Precision Tune Auto Care quickly made an appointment for me. When I arrived, I was promptly checked in, and they started immediately working on my car. The manager and technicians were professional and knowledgeable. I was not even charged for their services because it was such an easy fix! This is where I am going to get my car serviced in the future, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for 21 years. Dennis and the crew have always taken good care of me and them. I trust them and whenever I have a vehicle issue they are my go-to. There have been very few things over the years that they were not able to take care of for me and they are a bit like family now.

Ive been coming to Percision Tune for my car care for a while now, and Ive never had a complaint until now. Mr. Railey scheduled an appointment for the 20th of this month to have my rear break pad replaced on the 10th. I arrived on the 20th at 9am. To hear(by another service rep)that I wasnt on the schedule for that day. Which I found odd. Never had that problem before. So the service rep scheduled me another appointment for 9am this morning. I arrived 8:30 am this morning only to hear the same thing (by the same guy who set the appointment for me on Monday)I wasnt on the schedule for this morning. I explained to him that he was the one who scheduled it on Monday. He told me that he was sorry and could scheduled me for tomorrow morning at 9. Now what sense would it make to schedule another appointment so I can be told the same thing tomorrow. On my way to leave out I asked about Mr.Raily. The Rep said he had left. Then I understood. This mess wouldnt not have happened if he was still there. He was so perfessional and trustworthy. It cost a little more than the dealership, but he always returned my car on or before the time he said it would be ready. There was no taking it back for the same service. Now the pain of finding another trustworthy auto service place. I normally dont write reviews unless they are good,but I was really upset that I went through the trouble making and appointment only to be lied to not once but twice.

Ive been to this location a couple of times and am extremely pleased with the care and attention by Dennis and his team. I felt like a competitors shop was charging me too much for a service so I reached out to Dennis and his team completed the work, did so perfectly, and charged me a fair price. I drive past a couple of auto shops in my 20+ miles to get to them, but its always well worth it to be confident that Im paying a fair price for a quality job.

Terrible service. I had them recharge my A/c. The next day my A/C clutch did not kick on. I stop back by to see if they could check the pressure to make sure I didnt have a leak. The guy didnt give me a chance to talk and told me that he filled it to specs and nothing he could do for me.WILL NOT RETURN OR RECCOMEND!

I wanted to give a decent review for the polite service but I have to give 1 star. I was new to the area and received a coupon in the mail for a free inspection and oil change. At the end, they gave me a list of recommended services and repairs that added up to $1700. My car had over 100k miles and it was over a decade old so I thought it could use some work. I’m not car savvy, so I agreed to the recommendations. One of the services was a transmission fluid change. For high mileage cars that didn’t receive routine maintenance, this can be a death sentence for the transmission. Afterwards, I immediately had problems shifting gears. As auto mechanics, they should have known that could have been a problem. They did it anyways to make a quick buck off of me. Because of Precision Tune Auto, I have to buy a new car. It goes without saying that I will not be taking my new car here.

Great quick service. Dennis, the manager, doesnt gouge you into things you dont need, and explains things in ways that even I understood. For the services I had done, Precision undercut another local shop that I have been going to for 3 years by $250, and they did more for less. I will be returning to Precision in the very near future for more work on my vehicle.

Precision Auto Tune really took care of me. I came in to diagnose an unknown electrical issue. It was really a doozie. One of those things where you think its fixed and then something else goes bad. Despite having to keep reworking things, and eventually rewire the whole electrical system for the horn and airbags as well as do a reroute to a custom switch; they only charged me for the first issue that was solved in half the total time. Also, the facilities were spotlessly clean and organized. I spoke with the mechanic directly about the route he was thinking of taking to solve my issue and it was great to be kept in the loop directly about the issue. Most auto shops keep you in the dark, only passing word through a spreadsheet to a desk clerk. Also, at Precision there is a huge window allowing you to see everything thats going on with your car. All of these things combine to make a business which is truly committed to honesty and putting the customer first. I went in not knowing what to expect and left feeling like I made new friends. I know that if I ever need anything for my car in the future, Precision Auto Tune will be my first and only choice.

Called and made an appt for an oil change on the 1/9 for the 18th. Arrived and found a sign on the door dated 1/4 that they are closed on Monday. 🤔

I cannot say enough about Dennis and Precision Tune! I was in the area for a brief work trip, as I was getting ready to leave the area and drive home, my car died. Upon a recommendation from my insurance company, I had my car sent to Precision Tune. I barely was able to speak with Dennis right before they closed on a Thursday, but Dennis went above and beyond to get my car checked out, fixed (replaced an alternator and battery) and able to be picked up in less than 24 hours. I feel like it is hard to find people of integrity in businesses anymore, but Dennis is just that. I would take my business to him again if I am in the area and need anything! Thank you Dennis!

Ive been going to the Lexington Park Precision Tune Auto shop for years and rely on them to keep my truck running safely. They have never failed to satisfy. I trust them to do quality work and if something in the shop goes wrong, they have made it right. I have never left dissatisfied. Mr Raley has always made every effort to provide excellent service at reasonable prices. In comparing their prices for several repairs, I have found the charge about half of what similar work was quoted at the dealership.

Stopped coming here after they wanted to charge me over $100 to change the AC cabin filter and telling me my wifes vehicle needed new tires when they had been replaced a few weeks earlier. Honesty and integrity will get everyone farther than lying.Edit: Before getting a wheel alignment ask if the printer works. On another occasion, after being recommended a wheel alignment and doing it, I pointed out that the steering wheel wasnt straight. I was told the frame/chassis was probably bent, but that the wheels were aligned. I asked for the spec print out for the before and after wheel angles, but according to them the printer didnt work. So Ill never know if my car was really in need of an alignment or not. Recently had the car aligned again at a different shop: received a before and after print out, AND the steering wheel is now straight. Maybe the frame unbent itself?

Loved my experience here. I had some tires delivered via tire rack and this shop was one of the recommended installers. They did not try and push fabricated issues on me and treated my husband and I with the up most respect. After instillation my car was perfect - no pull. A fabulous alignment - drives straight as an arrow. They closed at 5 and last pick up is 4:45. They stayed open right on the top of the hour when my husband was rushing in. I would highly recommend these guys.

Good scheduling

Didnt care to spend the weekend driving on my donut spare, so I spent most of Saturday morning looking for somewhere that could inspect the flat and either fix it or replace it. The place I took it to first found the leak but didnt have time to fix it. Called around and Precision had the best price for a flat fix so I brought it to them. Took about 20 minutes for them to fix and they asked if I wanted it mounted. I assumed it would be extra but not only did they not charge me for the mounting, it was cheaper than the estimate. The guys were knowledgeable and friendly and I wont hesitate to come back.

I have taken my Hyundai Elantra (2013) to the Lexington Park, Precision Tune Auto Care twice. Both times I had a positive experience. I am most impressed with how quickly I am able to get my car in for an appointment. This last visit I left my car overnight without an appointment (not an act I am usually in the habit of doing; nor do I recommend) and a note and key in the drop box with the work I was hoping to have done on the car. I followed the car drop-off with an online appointment request. Sure enough- YEAH!- they were able to service my car first thing this morning. I also appreciate the fact that my bill was itemized and Dennis included a decount for the promotions that presently applied to my services. Precision Tune Auto Care- Lexington Park is now my go-to place for service on my Elantra.

Recently took my car in for a basic oil change, which was free due to a new movers discount. For the entirety of the Southern Maryland area, this was the only shop that sent out this courtesy offer. Whether is was intended to bring in business or not, it was an appreciated gesture.Following the oil change, two services were recommended: power steering and brake fluid exchange. Considering the mileage of the car, I agreed with the recommendation.Conveniently, there was a special deal for 1/2-price fluid exchange that day. Again, not sure if this was a sales tactic or not, but regardless it was very appreciated. The Power Steering Fluid Exchange ran me $54.90 (after discount), which is a very fair and competitive price.Although I did not get the Brake Fluid Exchange that day, the mechanic offered to honor the discounted price (~$60) whenever I choose to return. That is as fair as fair will get.Overall, I am skeptical and cautious with choosing a mechanic for my car, but my first experience at Precision Tune Auto Care was a very good one.

Needed alot of work done and am New to the area. They are very customer focused here. Still quick turn around despite high volume. They even Found coupons online to apply for me without asking. Reasonably priced for everything too. Will for sure be going back as needed.

Dennis Raley is a consummate professional. Didnt try to sell me unnecessary products and talked me out of unnecessary services. Told me to check with my warranty first. The last place used the wrong oil and charged me more than I paid for better oil quality. They gained a loyal customer. And it took about 20-25 minutes tops after I even bought the wrong Groupon and they had to adjust all of the info for my car.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They tell it to you straight. The dont have you do any unnecessary repairs. You feel like you are around family. Been going to them for 8 years and I tell everyone I know and meet how great this place is.

When I owned my previous car which was a pizza delivery car I had tried multiple shops in the area and had bad experience after bad experience. Then I found Dennis and precision tune auto care and its been great ever since. I now take my new car to them for every service and oil change. They have never lied to me and have always been very honest and upfront about all things and never pressure to have anything done just inform you of the facts and ask how you would like to proceed. Technically Incompetent and The Manager is RudeI wont be using this installer again. I only chose it because it was one of Tire Racks recommended installers and it is near where I live and work. I had my tires fitted their late last year and within a few weeks I had to go back to get the front tires rebalanced due to a gnarly shimmy. They said one of the weights must have fallen off. Then in January I had the tires rotated after a servicing and low and behold the shimmy vibration was back. I guess those weights dont like to stick... I left the car with them all day this Saturday and when I finally got it back he claimed that the wheel was out by 1/4oz. OK so as soon as I left I proceeded to test whether the shimmy was still there. To my surprise it was actually worse! Had they actually done anything? I called him and he advised that it could be the tire and to his credit he recommended another shop - Southern Tire. I went there yesterday and they couldnt have been more polite helpful and collaborative, something that the manager definitely isnt at Precision Tune. I stood by and witnessed the balancing this time, and both tires the technician demonstrated were not just out but really out. When I said I had them balanced just three days ago he was dumbstruck. Neither he nor the Southern Tire Manager could believe it. The car is now very happy. Rock solid, no shimmy. Ill never go back to Precision Tune, as he clearly doesnt need my business and I dont need his shoddy work or excuses!

This place is a total scammers delight they tried to tell my wife that she needed a new serpentine belt. She promptly called me and I told her to ask for the old belt back so I could inspect it. The technician then said that it was not possible to give her old belt back. Any respectable shop would have obliged but this place is a fraud and preys on people who are not mechanically savvy. Total sham! Stay away at all cost and take it to a real mechanic or get scammed!

Im the typical do-it-yourselfer, but there are limits (like alignments). I truly respect the honesty and integrity of the manager at the Lexington Park location. He told me what I needed to hear, made no attempt to sell me things I didnt need, and didnt charge me for work that couldnt be completed due to seized hardware. I also listened to his interactions with other customers, which were similar to my experience. I recommend this location to anyone who demands trustworthiness and sincerity in their mechanics.

I’ve been going to them for the last two years for routine maintenance, and I will go out of my way to use this shop over others. Their work is quick and efficient, they don’t try to upsell, and their rates are reasonable. I recently dropped off my Jeep for engine trouble; they called with a diagnosis even before “official” opening time, my vehicle was ready within 15 mins of the estimated repair time, and the final cost was actually lower than what they’d quoted me. Recommend this shop without hesitation.

I took my old, 95 Ranger for tires and an engine diagnostic. The diagnostic pointed to a number of various (expensive) repairs to be made. However, the technicians were very honest and told me that I should take it to a Ford dealership to get the PCM (computer) checked before spending a great deal of money. They could have robbed me blind but instead were very honest. I appreciate that immensely! :-) Thank you!!

WILL NOT TRUST THEM EVER AGAIN AND I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. I will explain. The manager at this location tried to trick me into buying a car during my last repair. I have been going here for years and was a loyal customer. It has never been cheap, but at least I figured they were honest. Before I took the car in for the repair he had said the repair would probably be about $400. Then the day I had taken the car in for repair he mentioned that he had a car for sale for $1800, which I mentioned was more then I had and that I would stick with my car. Then suddenly, the estimated cost to repair my car was going to be around $1700, and he then backed down the price of his car to $1500. Crooked, shady NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

I gave them a one star just to write my review I had a Groupon coupon for a four wheel alignment with free wiper blades. I was told the alignment could not be done until I buy two front tires which were still new and replace the tire rod on the passenger side. I come from a family of mechanics including my nineteen year old son. I asked for a copy of all the work that needed to be done, and was told I could not get it I would be charged for a oil change in order to get it. Not to mention to fix the car it would cost me $850 to $900 to let them do the work. Saturday I went to Percision Tune in Annapolis and was give a complete four wheel alignment the only thing I didn’t get was the wipers because my car is a foreign car and they have to be purchased though the dealer which I knew before going. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR “PERIOD”

Rude person at front desk doesnt have a clue about tire safety and maintenance. Argued with me over my request and told me I was wrong. I suggest workers have proper training or at least do a Google search on proper tire maintenance. Went to Jiffy Lube instead.

I have had my 07 car for 2 years now and took it to Midas for every oil change and tire rotation. Before my last oil change I was concerned my brakes needed changing so I asked them to check them. They told me my rotors were so worn I should park the car and not drive it until I had the work done. The price they quoted was a little high so I checked out Precision on a friends suggestion. While my rotors and brake pads did indeed need changing I found out Midas quoted me for one rotor and 2 pads, whereas Precision changed all rotors and pads for only $40 more. I also received a card for a free oil change. I will be returning for any future maintenance and I definitely recommend it to others.

My husband brought my car in for an oil change, top off fluids, and everything else included in the Groupon we purchased. Once completed, my husband received a call that the repairs were done and of course made their recommendations. Included in their recommendations were new rotors because they were shot and new brakes etc which they quoted several hundred dollars for parts and labor (approx $300-500). My husband is an aviation mechanic and knows a lot about cars and maintenance so he changed my breaks this weekend. Spent $120 to find out that the brake pads still had 1/2 life and that the rotors are perfectly fine. Also, he noticed that half the fluids werent even touched or checked like they should have been. We also asked for a panel on the underside of my car to be put back on in which they stated they would do no problem, that panel was put back on by my husband this past weekend. So basically, they didnt do the services as they should have, made BS claims on parts needing to be fixed/replaced etc...all in all we paid $50 for a very routine basic oil change. Needless to say, we wont be back and I will encourage others to not even bother with bringing their car here.

We cannot say enough nice things about Dennis and his team. They accept Groupons and run them as a special which helps tremendously, especially with a high synthetic oil change. They are flexible with scheduling your vehicle and always put the customer first, weve had our vehicles there more than once, and have not encountered anything less than stellar customer service. Highly recommend in comparison to some other service providers in the area that are also chains but dont have the customers best interest at heart. This location regularly suggests servicing and repairs that are NOT needed. I no longer trust this location and will never take any of my 3 cars there again. They have tried to sell me extra services on each of my 3 cars at different times.

I went in for just an oil change and left with a long list of things that were wrong with my car. The worker asked me if I had my car recently inspected, which should have been my first clue that he was going to tell me things were supposedly wrong with my car. Then he proceeded to give me a list of about 20 items which needed to be fixed and I know for a fact they are 100%. I recently had my car at my mechanics where my family and I have been going to for 10+ years and everything checked out perfectly. I have never been steered the wrong way with them. Flash forward to today and getting a long list of bad items on my car and I know they were running me through a loop. I dont know if they treat every customer like that or if it was because Im a female, but it was the worst experience I have ever had and I do not appreciate being treated like an idiot who doesnt know what is good or bad on their car. I will never ever go to another Precision Tune Auto Care!

I have been to this store twice for a alignment, first time I was told my tires werent in good enough condition to do a alignment... so I got brand new tires an not to mention the rude man at the front shouting out all my business for the whole waiting area to hear. i brought my car back today with the new tires for the alignment, after 10 minutes of me sitting there the same rude man tells me they cant do my alignment cause they dont have the proper tools!? Really? He said he suggested taking it somewhere else!!! So tell me how you dont have the tools to do it but advertise otherwise!? This place is awful and Ill never go back, and Ill make sure I tell everyone I know to stay far away from these rude unprofessional people!

Just moved to the area and received a free oil change so I figured Id see if this could be my new auto shop and I thought wrong. They were unable to do my fluid exchange, which sucked but I get it, all cars are different. They said I needed brake fluid and coolant replaced and they were on sale and a tune up would be $189. I needed to wait for the tune up. My fiance took it in for the tune up and it cost more than they said, $198 and change. Not a fan of the number switch up and how its my fault I was quoted wrong after spending now over $300 there.

Got an oil change yesterday and when I left was told that my censor lights would go off which sounded unusual seeing as they go off once my tire has enough pressure. Needless to say they never went off stopped by WAWA to put air in my tire one tire was at 25 and the other 27 and after I put air in VIOLA my censor light went off. I called the store and spoke with the manager because my tires were not rotated. He returned to the conversation argumentative that he spoken to me about the fact that my tires could not be rotated because one of them were not new. The point where he became agitated was when he stated he spoken to me about this yesterday and I explained that my further recommendations were explained but nothing about my tires. He had an attitude about me being my car up there to get air in the tire no thanks Dennis! that was already done. I shouldve stuck to my guns and never returned here will not do business with them again. Not even at a discounted rate.

I called on 4/28/18, Saturday morning to have the belts on my vehicle changed and maybe some more work done. Front desk made the appointment for 12:30 pm. Arrived 15 minutes early and was told that my truck would not be serviced due to he had just received a $3000 to $4000 job. Giving them another chance put wrong oil filter on my truck 2 times. Will never use this place again.

Got an appointment same day for an A/C recharge and was in and out in about an hour. Perfect.

They over-torqued my wheel lugs. So much that I couldnt remove them by hand. If they cant tighten a nut right I dont trust them for anything.
