Good place friendly staff. Saw the same guy both days so that was nice, he remembered my name and my car. Decent military discount but their oil change prices were outrageous. They had a really good deal on the Firestone’s I wanted and I dropped it off the night before and it was ready the next day around 9 am.

Well If I could give Tire Kingdom a -5 star I would. My nephew took his car to get a tire replacement and signed the electronic copy to get his tire repaired. Tire kingdom sale tactics is to inspect the car to locate other issues to bait you into a larger purchase. Jake the manager at this location did exactly that replacing brakes, change brake fluids and rotors. A bill that suppose to be less that $400 ended up being $1304 . Please anyone with any common sense, please dont take your Vehicle to this location because you will be Scammed ... repeatedly hung up on & offered a slap in the face $150 discount . We are prepared at this moment to contact The news media & our Attorney. At this point its not about the money its the principle of honesty and trying to screw every customer who comes in for services.

Don’t bother making an appointment……your still gonna end up waiting!!Day 1. Came in to get a tire repaired. I was informed they were very busy so I made an appointment for the next day.Day 2. Showed up a few minutes before my appointment. Although i was here the day before, I was informed my truck required a high pressure patch and they had to order it. How does a tire establishment NOT have patches for tires? Anyway, after waiting for the patch, and waiting for a lift to open up, I was informed my tire couldn’t be patched because the nail was too close to the side wall…..3.5 hours waisted! They didn’t have tires for my truck so I made an appointment for the next day.Day 3. Showed up early again, and waited. I was told they were waiting on the only lift that could raise my truck. And hour after my appointment, my truck went up on a lift…..a different lift than the previous day so apparently, more than 1 lift can lift my truck. I had decided in the meantime to go ahead and replace the rest of my tires to keep all four matching…..made an appointment for Sunday first thing…..Day 4. Showed up at my appointment time. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, my truck went on the lift!!If your into waiting and waisting time, this is the place for you. If you want better service, try another tire store!

Visited NTB Lexington today. Customer service was excellent. Everything was explained thoroughly for me to understand. Up front pricing given. I appreciated emails containing estimates and invoices. Services were completed in a timely manner, actually sooner then the estimate wait time given. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely return for future services.

I trust this mechanic with all my car needs; from oil changes to new tires to new brakes. They have never tried to cheat me and have even done some minor work for free when its no big deal. Ive checked other prices in the area for the work I needed done and they were always the most reasonable. They are very friendly to both my wife and me. I would recommend them to anyone that asked.

Thanks to the team at NTB. Had a slow leak in my tire and was heading out of town. When I called they took time to let me know they had the desired tire. Brought my car in expecting to wait all day as they were booked and I was slack and didn’t make an appointment. They were able to replace my tire quickly!!! I stopped into the location on Sunset on a Wednesday to inquire about purchasing a new set of tires. I was served by Brock, the assistant manager. Was very happy with the quote I was given and inquired as to a good time to come back to have them installed, Sunday being my only day off. Brock said they opened at 10 AM on Sunday and if I showed up at that time, there should be no problem getting in and out, even a hour or two at most. I asked if I needed to order the tires, or even set an appointment for Sunday, and again was assured by Brock that I did not. Fast forward to this morning and upon entering the office at 10:05 I handed the quote provided by Brock to the gentleman at the counter. A look off concern came over his face, and his first comment was that he needed to check to see if they had the tires in stock. At the same time he asked if I was leaving the vehicle, and I related my conversation with Brock about not having to. He then informed me that he had several appointments already booked, and that it would take the entire day to complete, and I question the validity of that statement, because he also relayed to me his current staffing woes, as he stated he was short staffed as well. Needless to say I was a little upset and questioned why I was not provided with this basic information when I inquired days before. This gentlemen did his best to apologize, but at this point I was no longer willing to give my business to a location that has some massive gaps in management and customer service. In an industry where the average cost to the consumer is in the hundreds of dollars, a bare minimum of customer service should always be the expectation. Additionally, management should be aware that staffing concerns, while a very challenging aspect of any business, should never be conveyed to the public.

Visited NTB on 9/04/21 and they helped me out almost immediately. Super friendly mechanics and service advisors. Brock and Jarrin were both super helpful definitely will be back for all tire needs.

Over the weekend, I discovered that one of my tires was low. This afternoon, I stopped by - without an appointment - just to see if they could check it, and then tell me when I could come back to fix any problem ...Not only did they immediately look at all my tires, they took the extra steps to identify the problem (in just a few seconds), they also were willing to go ahead and take care of it! They fixed it in no time! Every employee was exceptionally nice, helpful, and provided exceptional customer service.I do not have car issues often, but when I do, this is where I will be going. Highly recommend!

Just left NTB in Lexington, SC and wanted to post about the very professional experience I had here. The staff was so helpful, assisted me with choosing the right tire for my needs, and got me in and out in less than an hour. It was the best experience I have ever had with getting a tire replaced. I have no hesitation about recommending the good folks at this store.

These guys are saints!! They stayed late for two people out of town not knowing who we were. They will take care of you! They were in and out in 20 minutes max! You all rock!!

Last night I found a nail in my tire. I brought my car in first thing this morning (without an appointment) and the technician not only repaired the leak, but also found another nail in the same tire. He was very thorough and was able to repair my tire and get me back on the road quickly. The entire staff was very friendly and took the the time to make sure my tire was repaired and safe to drive on. Thank you NTB!!

I have been taking my car here for the past year with any upkeep I have needed with my Jeep. From oil changes to a scare I had with radiator being broken they have helped me tremendously. I don’t know a lot about cars so when they see a problem or tell me I need something to be done they explain it in a way I can understand, which in the past at other auto places that was not the case. They truly do care about you as a customer not just about getting what ever money they can get out of your car!! If you have any questions about anything just call or go in and they will be glad to help!!

I came in today to get a tire replaced and they informed me of my tread being almost completely gone on my other tire also. Thankfully they told me because I completely ignored it. They were so fast and quick. I was sitting down at the table and Eric overheard me on the phone with my mom talking about how I can’t afford to get dinner right now, because of buying the tires. He proceeded to apply discounts to my bill so I can afford to eat. He is god sent and by far this was my best experience at any tire and service shop.

No matter which I go to there service is the worst. Tires purchased twice different locations however same out come. Tires no good had to come back every other week for air fills. Avoid this place if at all possible

With my recent visit at NTB, I experienced a slight setback with the scheduling process. My appointment was scheduled incorrectly and the certified technician was unavailable to perform the work I was scheduled for. Service Advisor Brock was very professional and held is composure when I was displeased with services rendered. Service Manager Matt Smith made it right. I received a personal phone call from Matt apologizing for any inconveniences and was offered a refund. When problems occur, as they always will, this team will do everything they can to correct it. 5 star review on how everything was handled.

I suspect they’re crooks. I needed a back turn signal fixed. The guy looked at my car and came back with a $18 bill which he said was just to look at the car. When I asked how much more it would be, he said $30-$50 depending on how long it took. $80 to change a light bulb? I declined and paid the $18.He then stated that it was a wiring issue and he messed with the wires which caused it to work again. He stated it might go out again if I hit a bump.A week later, it’s still working fine. I suspect they changed the bulb in the brief beginning part and then were going to stall me to milk more money out of me. Not honest at all. Would never recommend this place.

Needed a few trailer tires and I was in a hurry. Spoke to Jake (manager) and explained to him that the tires keep wearing out too soon. He quickly realized the tires on there were light duty for the load and weight of what I’m hauling. He was able to find a suitable upgrade and had them installed and I was out the door in 30min. Highly recommend Jake and his staff.

Poor Quality, Value, customer serviceTook car to have oil change at Take 5. They have changed it last couple of times and did awesome. They told me the truth that I did not need it done until another 4000 miles. However they said lets change your coolant and we agreed. The car afterwards kept running hot. We went back and we knew what was wrong (it needed bleeding. It had air in the line). Asked them if they could help and they said no take it to a mechanic that does this. Huh? So we went to NTB they couldnt help unless we left it and they worked on it early the next morning. All car rentals was closed and Uber couldnt get to us until 45 minutes later. We took chances drove the car home to Leesville having to add antifreeze every 10 minutes or so finally got home 4 hours later. The next day we took car to local mechanic in Leesville. This was on a Saturday. He opened a valve at top of car poured 1 1/2 gallons water into car got all air out and it has been running perfect ever since. COST $20 Time 15 minutes I will never go back.

Jake took great care of me when I went to them. I needed oil change, alignment, 4 new tires, and I needed it quick. Thankfully, not only was it fast and done the same day, but it was done right and he got me the best price I could find on the tires I wanted. Highly recommended.

Waited over 3 hours just to get a tire plugged. They kept saying it won’t be long. Waited and waited and then called Discount Tire on Sunset Blvd. and they said bring it down to us we will plug it quick for you. Don’t deal with NTB! Bad service!

Just an overall poor experience. Went in for tire balance and rotation, told that all the tires were damaged and needed to be replaced. We agreed to buy four tires on a buy 3, get 1 free promotion and asked for them to check the alignment. Mentioned that our AC was making a rattling noise and were told that they would inspect and recommend repairs. We were told that the tension assembly was damaged and that replacing it would fix our issue. We agreed to have them replace it. 3 hours later, we were told that the tension assembly was not the problem, and they would need to charge us for a second inspection, parts and labor because they now suspect that the compressor is actually what needs replacing. We declined and were told it would only take 30 minutes to fix if we would just go ahead with the repair. The service manager offered to refund $70 off our bill which was now around $1050 dollars.After getting home we discovered we were charged for road hazard coverage that we had declined during the purchase. We were charged $120 dollars to put the tires on the vehicle, a charge that was not disclosed to us before they put them on. (Interestingly enough, basically the cost of the free tire.) We paid around $250 to replace a part that probably was not broken to begin with, and still have a rattle while the AC is running. After returning to the shop to contest the road hazard charge, we were left with a bill for $900 for 4 tires and an alignment, and what was basically an unnecessary repair. Im now convinced that the tires we were told we needed to replace were probably also fine.The service manager repeatedly tried to convince me that he had done me some sort of favor and had actually looked out for us on the price.Every aspect of this experience was dishonest. The buy 3 get 1 comes with additional charges that arent disclosed up front (the service manager admitted to me that these promotions are always a bait and switch no matter where you go, horrible thing to tell a customer that youve just ripped off). Their comprehensive vehicle inspection yielded an unnecessary repair that didnt fix the problem. Im angry that Ive been charged for lifetime balancing and rotation on these tires (again, not disclosed up front but part of the B3G1 deal), because I will never darken this doorway again, and looking through other reviews, they dont honor their warranties anyway.Take your business elsewhere.

There was a little confusion getting my appointment for an oil change. I got a call to reschedual after making an appointment on-line. When I showed up for my reschedualed appointment I was told to call instead of using the on-line appointment feature. I was told there may not be enough time to complete my service before closing. In the end, they got my oil changed without further issue.

I was given dates for service that were not respected, I was told a manager would call me and no call 2v days later. One week after my initial visit and I must still wait a week for the parts to come in. Not impressed. Update 24Aug. Finally got the parts in for my truck, once I understood the reason for the delay it made since, not the best situation but the service was much better once they got everything ironed out. I would recommend this place and will stop by again.

I would give this place no stars if I could, service writer tried to sell me 4 tires instead of fixing my flat. He never gauged my tires just looked at them and said he couldn’t fix it. Went down the road to Discount Tire they properly gauged my tires using a tire gauge like NTB should of. All my tires gauged within spec and Discount Tire fixed my slow leak.

I had a emergency, I took my tire to NTB they took it right in took care of me they told me I had a warranty which I forgot about so it didnt have to pay for.a new tire and they checked to see how the alignment was still in good shape. They take extra care and make sure every that needs to be done has been done. Thats why I trust them to work on my car.

I made an appointment for an oil change and to pull a small nail from one of my tires which took three and a half hours. The service made no effort to check anything on my car. I let the tire rotation go because I was so tired of waiting. It would be better if they simply told me of the long wait from the beginning.

I have always had great service with this group. They have always shown me immediate attention whether I had an appointment, and of course there is always some waiting for the service to be performed, or if I show up unannounced. They have always been fair or better with price and Jake has been great to deal with. I highly recommend these guys for any tire and alignment work.

Scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance for ac work only to get there and find out their tech was on vacation they then told me that they had talked to another location and that location could do my service that day. However I went to that location 23 miles from my home to find out they were booked up and there was no way they could service my car that day as well. They also said they had not spoke to the Lexington location but called them to clarify what was going on to which the Lexington location had the nerve to tell them I had just called the day before instead of the 3 days before to schedule with them. I called customer service and told them I wanted a call from the district manager Dustin that was yesterday.... waiting to see what happens .... Ill let you all know
