Mr. Jack and his wife are very sweet and welcoming people. I drove by the Auto Station one night and they were closed,so the next day I called to inquire about a vehicle that was not listed on the website. Mr. Jack was on his way back from Charleston and told me to stop and his wife could help me. She was very sweet printed off the price and let me look at the car, took it for a test drive and loved it. I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school and had a few questions, he called me that afternoon answered all my questions and informed me the price he had given me was wrong but his error so being a man of his word, he would honor that price for me and he did just that. I am now the proud owner of a 2015 Honda CR-V that I have had for 2 weeks now. Thank you both for being so nice and welcoming, I left feeling like I made friends and not just buying a car 😊!! I worked with Jack about two weeks ago and got my first SUV which is a Nissan rouge. He made the entire process as short and simple as possible. VERY welcoming attitude and isn’t just trying to make a sale. He got issues fixed and his cars seem very well kept. Most have very low miles for amazing price! I was hesitant to visit a used car dealer and thought that I would run into the stereotypical use car salesman. What I found was anything but. Jack was very friendly and welcoming. They were very nice and willing to help my husband and I find the perfect car to fit our family!!! Would 100% come back to the auto station..Well I thought the car was good but after it being in the shop for the 4th time. I reached out to see if jack would buy back the car because he sold me a lemon car but he said no and then stated that he tried to get me to buy another car at his shop that I did love but it made a weird sound and had the air bag light on saying something was wrong it. Just be cautious of what you are buying. Wouldn’t recommend to people I know.

I recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey from Mr. Jack at Auto Station. When I drove off the lot and started having issues with the vehicle, Jack took it upon himself to have the vehicle towed and fixed at no charge. He took care of everything, even giving me another car to drive while mine was in the shop. However, he didnt stop there, he also bought a 12 year warranty for me, allowing me to drive with confidence which he told me was very important to him. Now, a couple of weeks later, the car drives perfectly and our family has reliable transportation. He went above and beyond for my family, and we are so grateful for all of his hospitality and generosity. I highly recommend Mr. Jack and Auto Station, he will treat you like family.

I bought a Firebird Formula from Jack and Becky, the owners of Auto Station in Lexington, SC. Two of the most delightful people Ive ever had the pleasure to meet. The atmosphere was first-rate and it was the very best car buying experience Ive ever had. If you are in the market for a good used vehicle of almost any type from car, truck, or SUV, Auto Station is THE place to go. Do not hesitate to stop in and see what they have to offer or check online (like I did) if youre from out of town (like I was). I really cant even begin to tell you how friendly, helpful, and nice these people are. They make you feel like family. Honest people, honest prices. What more can anyone ask for? I rated them as 5 stars only because thats as high as the scale goes, but they really deserve a solid 10. And thats no lie.

The best car buying experience my wife and I have had in our 30 years together. No pressure buying, good clean well maintained automobiles. Jack and his wife treat you like family and not just customers. The automobiles are quality with lots of life left in them. We came looking for one thing and found something bigger and better for less money. We purchased a 2008 Ford Expedition EL. My wife had some concerns about it and Jack took care of all of them. This is our first time buying from Jack, and was worth the 45 minute drive to get there. Auto station will be the first place we look next time we need a vehicle.

A very bizarre experience. My husband and I went to look at a SUV that they had on the lot. We got out to look at the car, told the salesman which car we were interested in and he went to go get the keys. We looked through the car, back seats, trunk, climbed in and out to see how space was. When I asked the salesman if I could test drive the car his response was “This car is actually being picked up tomorrow by a former customer but it’s not sold today so if you’re paying cash today, you could have it”. I told him that we were going to pay cash for the car depending on a price we agree on. He said again “Well she bought a car from us 5 years ago but it’s not sold today ... WHAT HAPPENS IF I LET YOU TEST DRIVE AND YOU WRECK”. Wow, ok ... I just stood there in shock that anyone would ever say this to someone else. I said yeah, no thank you and we left. My main question is - why didn’t the salesman say the car was *potentially* going to be sold tomorrow before we looked all through it. And then to say “What happens if you wreck” if I test drove it. Wow. Just wow. And guess what, two days later the car is still sitting on your lot.

Jack at Auto Station is a great place to buy cars from I love the service so much! For here on out when I purchase a car I will go here first instead of a 5 star it should be a 10 Thank you auto station we need more car dealers like yall!!!!

We moved from Iowa, looking for a truck. Went to a couple of larger dealerships and was very disappointed in not ony the pricing but the pushiness of the sales people. Saw a truck online, went to see Jack and he was great! We went to look at a nice Dodge, but decided on a Silverado. Jack was patient with my pickiness and super helpful and friendly. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GET A VEHICLE FROM HERE. Jack the sales guy and owner worked us up a deal for a vehicle that we wanted to purchase. He told us to come back so he could work out the details. He called my husband the next day which was a thursday said that we could come get the vehicle. We stated that we would not be able to get back there until saturday he said NO PROBLEM. well we get there saturday and the vehicle that we were getting he had sold. He gave some bs excuse about well they brought un cash...blah blah blah. FIRST OF ALL THIS IS NOT HOW A BUSINESS IS RUN. If u know that someone is coming to get the vehicle that the deal was already worked up on and he had already pulled our credit and all that. TELL ME WHY would you sell the vehicle that was already promised to someone else. This is not how you conduct yourself as a decent human being nor as a business man!!!!! So in conclusion dont buy from him JACK and his business. He is a snake and greedy. Doesnt care about nothing except his own self. Seek from another business you will be better off.

Terrible! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Apparently I didnt sound rich enough on the phone. The man who answered was so abrupt, I didnt even get his name. I had to call them back after they failed to return my calls and email. Horrible. I wouldnt buy from them for $1. I never got to actually see inside the car or drive it because the store hours were different than posted and NO ONE was there. I do not understand much about the car business but I have worked retail, customer service and run businesses and this is not how it should be done. Just awful. I am so disappointed. I have been looking for this particular car for over a year and I was so happy when I heard they had one for sale so close to home. I guess I was the wrong kind of customer for them. I dont know how they have any at all.
