A car hit my vehicle while they were backing up, & really messed up both doors on the passenger side. I took it them and WOW what a great job they did! They even detailed the inside of my car!! Now thats what I call customer service!!

This place is amazing, after a string of bad luck, 2 shop visits in 1 month. The first was a horrible experience at John Harris where I had to keep going back to get the filament in my brake lights checked. Then hit a deer and accidently found the absolute best shop in Columbia. Crescents staff and owner are AMAZING people. What a great experience with them. I am an Insurance Agent and deal with collision centers all the time. These guys have it going on. I am going to send all my clients to them for ALL repairs and for the roadside service. Thank you guys for making this craziness so much easier than my previous service!! You restored my faith in good service and in human kindness in one swoop!

My vehicle was fixed properly in a timely manner as well. I had called around to other shops in the Lexington area and none even seemed interested in my job because they were so busy. Excellent work! Looks like my car was never hit and looks like a new car! Not only was the work excellent but the people there are super nice, professional, and did all the work with the insurance company and even called the rental car company to pick up their car for me. The insurance company wanted them to put all used parts, including a used radiator, in it and he said no thats not happening and put all new stuff on my car. It looks great! Will definitely use them again!

The owner is a great down to earth guy. If you are looking for body repairs this is the place to go to. The car I brought in had a terrible bumper scratch down to the metal and Crescent Collision patched it up; It looks like it never saw a ding since it rolled out of the factory! Tack on to that the excellent price for the work. I saved 30% compared to what other garages would have charged.

My truck was in need of extensive body repair after it was hit in February. After waiting months to get it back, we discovered the body was out of alignment in several spots. After my accident, the tow truck driver recommended Crescent Collision. I did a quick google search for reviews and agreed. When I saw the car for the first time, you could hardly even tell that it had been in an accident. The shop actually used Genuine parts instead of sourcing the parts from a salvage yard, which was very important to me. I am quite a picky person when it comes to my car, so I scrutinized everything on the car. I found a couple of small things that I felt werent perfect, but the shop was eager to fix anything I did not like, including something that I found after taking the car home. I would highly recommend Crescent Collision.

Crescent Collision did a wonderful job repairing our 2014 Chevrolet Silverado after it sustained major damage during an unfortunate vehicle theft situation. They were on call at midnight and were there within the hour to help us tow the vehicle from where local police found it to their location. The owner was very helpful with all insurance issues and got our vehicle looking better than brand new in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them!

On August 4 I had what I hope to be is my worst day of this year. My car was almost totaled and I only knew of one place that had previously given me the best customer service experience ever beforehand. I called ProTow because they were associated with Crescent Collision (after researching their location for their name). Buddy saved the day! These guys made a series of unfortunate events turn around much faster and easier for me— my blessings in disguise. Everyone keeps asking who did the work, despite my love for them I still wish to forget I had to get it done.... but my review is 100% legit a testimony of some amazing work.
