Marty is an amazing man. Hes been running that store for a long time. His customers are like family. I always enjoy seeing him and having our funny conversations. Great store, great people!

Needed a bed. Was told my KING bed that I wanted would be here soon so I took what they had UNTIL.. Its been 3/4 months paying for what I never wanted.

The rent a center store on main street Mr. Marty and Brother Ricky so wonderful. Its more like a family then a business.

Rude people terrible customer service

Husband had emergency open heart surgery and two strokes. They called and I told them what was going on. I would assume that no one made a note of talking to me or about what was going on. Manager called my husband with a nasty voicemail. My husband who just got out of the hospital that’s been in there 15 days and had open heart surgery and two strokes. I was outraged by the audacity of this manager. I called him and was not very nice he said he didn’t know anything about what had happened to my husband. I told the manager I was returning the item and would take my business elsewhere. I have never seen a manager or company be so disrespectful and rude. Never will I rent another thing from this place.

Very good customer service, decent people and the manager there, hes a great guy. They truly care about their customers. I will recommend family and friends to check them out
