If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a halloween costume online from spirit halloween october 3rd. They sent a email with a tracking number for fedex that stated it shipped almost 2 weeks passed and package never arrived no tracking info available and no estimated delivery time from fedex. Had to call customer support and spent several hours trying to get ahold of reps for them to finally figure out that they apparently had none in stock even though they sent shipping confirmation out 2 weeks ago. All they could do was offer me a refund that will be returned to my account within 21 business days and left me scrambling to locate my sons hard to find costume less than 2 weeks before halloween. So nice of them to offer an apology and refund and a have a nice day after screwing this up for me and my family.

Nah, way too expensive. Some masks were $60.00, not even joking. The lowest price for a mask that fit me was $9.99. I dont understand why businesses think theyll last in the Poconos with these high prices, I mean, when I came in the store not even one person was holding an item to buy. Youre better off coming here to see the nice decorations, and look around. Party City is better

Manger is unprofessional coming to work smelling like he hasn’t had a bath in days. Went back the next day to exchange a product and he was still stank and had a nerve to have a smart mouth. I just don’t understand how his co workers can work with him smelling foul. This the one in Lexington
