Lexington 1 Stop Auto Shop was recommended to me by a friend. My blower and relay switch went out in my A/C. They gave me a great price, a very timely repair date, and I am extremely happy with the service I received. As a plus, they charged me $100 less than originally quoted. Went to see these guys because my driver window would work. Ed checked it out contacted me before making any repairs, fixed electrical issue installed a censor. Had everything working in a Very timely manner too 1 day and saved me a couple hundred dollars than what was quoted . Thank you Ed and thank you Jason for keeping me updated as promised. Ive used this Shop since moving to the area from Seattle. They replaced my AC blower and Water pump recently and did called me after diagnosing my car to verify the price of labor and parts before working on the vehicle which I appreciate. The blower motor went out after it was repaired and they got it in quickly and replaced under warranty without any extra cost to me. Jason and Callie are great at keeping you informed. If you want the best service, do a drop off so they have time to look it over and repair it without feeling rushed

Great work! They repaired a radiator leak in my brothers vehicle that had been a problem for a long time. He had taken it to another place before that said they fixed the problem only for it to start leaking again during a road trip. So were very grateful for the awesome job they did in just two days.

Stopped in to see if they could check the check engine light and they did. Gave me a ride home so I wouldnt have to sit and wait, repaired my car and picked me back up. Thats service. Thanks Jason and team.

Such nice people. Took my car in after I made an appointment and they are quick and do a great job. The woman at the front desk reminds me of the sweet lady from the diners back West. She maintains order and commands respect by simply watching and anticipating whats about to happen. Very good shop. My car works better than before.

Went by the shop to get my car door locks looked at. They came out and found a blown fuse. Took about 2 minutes and the guy didnt want to charge me. I made sure to slip him some money to get lunch with for his time and trouble. So far, we have had very good experiences with these guys and I plan to use them in the future for all our car woes.

Yeah, yeah, I know everyone says that — but they do it.The mechanics are certified like any others working for dealerships and are dedicated to your needs by (1) diagnosing the problem with computerized equipment and years of experience, (2) making repairs within a reasonable amount of time and reasonable costs for parts/materials.Having enough knowledge to be dangerous, I have found they do not attempt to up-sale the customer on services/parts. And upon inspection after the work was done, I found that everything was replaced and in order the way it was when it went into the shop – no missing parts!The owner goes above and beyond to assist the customer however he can make the repairs as convenient as possible. And if you want to stick around while your vehicle is being worked on, there are lounge sofa chairs, TV, complimentary bottled water, and WIFI to work on your laptop from the work table and bar chairs.Their location is just outside of the main Lexington area so its easy and convenient to get to on Highway 1 - just two minutes down the road from the Jim Hudson Ford dealership.Before taking your vehicle to franchise repair shops that push repairs, or visit a dealership with unrealistic costs, I recommend taking your vehicle to Lexington One Stop Auto Shop.

This was, for a little while, the mechanic we took our cars to. Just two days ago i took my pick up in to have the transmission checked (it was slipping). Along with a couple other lesser repairs, their total came to $6000. Six grand!When i asked what could be the problem, they said that opening it up to find out would be like performing an autopsy. They didnt actually know what theyd charge me $6k for, because they didnt open it up and look. $49 please.So i went to another shop for a second opinion. I had all the same work, (transmission just needed servicing, not replacement) and ujoints replaced for $750.Guys, if you dont want to do the work, thats fine. Just say so up front. On the upside of the whole thing, i found a great new mechanic!2 stars because they had done some pretty good work for us before, but this experience sucked.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a an auto repair shop. They kept my work van for 2 days and never looked at it until 30 minutes before closing on Friday. If I hadnt picked it up they would have had it for several more days . Cost me work and money since Im self employed. A person who works there named John told me several times they were working on it . I would go by and it was in the same spot for 2 days. Then when I picked it up I was threatened by the owner and one of his employees. Please never take your auto to this shop . All they are is liars

Communicated with them gave me one price for looking at it. Then upped the price when we told them we werent going to do anything with the car. Customer service was terrible even when we tried to communicate with them. Left the parts they removed in the bed of my truck with parts missing. Was not a pleasant experience.....

This review will probably be deleted . This is the worst shop I have dealt with . Trying to charge us more than agreed to in the beginning. Taken steps without consulting us, It was the most unprofessional experience I have dealt with. We drove 1-1/2 hours with a trailer to pick it up . After getting back home with a car we thought was gonna be costly at a repair of 1400.00. It was quote at a 1/4 of their cost . Had to give ya 1-star rating ! Have a outstanding day !

My baby mommas Kia A/C went out. I didnt want to spend the money to fix it because I am way behind on my child support but she said she was tired of sweating. I took it to 1 Stop and they really took care of me, no waiting and now she got some cold A/C, price was way lower than expected so I can still pay my probation fees and child support and dont have to hear her lip. Its a win, win, win. Thanks Jason! you guys hooked me up for sure!
