I was so relieved when the manager approved my return which had just expired. It is very difficult for me to shop in person for my elderly mother and I have recently had to move her and have spent a lot of her savings at bed bath in the last couple of months. It was only a $29 store credit, but meant a lot to her. Many Thanks!

This store has everything from bedding sets, cooking utensils to candy. Has a great price range on items from $-$$$. Very friendly customer service. Store upkeep is very clean and organized.

Bed bath and beyond is a great place when I comes to the things you need in your bedroom or bathroom. And yes, even beyond. The staff is very helpful and surprisingly cheery. More than 4 people were pitching in to help me find the odd item that I was not sure they carried. And on top of all the great stuff they have for sale on. There is always 20% off the purchase. I do love the wide variety of selections and I appreciate the employees being helpful. With these milliniels you usually feel like your bothering when ask them even the smallest question. But not BB and B BABY! seriously though. Great place. Very decent prices

Love this store. They have a wide selection of items. They are great about taking coupons. I bought a patio umbrella that was marked down. It was a super deal. The only thing I dont like about shopping here is the strongly fragrant air fresheners and scented candles in different parts of the store. Once I start coughing or gagging Im done and ready to leave!

Anything and everything you could imagine you’d need for your home is found here at Bed Bath & Beyond. Their selection is organized and well stocked. The baby section is my favorite and their staff take time to help and show you where items are and explain what they’re do etc. the restrooms are clean and changing table available for diaper changes.

Excellent customer service and return policy. My humidifier broke under warranty, but I can no longer find the box it came in and the receipt. They were able to find their record of the receipt through my credit card and gave me a full refund for the humidifier. I have always had great experiences at this store. In comparison it showed how terrible Jared the Galleria is. Bed Bath and Beyond is the kind of store where I am willing to spend my money, because they really stand behind their products.

Great staff! Went there with my mom who was visiting Lexington and she had forgotten all of her coupons at home. The staff was more than happy to help and got us taken care of very quickly. Cant express how great it was to have the staff be so quick and willing to help. Definitely a place worth going to.

Went to buy a chef torch at this store as a gift. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a few of the staff. I asked a lady at the front desk where I could find the torch and butane for it and she immediately had someone over to help me. After I checked out I walked over to their complimentary gift wrapping section. After struggling for a little, a gentleman came over and wrapped it for me. It looked extremely professional. The entire staff was friendly and helpful the entire time. I am definitely coming back to this store in particular if ever necessary.

Better prices than I had expected.

Beautiful store, more selection than some other locations but the service was terrible. When we approached the check out counter there were three employees behind the counter working on various tasks, not one of them even acknowledged the three of us customers standing there. One of them came over after we asked if a register was open, no apology, very unfriendly. She told my friend go back into the store to get an item with a tag since one of the items was missing one. Begrudging about using my coupons when usually the cashiers are eager to help me apply as many as possible. Put me in a bad mood, very disappointing.In addition, I just realized the coffee I bought is 5 months past it’s “best by” date. All three boxes.

FYI, I Googled BB&B coupons and came up with a 20 percent off everything. I had one lastonth, so I assumed it was for October (no expiration). I didnt pay attention to the site. When I gave the clerk my phone to scan the barcode, she said they only accept coupons from BB&B. Beware. So. I made a trip just to save 20 percent on items I could have bought locally for the same amount. Wasted a trip.

Dont usually write reviews for places but my experience at this bed bath and beyond was that bad. Tried to return a Nest thermostat but didnt have the receipt (we are in the process of moving so it got lost in the shuffle). We asked if we could use the email confirmation for store pick up as proof of purchase. The store associate, Kayla proceeded to say Im getting my manager in a completely hostile tone. We have not once raised our voices, gotten mad, or anything of the sort (I worked retail for 5 years and would never treat someone poorly). Confused, we asked why and she proceeded to walk away from us rolling her eyes as we were asking. Never in my life have a I been treated so poorly by a service worker. And for that reason I will not be back to this bed bath and beyond location. To management: please hire people who have adequate social skills and aren’t so quick to anger.

If you’re NOT white you’re NOT welcome. My girlfriend and I walked in the store and were immediately stared down, made us fee like elephants in the room. I’m a young, black, Muslim male, and I wear a shemagh around my head which made me feel even more like a target to watch. The BLACK manager continuously walked past isles watching our every move. Like I’m going to put a plate, air filter, or king sized comforter in my back pocket. Besides the fact of racial profiling, you’d be better off driving all the way to Louisville’s Bed Bath and Beyond, they have A LOT more stuff it was like being in my grandmothers pantry... 5 thumbs down make EVERYONE feel welcome!!!!

Love the fact theres a bit of everything in here for anyone. They sell nice comforters, cooking supplies, vacuums, air purifiers, water bottles, coffee mugs, nest security cams, and more. They have a full makeup section and apparently sell shampoo! I went here to use the Dr. Scholls foot diagnostic to measure orthotics. Pretty neat machine. Showed me a digital print out of where I apply the most pressure on my feet then it recommends an orthotic. Theres always enough clerks working and you can check out in a reasonable any of time.

Katlyn at the customer service desk is AMAZING. She greeted me, was super nice, was patient with me and helped me hunt down a discontinued bathroom set Ive been looking for atleast a month. Which is extremely hard and time consuming. She had to make calls and fill out a form, and have my items shipped to a store near me. She has made my day and I appreciate her wonderful spirit and great customer service. My day is made and I am very appreciative.

My fiancee and I stopped by (without appointment) to start a registry here. We worked with Jill, and it was an amazing experience. She helped us figure out what wed want based on our own vague ideas for the registry, then helped us through each section. Jill was very hands on in some sections to help with color coordination, quantities, and things to avoid, but then other areas she went away to let us wander around without being overbearing. She also gave us her personal insights on different products shed had good or bad experiences with.Throughout all of it, there was absolutely no pressure to have us register for things we wouldnt need, or to up-sell us on higher-priced, fancier versions of things we wanted. Walking in, we were a little apprehensive about the whole process, expecting to come out with a headache after slogging through the store. However, Jill helped us through the entire process, made it a breeze, and even gave us free (nonalcoholic) drinks!I almost wish I could do it again!
