We stopped in-between oil changes today before a long trip out if town to have the car checked out. The service was fast and both of the guys working were very nice. They checked the tire pressure and topped off all our fluids. Would highly recommend them for any car service you may need.

They got us right in and right out. Almost to quick. Not upset about that, but it says on my receipt that they topped of washer fluid and they did not. Just makes me think what else did they not do that was checked off as done. Paid $100 for 10 mins worth of work. Just wish they were more thorough.

Don’t ever go to this crooked Micky Mouse organization ever! I pulled in here for the sake of time for and oil change on my Titan. I usually go to Nissan across the street! I pulled up they showed me options I picked the $39.99 oil change. When they rang me up $104.25!!!!!! The said “Nissan “ had put the wrong oil in it therefore it was an additional $65.00!!!! I see why their parking lot was empty and I know know why people don’t recommend those flyby night places! Nissan is normally about 50-60 . They also blamed part of it on my truck calls for 7 quarts it holds 5.9

I dropped by this facility on a whim with three young boys in tow. The boys were greeted with hot chocolate and I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. Cody was amazing. He was so patient with my “girl knowledge” of my car and was honestly amazing. I knew I needed my tires rotated and after he assessed my tires he knew it was a safety hazard until I got a front tire replaced so he showed me what needed to be fixed and explained why he didn’t think it was safe to rotate my tires. I will most definitely be back!

STAY AWAY! I went in for a basic oil change and drove away with major issues with my car! I turned around and went right back & come to find out either 1) oil was put in my transmission by mistake or 2) my transmission fluid was drained completely my mistake. They still havent decided which story they want to stick with.

I recently had my truck serviced at this location. The service and technicians were very friendly and professional. They apparently have a new manager, John, who introduced himself to me and was very honest and informative about my vehicle and its maintenance needs. Great prices and service. I would recommend this location to all my family and friends.

A little pricey for a conventional oil change, but they did a good job. I liked the fact that they checked on each others work. Thats important when doing oil changes.

The staff are excellent, hands down, would recommend for oil changes. I was hoping to have my transmission checked, which isnt their fault, as they do not check sealed transmissions. With more and more cars having sealed transmissions these days, perhaps they should consider adding this service, or making it clear (in the ads/website) that they cannot service or even check fluid level of said transmissions.

All this in 25min? Absolutely. Granted I was the only one there at the time but being treated like royalty wasnt extra but included!!! Earned 100% of my business

This place was great for my oil change! The people were very sweet and funny.It was fast and there was no line to get my car serviced. My car was a high mileage vehicle but I didn’t feel any pressure from the employees to get either the conventional oil or high mileage.I would recommend to anyone in the area!!!

She not only did an oil change but a diagnostic test and found problems with my car which needed to be addressed.She explained the situation in such a way that I clearly understood what needed to be done.She is truly an asset to your company and the other staff members were concerned about me offering coffee water and periodically checking on me.I live the reminder given by the young lady who checked me out.Overall the service was greater than expected

All the way here from Michigan on vacation. This has to be the best oil change service I’ve seen. They vacuumed my truck washed my windows and had the regular service done. The extra 17 point inspection is included even with basic service. After the inspection they walk around the vehicle to explain point outs.

Another shop had told me they’d work me in for an oil change, but when I got there they said that couldn’t do it today after all. When I called here they told me to come right over even though it was now getting closer to closing time, even stayed a few minutes late to get it done, and did a great job! Definitely trying here first from now on!

I just left from this location and I have to say it was great!! I was a little nervous about going here because when it was a Grease Monkey it was terrible... I went there because Walmart Auto was packed.I got to SpeeDee and was welcomed right away and felt valued. Everyone was kind and made me much happier (I had a rough morning). I was walked to my car and they gave me a breakdown down of everything they did as well as what I needed to replace. EVERYTHING was explained to me and nothing was sold to me. They fixed me up and sent me on my way.I have NEVER had such a good experience in my life when it came to automotive dealings!Thank you and I’ll be back :)

Although the customer service was good and the employees friendly, they ripped me off with the coupon I handed them. The coupon specifically said $29.00 oil change for any oil type, instead of charging me $29 they only took $29 off the total, which still left me with a $120 bill. Yes, shame on me for not realizing this sooner, but you would hope to not have to worry about this sort of thing. I will not be going back here in the future. Be careful and always check your receipt before driving away.

It has been quite some time since I have enjoyed the type of Customer Service that I did while interacting with the staff at SpeeDee Oil Change. They went out of their way to help me with a situation that they could have easily referered me to another establishement. But they did not they took the time to assist me therefore not putting me out any longer than necessary. Great job, would highly recommend this team.

Great little place! I was staying the hotel next door and my car let me know I needed an oil change so I checked this place out first thing in the morning. I was taken in immediately as soon as they opened which was wonderful. After about 15 minutes I was taken back to go over a review of what the service dept found. Turns out I really didnt need an oil change my sensor just hadnt been reset. They took a quick look over everything and just reccomend I change some filters (they were out for me to look at and they were nasty). So I had them change the filters and top off my oil and now Im good to go! The wonderful woman up front even cleaned my front and back windshield and evened out my tire pressure! Such a wonderful place Ill definitely be back once we move to the area! Id give 10 stars if I could for sure

I normally do not make post reviews but I must say this location was awesome the customer service was awesome and they also didn’t try to up sell me but only educate me on what was going on as they walk me to my car and show me Each individual thing that needs to be replaced. I even asked the manager if we can just cut some corners because I’m pressed for time and I must laugh the manager stated “Sorry Sir we do not cut corners here” so I can truly appreciate that. The manager was Shawnta and the rest of the staff was Bryon, Terry and Mark!!! My work invoice was (3308-4747)

Beware of Grease Monkey they certainly dont treat their employees well & as some have said in their reviews here their customers are simply a dollar sign. Sadly, Dist. Mgr. Pierre Clinton is a joke and Cary doesnt return phone calls not to mention all the games they play. They charged a family member $100 for an oil change knowing they were an employees family now THATS ridiculous.

One word. Up-selling. I went in with my wifes car to get an oil change. After they finished my car, the employee told my front brakes were fine but my back brakes were gone. I asked how this could be when I have sensors on the brakes. He said sometimes they are rubbed the wrong way. He told me he would give a good discount to replace my brakes. I thought something was fishy since my wifes car only had 30,000 miles on it. I took it to NTB down the street and they asked how the employee could see the brake pads clearly without taking off the tires? Anyway, I left the car and they called me back later to tell me my brakes were fine. I called my best friend (who recommended me to the place) and he told me the same thing happened to him with a different employee. I believe new owners/management took over at this location and this up-selling has become standard protocol. I called the management and they said they would look into this and offered me a free oil change. No thanks. Hopefully this review is seen by corporate (who I called) so they can stop this unfair and shameful business practice. They have lost a customer in me.***UPDATE*** Managers respond with generic posts to negative feedback stating they would like to hear about your experience. This way it sounds as if they are being proactive when really they are feigning interest. I called the district manager who responded to my post and left a message. No response for over a week. I guess they are not that concerned. No way to run a business.

Took my car for an oil change..they somehow forgot to put oil back in my car.. got down the road and my car quit working... needless to say I probably need a new engine. . I have taken my car there before with no issues. Not sure what happened. . I mean who does that? The employee should be fired!

Got my oil changed today, the crew was super helpful, and pointed out things I need to fix with my car. They worked super fast too

In AUGUST, I took my wifes vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told I needed a new air filter, and based on the condition of the existing one, I agree to have a new one installed. On 8-8-17, the vehicle began sputtering and my wife barely made home from work in downtown Columbia. The vehicle would not start/run correctly. We had the vehicle towed to another mechanic, who informed us the air filter was installed incorrectly and the cabinet was not closed/locked, which resulted in debris being pulled into, and blocking the mass airflow sensor. The sensor was cleaned but it was noted it could be damaged. On 9-1-17 I reached out to the manager on duty, Herbert. He made copies of my repair invoice and he assured me that he would get with the store manager at 4pm when he came on shift, and they should be sending me a refund check within a week.Two weeks later when no check had arrived, I inquired again. I was told I should have received the check and that they would look into it. I waited the entire month of October and received neither a check or phone call. On ll-3-17 I reached out to Pierre Clinton, the Market Manager via phone. He assured me the check would be sent to me within a week at most. On 11-27-17 I reached out AGAIN to Mr. Clinton via email. On 11-28-17 I was told that he was checking into it and he would call me that day with an update. I never received that phone call. As of this writing (12-11-17) I have still received no response from Mr. Clinton or a check from Grease Monkey.UPDATEOn 12-19-17 I contacted Cary McWee. He was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction the very same day. Had this been resolved within a week a two of my original issue, I would change my star rating, but as I do not believe it should take 3 months and multiple calls.emails to resolve such a simple matter I cannot, in good conscience do so. Nonetheless, I DO wish to thank Mr. McWee for resolving this matter in the end.
