The service here was quick, courteous, and great! I was surprised and pleased with how quick the turnaround was. The repair looked perfect. Kimberly and Duane were in constant communication with any updates, which I appreciated. They washed and vacuumed my car too! Tire shine for a bumper repair was a nice touch.

The level of customer service here is beyond words. From the first time I reached out to Kim, she took my concerns and made me feel welcomed, confident, and cared for. She didn’t over promise me anything, in fact, she gave me a realistic time frame for the repairs to be made, but ended up having the work completed two days earlier. My car looks fantastic! Also, she provided me with a rental car discount, unlike my previous mechanic, saving me over $1,000 dollars. She, and her staff, followed up with every day of the process, and made business easy and convenient. What she did was not only gain a new customer, but a friend. These guys do great paint and body work. I know this because unfortunately several of my vehicles have been repaired here. The staff is friendly, communicates well and repairs are completed in a timely manner.

My daughter was in an accident while on the way out of town last week. The vehicle was taken to Gerber Collision. She was down on her luck, completely upset and bummed about getting held up and not getting to go on vacation. Carla was an my daughter and my grand kids. She went out of her way to be kind to them. Not only did she calm them down once they got there, she gave them a gird card that she had on her for them to use. She told my daughter they needed it more than she did. There really are good people in the world but this girl was the most humble person. She told my son in law she had only been there a few days but that was a shock. I just want Gerber Collision and Glass to know what a treasure you have in Miss Carla. I am going to send her a personalized note of thanks but want the management to know how great she is!

This was not a very good experience- actually it was unproductive in every way. They charged me triple what I was quoted at three other places, after the fact- they broke my key FOB INTENTIONALLY, they embarressed me mightily in from my insurance adjusters-, whom I have been acquainted with for quite some time and never needed to have gotten involved in the first place. It still carries John Harriss signs and staff, which (hopefully) explains it. They say never to make business personal, which is why, I guess, Gerber had the good fortunate of buying this local conglomerate. Good luck, regardless.

Gerber collision and glass is the best. They fixed my car up and got it done faster then they thought. Their customer service and hospitality is great! I didnt know till I went and picked it up but they had detailed my car as well! 10 out 10 would recommend!

On our way from Southern Ohio. To board Our Cruise Ship, We hit a giant piece of Semi Retread, Our Car wasnt 2 months Old yet. We spent the night in South Carolina Where this occurred,They took our Car to be repaired. We got a Rental. Made the Ship. With Hurricanes threw out the State they finished up our Car. So Satisfied With their Work.

I cannot express enough how amazing Gerber collision is. I have been to them 3 times now for collision repairs. Every single time they have been great. They have been friendly, kept me updated, and finished on time every single time. I will always use them for my vehicle repairs!

When it was Bakers collision we never had any problems. This time we showed them the 3 little places (about an inch for each one) scratches. Scuffed the carport. $655 later and go to pick it up and they smoothed out 2 of the places and painted. Looked good. The 3rd was touched up and rough and nasty looking. Told us they werent told to do that one. They touched it up for free. WTH. Why would you fix 2 and not the third one. Gladly offered to fix it for a nice price. No thank you. Guy was nasty.

Best experience ever! These guys did an amazing repair on my F250. I was extremely impressed with the high level of service I received from the first moment I contacted John Reeves at Baker Collision Express in Lexington.I backed into someone 3 weeks ago causing what I thought was very expensive and extensive damage to my new truck. When I contacted my insurance company they informed me that there were only a few repair shops that could repair the aluminum body. I was pleased to know Baker was one of them since I have had contact with the owners at many community events in the past. I called in and spoke with John Reeves, I made an appointment for the same day and took it in to see him. He was very confident they could repair it right and we scheduled the repairs. I took it in the next week and they delivered the goods,! They delivered it on time and for what I thought was a very reasonable price for a repair that was top notch.Need your automobile repaired due to an accident? Trust me, take it here! WOW! I had an AMAZING experience at Baker Collision. The office staff and auto technicians are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. I am a person that is very hard to please but I must admit that Baker EXCEED my expectations. I took must Lexus IS 350 in for a nasty dent that ran the length of the driver side of the car. Steve gave me an estimate that was very competitive to the 10 other body shops that I priced. I had a major concern about their painter being able to match the factory paint. However, Steve eased my fears by introducing me to their painter who stopped working on his current project just to talk to me. The painter inspected my car and explained to me in detail the process he uses to match the paint. I had no problem with leaving my car with them after our conversation. The work was completed on time and I was extremely happy with the results. There was an issue with additional charges (almost $200) for work that was not authorized by me that came up but Steve quickly resolved the issue by NOT CHARGING ME! I was throughly impressed and would recommend Baker Collision to my friends and family.

Baker repaired our car on time & it looks like new.If we have collision damage in the future, we will use Baker without a doubt.They handled all the insurance paperwork for us & returned the car clean.They even provided a warranty and followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs.5 stars! Went there for State farm adjuster/investigator and they were fair and friendly. Never had any car work done here but I am sure they do a great job. The staff I met were friendly and professional.

I had an accident on January 22, 2018 around 7:30pm. I had my vehicle towed to Baker’s the next day and called them to explain the situation. They were very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions. Heather was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She always returned my phone calls after leaving a voicemail and always seemed to be in an excellent mood. Everyone here is friendly and has the best customer service skills out there. My vehicle repairs were originally estimated to be completed on February 16, 2018 but they were done a day earlier! I was so happy to get a text message with a photo of my vehicle waiting to be picked up! This was my first accident and they were there the entire process to answer all of my questions, and trust me, I had A LOT. I also love that they have an Enterprise onsite as well, as that allowed me to drop off my rental when I picked up my vehicle. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future. Unfortunately, two days after picking up my vehicle, I was hit my debris from a vehicle. I went back to Baker’s and got an estimate quickly. I will be getting the repairs done at Baker’s as soon as all the formalities with the other party are complete. Thank you!

The team at Baker was professional, they communicated well and they helped me navigate the insurance process. I had two separate claims but they were able to give me the needed guidance so we could complete both jobs at one time. The work included replacing my side mirror, driver side window and windshield. In addition my car needed paint work on the front bumper, hood, roof and side panel. My car looks great and Im very pleased.

Baker Collision went above and beyond for me when I got in my car accident. I had severe front bumper/hood Damage to my Subaru Outback, and I honestly thought the car would be totaled. I was pleased when baker collision assessed and said they could fix it, picked it up from the tow shop (the accident happened 4 hours away from my home), and then kept me updated with every step through the process. I was driving a rental car during that time, and the repairs took a bit longer than expected, but these guys helped me cover the cost of the rental, and then personally delivered the car back to me in a completely different state so I didnt have to make the 8 hour round trip to pick it up. Accidents are super inconvenient as it is, but baker collision really helped make my first time dealing with a car accident not be nearly as annoying, expensive, and time consuming as it could have been. I really appreciate the help guys!

Disappointed to learn that I was charged a 2 day storage fee of $70 for my truck being there for only one night. They were very nice when I met them though. Not pleased with the fees though.

Maybe my expectations was to high but Im really frustrated and disappointed with the customer services of Lexington Baker Collision. The car is perfect now, but the stress to get it ready in a reasonable time was to high. No answering to calls, no call back after my messages, texting service did no work. I cant imagine how long they would take to fix my car without some pressure. It took 16 days for a few scratches, a wheel and a tire to be replaced.

The experience has been amazing. I was involved in an accident and I called John at Baker. 20 minutes after I left the scene I had a written estimate and photos of the damage. The repair looks great and Im so happy I caked them.

Took my 1999 Maxima up their for repairs and was told that it was too old for them to fix... when we asked where we could take it, they recommended we junk it and buy another one for $1500. well, if I thought I could find one in the same shape (prior to the accident) for $1500, sure. I guess they just want new cars with expensive repairs and not my crappy old junker. and they rated well here and on Angies list. now I question why. well, Ive decided theyre not good enough to work on any vehicle I have. ever. hopefully others will read this and question if their car is good enough and just go elsewhere too

Loved bakers.Fixed my car from dented to brand new pearly white & a new rear light

Were told it would take 1 week. Two weeks later we go to get our car & the rims they tried to repair looked horrible with warps, cracks, & dips that were not there prior. The rocker panel that was damaged in an accident had not even been touched...still dented & scratched. The back driver side door wouldnt open but they fixed that while we were there. The front driver side door sticks. We drove down the road only to take it back with a flat tire when there were no tire issues before when we dropped it off. Now into our 3rd week without our car & they still insist on only repairing the rims. It shall be interesting to see how they fix the cracks & warped rims. Would never ever go here again.

I’m really disappointed after I took my Tacoma 2011 to Gerber body shop I used to be Baker customer and I don’t know Gerber bought Baker, really bad customer service especially dealing with really rude ( Amanda L. ) they charger a lot of money I’m sure another body shop a lot cheaper and better customer service, maybe I’ll dealing with them if ( Amanda L. ) is not working there

First off id like to thank Larry Baker... what a guy... I wrecked my Genesis Coupe and was stressed beyond... didnt know who to go to till I heard about Bakers Collision Express. I did significant damage to my car thinking it would take 3 weeks to fix, I had it back within a week... noticed a few things wrong and brought it to their attention, I was immediately helped, no issues no hassles, pure and outstanding customer service, never seen customer service ANYWHERE else compared to Bakers Collison... they fixed my car like it was brand new its like the accident never happened.... if I ever need anything done to my car, I will go no where else.....NOWHERE... 10 out of 10 hands down the best body shop out there Thank You!
