Ive had a Blossman tank in my front yard since I moved into this house 10 years ago. Blossman will typically try to charge more than the average rate so it is important to negotiate with them. If they call up and say hey- we have a truck in your area... how about we stop by and deliver your gas? They will way overcharge on the per gallon rate. Remember to negotiate. Their regulator on the tank in my yard went bad recently and leaked out all of the gas. Thankfully my house did not explode or catch fire. They fixed their equipment then came on my property and filled the tank to the top, charging me whatever they want, and only wanting to cover half of the cost of the gas that their faulty equipment leaked out. The best thing about Blossman is that their competition is even worse!

So my gas logs died on me several days ago. Knew there was propane in the tank. Disassembled the igniter, thermocoupling, and the pilot jet. Went to several stores In Lexington who either wouldn’t help me or didn’t have parts. Blossman was my last stop as it was the furthest away from me. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a nice young lady and a gentlemen who was taking a call. The lady said if I could hold for him he could help me. Told him I couldn’t keep the pilot light lit. He examined what I brought in and I told him I’d buy all new parts if he had them. He got old me that he could fix what I had no problem. He immediately grabbed his tool bag and disassembled the pilot jet and cleaned it. Told me that was my problem. The gentleman wouldn’t even accept a payment from me and even gave me a line that had broke during his (really not his fault or anything, 15 year old line) disassembly. Came home and reinstalled it and it worked better than before. I highly recommend them. I’ll be using them to fill all my propane tanks from here on out. Great service and super friendly.

Blossom Gas out of Lexington NC has the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced! Been promised propane for 3 Friday’s in a row, and after repeated calls and promises still no propane!!! My tank is at 20% and a winter storm is coming!

Good customer services

We bought a gas log fireplace from Blossman, it was delivered and installed on the day promissed. Excellent service and the crew was friendly. I recomend them for any of your gas needs. Also they have an office dog. Anyone who likes dogs is ok in my opinion .

We set up an appointment for someone to come out and talk to us about getting propane service. Well, appointment day comes. We wait.. and wait. Finally we call to see what is going on. The guy said that the time just snuck up on him. What a sorry and incompetent excuse. We will be looking elsewhere for service.

Terrible customer service they will charge u ridiculous amounts. To fill your tanks $350 plus. They charge outrageous service fees...and when u cancel the service like I chose to do after being raped in prices they will charge u to come pick up their equipment and tack on a extra fees so they get 120$ total from you canceling due to their outrageous pricing. They dont care to have your business they only care about themselves and make that known. Beware when choosing this company unless you just have money to throw away....
