bottle I bought was broken and had been returned before . So should not have been on the shelf. Very sad because pre-covid I had shopped their regularly and found the staff helpful friendly and the prices reasonable. I also found the store rather disorganized compared to what Ive been used to from them.

Awesome service. Asked for a new battery, they installed it I was out of there less than 30 minutes.

Found out yesterday as it rained that my repair shop had not changed my wipers 3 weeks earlier as requested. In addition they bent the wiper arm in their attempt because my car has a unique setting for raising the arm when the car is not running.The guys at Advanced Auto helped me get replacement blades and took the time to research and figure out the control setting to raise the arm. He asked if he could adjust the bent arm BEFORE he did it and correctly installed the blades. I could not have made the trip home from St. Marys City, MD to Baltimore without them going above and beyond a basic purchase! They were gracious and extremely helpful.

Love this place cause they have 9ther ways that you can get parts even cheaper by shopping online while still being able to pick up parts the same day or have them delivered within 2. I like this place a lot better than other parts stores nearby

Tried the online order pick up in store experience. It was easy. When i went in the store, however, it took forever. I had paid for it online so i thought it would be a quick process. It was not. I was disappointed by that. Walmart is actually faster lol.

Got my battery with warranty swapped out. Lightly staffed but they still took care of me as quickly as possible. Will be back for random needs.

Auto Zone across from them are way better. They know what their doing. This place couldnt tell me the difference between 2 starters. Tried giving me the wrong one. Their cheapest starter for my car was 210.99 so I went next door to Auto Zone. Their starter exact same brand was 143.99. Big difference then helped me by telling me what id encounter doing it my self and what I shouldnt touch. Advanced tried telling me that I needed it to be done professionally because its set can only be done professionally. Nope. Always have done it my self. So if I could it would be 1/2 star only bc they had the paper towels I liked.

The bald headed man that works at this location is beyond rude.! Went in to get a battery and I asked the associate if I could get some help installing the battery due to I had never changed one before in this vehicle, and with the mount it can be tricky. I received an eye roll and a huff and puff because it was apparently an inconvienance. I took my battery and told him I didnt want to cause him to have to provide a positive customer experience. I will not be back to this store. Get off your high horse sir and realize you made me feel like I was inept to ask for such a small meaningless request. Oh and enjoy your customer complaint to corporate due to your lack of customer service!

Great customer service! Went in to buy wiper blades, got a discount, and the sales associate replaced them, free of charge. Wonderful service!!

Very unprofessional. Almost the entire staff were standing in front of the doors smoking when I walked in. Once I got inside, they were talking about all of the times they went to jail. They were not being quiet about it at all. Literally the entire store could hear them bragging about who served the longest times in prison/jail. I will be going across the street to AutoZone next time.

This store is a great example of AAPs commitment to customer service... Way to go!!!

The manager at this location is terrible. I went there trying to replace a fairly inexpensive part that a local auto shop had stated was defective, and the manager basically called me a liar and stated that he wouldnt care if he lost my business. There were a whole variety of ways he couldve approached it more diplomatically, but instead he opted to insult a customer.Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other auto parts locations in the county, such as the one across the street.
