Service with Boost was hit and miss. Sometimes depending on the city I was in I would have great service and in other cities I would have no service. I would especially have no service in rural areas. Boost also does this cute little thing where even if you spend over $500-$1000 on a phone you have to keep that phone with boost for one year before you can have the phone unlocked and move to a different provider. I was a boost customer for 12 years and I stayed because it was an expensive and I also had a special VIP package that allowed me to use my phone even if my service was technically disconnected temporarily. Now I’m willing to pay the big bucks to have a good quality phone service.
Ive been with boost mobile for about 8 years and Ive only had a couple issues with them during all those years. They have excellent reception and great customer service. Highly recommend them
My husband Iphone was locked, he was told over the phone or take to Apple store. Its a business phone we needed help right away. He purchased from a boost store but cant get svc there.

My old lady friend was in tears because of her poor service elsewhere and not having internet to go on Zoom to see the friends.We managed to get the phone swapped with the same number and a free phone that has a hotspot included to where now even though she couldnt get internet service at her new location she now is able to have it on her tablet and laptop. You talk about a happy camper!

The employees are very rude, you cant buy a phone from them without paying another activation fee they say. Heres a tip people: IF YOU ALREADY GO THOUGH BOOST, YOU CAN HAVE ANY BOOST PHONE YOU WANT, WITHOUT PAYING ANOTHER ACTIVATION FEE! BUY A BOOST PHONE FROM ANYWHERE THEY SALE THEM OR FROM A FRIEND AND THEN CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WILL ACTIVATE IT FREE! NO $25 FEE LIKE THE EMPLOYEES SAY! THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! MY ADVICE, DO NOT SHOP THERE!!! As far as the BOOST SERVICE, its GREAT!!!

Came in to get a phone and the Cashier/Staff, Seleni, was very rude, can not multi-task, and took care of customers out of order, as well using profanity in front of children. Spent almost an hour and a half in store to activate a phone that would normally take 15 minutes.
