I would actually not give a rating if I didn’t have to. Yesterday while purchasing my child’s costume my debit card was declined due to a zip code error which is fine. However today they took a payment of $59.33 out of my account. I called the lady at Tops Magic and had my banking representative on a 3 way call so she could release my money back to my account. At first it seemed like she would be more than willing to help release the hold on my account to get my money back. The only way I could have my money released today is if they (Tops Magic) faxed over the information they needed to my bank. Tops Magic representative had advised both myself and bank representative that they do not own a fax machine. When I asked if they could go to a UPS store she said no and I then said you’re seriously going to make me dispute this transaction and wait 10 days to get my money back? She then hung up on bank representative and myself. I called 3 way again and the supposed owner answered the phone this time he was the most rude, disrespectful, unprofessional person that owns a business can ever be yelling at myself and the bank representative stating it’s the banks fault not theirs. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER order anything from this place if you do not want money stolen from your account.

I was scrambling to find a costume for my daughter at the last minute because my local shop messed my order up, so it wouldnt arrive until after Halloween. I was searching everywhere online, when I found this company. Let me say, they were a savior. I placed an online order on a Friday afternoon. I sent them an email to ask how long it would take to ship. Almost immediately someone responded. When I called (because they had a question about my address) the same person who sent the email also answered the phone. It was such a relief not to have to explain to several people my predicament. Angie was so sweet and helpful. The best part is, the costume arrived on Monday. This company saved my daughters first Halloween! I will use them every year from now on.

Im so happy I found this site! I needed something quick so I called and actually spoke to a person. They were very friendly and made sure I had my item on time. I would recommend Tops Magic to everyone!

Do not order from this place if you need something last minute. I placed an order on a Saturday for ground three day shipping. They did not fulfill that. I emailed them three days later as I had not received any notice that my items shipped. I let them know that I needed it by Saturday and if it would not be there by then I would like my order to be canceled and my money refunded. I received no response to my email. I called the next day and left two messages with no return call. I emailed today and was told they did call and leave me a message and also that I did receive a tracking number. I received a tracking number after this email and no call/message. Beware there is another review on this company for the same thing. Dishonest company. They would rather take your money for not doing their job right than make it right with the customer. I will be disputing with my bank.

Great online service would do Business with him again

Needed stuff for a last minute gig. The prices on tops were great. Ordered on a Wednesday. Hadnt received any kind of a follow up (although my credit card was charged immediately) so I called on Monday. The company called me back on Tuesday and sent out the order that Tuesday. I paid for priority shipping but since they shipped it out late (almost a week) Im not getting it in time for my party. When I called to complain, all I was told is they have no control over the warehouse. So now I have to go out tonight and spend more money for the party because this company decided to wait on my order to ship out. Thanks a Lot!
