My wifes car got an oil change and tire rotation. She noticed a fresh oil spot in our driveway and once I went under to look, it was obvious the drain plug was either not tightened enough or stripped. Tried calling before close to find a solution but of course no one answers the phones.

NOBODY KNOWS HOW TO ANSWER A PHONE AT WALMART!!!!!!! BEEN TRYING TO GET SOMEONE...ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE SINCE 9AM AND IT IS NOW 3:20PM!! NO ANSWER ANYWHERE IN THE STORE!!!! HORRIBLE! I WILL BE GOING BACK TO A WALMART WHEN ALL OTHER STORES CLOSE THEIR DOORS!! (IF I COULD RATE IT A ZERO, I WOULD!)

Bought 4 new tires on a saturday asked about getting put on and balanced told me it was an 8 hr waiting period and couldnt been seen til that monday when another tech could arrive. Huh pitiful very un satisfied

Never have what you want. Got tires cheaper and faster at Mavis Tire.

I an sincerely curious if being rude and ignorant is a requirement to work at this location. I asked the same ASSociate two questions and she blatantly turned her back to me and walked away. I truly wish I had gotten her name, but oh well. Lessons learned. I personally will never return to this location and its unfortunate that losing a customer does not even affect their business nor will their higher ups try to resolve any issue with customers.

Brought my truck in for oil change, I was pulling out of parking lot now I have screw in tire that wasnt there brought it back, I have now been sitting here for 1 he for a tire repair. I swear they hire ant Tom dick or hairy off street. Never again...

A couple of years ago they broke off one of my lug nut stems while doing work. Manager didnt offee to fix it or acknowledge it was their fault. Made me go to the other walmart to seek reimbursement because I had been there several months earlier and they blamed them. Not very honest.

Great service. Work was done faster than expected and done well.

It was about closing time when I arrived to have a headlight installed. And the staff was very friendly. Thank you Wal Mart.

Called to have a tire swapped from one wheel to another. They said they could do it and gave me a price. Got there to a 5-6 hour wait and then they said they couldnt help me at all. Waste of time.

Just go somewhere else for car service unless u want to celebrate a couple of birthdays waiting to have your car serviced for whatever.

These guys couldnt fix a ham sandwich let alone change a tire. Bought 2 tires from walmart, took them to the auto center to mount/balance. I explained to the advisor that my starter was going out but to call me if any issues occured so I could come jump start it. I signed the workorder after confirming they would work on it with the starter being bad. She called and I came to start the car, when I got there they told me it was too low to work on which is total BS. The tech manager came out to discuss and told me the same thing. ALL WITHOUT EVEN PULLING IT ON THE LIFT. This guy has no working knowledge of anything and had no valid explanation once I called him out and just told me they couldnt do it. Extremely unsatisfied and I will be taking this up the ladder until I get it resolved. There should be a required level of competence for these guys to be supervisors.

They dont do wheel studs!! If they strip your wheel studs you are screwed! They stripped 4 wheel studs on my daughters car and I had to replace them myself in the parking lot. Then the manager came out yelling at my wife that we couldnt leave without paying! Dont go there... THEY SUCK!!

SLOW, dont care bout customer. I mean over an hour for an oil change. Thats just crazy.
