Great atmosphere! Everyone was extremely helpful. It did not matter who was helping or who needed to do what, everyone pitched in to make us feel we were their only customer (and we were not because they were busy!). Everything on the website was present in their inventory and just as listed. They answered every question and worked hard for our business. Very satisfied with our vehicle we purchased from them. Lies to get people money. Brought a BMW for these crooks believing they were genuine (my mistake). To the car to BMW dealer. Report shows car havent been serviced in 5 years. Brakes and Drive train need repair after 3 weeks of having the car. I dont blame for selling me a lemon. I blame myself for not researching their business. If you do decide to purchase a car from them, have it check out by a real dealership before signing paperwork. LUXURY CARD OF LEXINGTON shouldnt have a problem with that if the their word is good.

I Swear I had a 1500 word count review for luxury Cars Of Lexington until I realized google wouldnt let me post that review, let me first start off by saying the staff and everyone at lexington made me feel like family! from Barbra the receptionist, Charles the sales manager and definitely Shawn my personal salesman who I felt like I was talking to a best friend or family member! him and his cousin Tony!!! they are awesome!!! I brought a 335i sight unseen or tested, matter a fact I had a 2011 328i already finalized at another location (Garners Ferry Road) but due to my unpleasantness there I stopped payment promptly upon meeting the staff and Shawn! and brought the vehicle you see attached along with this review with no hesitation. I still keep in touch and will be getting all my service needs and extended warranty for the vehicle with them. Obviously there are salesman everywhere fact is I never felt like I was being sold too! It truly felt like family again from the start! most places dont do warranties at all on their inventory once taken of the lot. Others will claim thay need more out of pocket expensis or absolutly refuse to work or lower prices on old inventory (Garners Ferry rd lot), well not Lexington EVERY vehicle sold is done so with a 90 day or 4500 mile warranty from the lot!!! That speaks volumes, that speaks confidence (to me anyway), their inventory is impeccable their professionalism,dress, mannerism and courtesy is top notch!!! above and beyond!! highly recommended. I jokingly tell people I wouldnt have shopped within 100 miles of this dealership! but truthfully, I wouldnt have! and Im so glad I did the timing couldnt have been better! I got a 2008 335i well below market by more than a couple grand! Ive looked at other 335i in no where near the mint and immaculate condition as mine! These guys mean business! and they truly value the customer! on site certified BMW A-Z mechanic and detail shop! filled my vehicle up and explained key features and dos and dont with it as well. Very pleasant! Tony I will be getting that extended warranty for the 335i when I save up! That warranty for the low cost it is will cover ANYTHING that could happen electronically,engine,trans, you name it besides normal wear and tear like oil and brakes and its relatively cheap considering if any one of them or more go up its paid for itself 10 fold! So yeah if your looking I hope this helps, you owe it too yourself first to stop by these guys you absolutely wont regret it! I promise!

I will never purchase another vehicle from these people again! They did not keep their word about anything. I told them I was going to transfer my tag, and they still sent in for me a new tag causing me to have to pay more taxes. The vehicle I purchased didnt have the best tires, and Tony promised he would call when more tires came in. I called 3 times, never got the tires. Lmars name is on my paperwork and yet he only provided me with 1 key. Customer Service was awful. I drove an hour and 20 min to this place because they had the vehicle I wanted. I would never purchase anything from them again. They act as if they are doing you a favor, by you purchasing from them. I purchased a vehicle at McDaniels automotive and the service there was exceptional and they thanked me for my business unlike Luxury Cars of Lexington. I wouldnt buy a bike from these rude, lying people!

I went there today to purchase a car that was agreed upon for a certain price and then they were trying to have me pay $250 for an oil change and a full tank of gas which I know it does not cost that much. When I addressed that concern the boss or manager raised his voice about he has $50,000 cars on the lot, any car coming off a lot should have a oil change and full tank of gas no matter what the price is and to be talked to the way that I was is disrespectful. My money is as good as anyone else no matter the amount.

Great for sales. Decent pricing on cars. If this review were based strictly on the sales experience, Id provide a 4 or 5...but from a post-sale service experience...If I could rate a zero, I would. No calls back, allegedly messages are passed along to owners...but either they ignore them or lose them. All with respects to a warranty I purchased and then tried to cancel when all items that broke werent covered. In the future Ill definitely explore all alternatives prior to making a final decision on where I spend my money.

I have been looking at the Toyota Tundras lately and when I saw the one listed at Luxury Cars of Lexington I jumped at it because those vehicles sell fast in my opinion. I have tried to go to other dealers before and within a week they are sold. Also I test drove one back in 2006 when they first came out and the payments were more than my mortgage which to me would be unreasonable. Anyways I called and asked about the Toyota Tundra and Tony told me to come in and he would help me. So upon arrival I was greeted in a friendly way by Charles with a smile. Charles told me Tony was in. Then I went in and was greeted by Sean with a big friendly smile. He got the keys and let Tony proceed with getting it ready. Sean kept me entertained while Tony gassed the truck which was only on the lot a week. I noticed it was very clean and looked in new condition as a 2011. The whole process went smooth as I know my credit rating is A+. I just test drove it and returned for purchase. Tony drive me to my trusted mechanics who inspected it and gave me thumbs up and said its a good deal. Then they let me know just needed a tire sensor replaced. Also I requested new wipers since I noticed in rain they smeared. Tony said he would take care of those items and he has called me and let me knowits done. He is personally delivering me the truck as well which he doesnt have to but I requested that. Tony is a super nice hardworking man. He knows what hes doing and he is very serious about his work.
