I want to start by saying, I have been a boat owner for 25 years and have dealt with many marine dealers in the past. I needed a new cover for my pontoon. I contacted Avalon, who gave me this marine. This was the best experience, from the first phone call, the order, the installation and the number 1 customer service ever! Thanks to Karen for the customer service and thanks to Cy for the knowledge and attention to detail. Ive been mistreated by other sales and service companies, but this company is in my contacts for good!

The best one stop shop for you pontoon. They took my wore out 10yo 24 Catalina and made her into a floating party. New floors, sound system w/ amp, dual battery, RGB LED lighting, new covers, acid washed the pontoons, full service on the Yamaha, what a transformation!!! ....Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. Its been a real pleasure working with them this off season. I am so grateful for these folks! Saved me countless hours and I never had to think about trailering her. Cant wait to put her in the water in the next few weeks! I will definitely be using them annually for all servicing/ storage.

I would recommend the boat dock for both sales and service. I purchased a pontoon boat from them and Cy and Tammy were awesome to work with. They delivered the boat and went over operation procedures. I have also had my boat serviced from them and Brian picked up my boat, serviced it and got it back to me in 2 days. I was very impressed with the turn around and quality of work.

We purchased a boat and several upgrades with a specific request on timeline. We were repeatedly assured of the timeline but when the boat was delivered the ski tow bar was not installed, nor was the table. They stated it was their mistake and would fix by having the installer come out. We have reached out several times, and each time we have to re-explain the situation. Over a month later, the work still has not occurred and now they are stating the tow bar had to be ordered and won’t be in by Memorial Day weekend (our timeline the whole time). The salesman told us that the ski tow bars are shipped with the boats, so it’s very odd that the part has to be ordered. For a purchase this large, minor issues should be quickly resolved.Edit: Boat Dock Marine made right by our situation and rectified the issues.

I got a great deal on an Avalon Quad Fish last fall. All my dealings since that time have been very positive. I anticipate an honest and favorable business relationship going forward.

Bad service. Don’t buy here if you expect long term service. We bought a pontoon with an E tech Evinrude brand new. We recently called about service and was told they don’t service E tech Evinrude anymore.

We met Boat Dock Marine at the February 2020 Greensboro boat show. The sales team was very knowledgeable. After walking the entire floor, we went back to Boat Dock Marine and purchased a custom 23 Avalon Catalina. We were expecting the boat before Memorial Day, until Covid! As soon as they learned we would not receive before Memorial Day, Dave immediately emailed with update and promised to get to us as quickly as possible. His team kept us informed and kept his word. As soon as the boat arrived, they worked around the clock to get it rigged so he could get it to us. Dave delivered the boat only days after receiving and went over all the details. The entire team at Boat Dock has been great to work with and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your boating needs!

Awesome environment very knowledgable staff!

First time coming here, my boat overheated out on badin lake and one young gentleman from the shop ended up being on the dock and actually helped me get the boat loaded back onto the trailer. We brought it to the shop and Sy was able to get the parts that were needed and fixed in less than 24 hours and charged a very reasonable price. Will be taking my boat back here for all future servicing. They were professional and friendly made the stress of having a boat not work a lot more bearable! Thank you guys!

Great Boat Dealer with Tammy help was very delightful.

The lady in the office is unwilling to help customers. I came in approximately 10 minutes before closing time, she was having a conversation with another gentleman. As soon as I walked in she said to the other man, People always come in at closing, I havent gotten out of here on time in a month. No big deal, I wasnt concerned with the comment, just duly noted that I am causing an inconvenience for the employee.I patiently waited for her to ask me if I needed help. Eventually she did. I told her I needed an oil filter for a 5.7L 350 V8 with the remote oil filter. She said she couldnt help me without having the serial number from my engine. I said I cant understand that, its a normal chevrolet oil filter, they do not change from year to year and the only difference is Ford VS GM. I even gave her the part number and she wouldnt even try to cross reference it in the system. I think she was being lazy and didnt want to do any research for a customer.Well at this point I am very annoyed. So i pull up google on my cell phone and find the correct part number in about 3 minutes. They didnt have the filter in stock, which I probably wouldve turned it down after all this anyways. But as I am leaving, the lady says to the other man I love it when customers come in here thinkin they know everything, HA.This lady is a joke, I hope they get rid of her. She doesnt know a propeller from a trim tab and she honestly thinks she is knowledgeable about boats. Beware, do not take parts advice from her, if you are even able to get it out of her...I have purchased parts here in the past and have been reasonably satisfied with the experience. But I will not be returning after this ordeal. First, you never talk to a customer this way, or talk about a customer right in front of them.
