If I could rate this location lower then a 1 star I would. The manager was rude and didnt care about his customers at all. Just about his check and what he would lose out on. I have been with metro for almost 6 years and never have I felt so disrespected.
Not just stored and Im getting one star for this is Metro they give you a free phone and after you pay on it send keep up with your bills they still take from you even though you pay your unlimited bill but they can still throttle you when you played for unlimited now can somebody explain this to me unlimited is supposed to be Unlimited stop Metro
Worst service you can get.just switched from straight talk and that was a big mistake.got unlimited data and 15gb hotspot I have a full signal and cant use my phone for anything.will definitely not recommend this service to anyone
Polite young lady and gentlemen was very helpful in finding a phone and services. I would recommend this store to go and get you a phone.
Stopped by today to add prepaid to a phone I purchased from an individual. Everyone was super nice and went above and beyond to make sure the service was working as well as hooked up auto draft for me.

I feel the same as tyla. they were nice, willing to help but when it came to getting the phone it was a similar experience. i got mine for 40 which i knew but when it came to the case. well i was told it be bundled with the phone which in turn should have made it cheaper but nope. the case i got was 20 bucks which means in the store was 40 bucks in regular price. and there was an additional charge of 10 bucks for some kind of data assist fee which i knew nothing about and currently since yesterday i have had no data connection.
I went in to the Red Bank store in Lexington, SC on Platt Springs Road today and was delighted by service my husband and I received. I was upgrading to a new phone, and James, the manager went above and beyond to help activate and set up my new phone and my husbands too. People like him are the reason I like metro. He not only gave us excellent customer service but talked to us like we were friends not just his customers. Metro PCS is lucky to have him. The manager, James, and the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We got the MotoE5+ phones, and absolutely LOVE them. Memory, Operating system and cameras are amazing! Kudos, guys, keep up the good work. Ill be sure to refer everyone I know!

Great customer service. They were very nice. Only downside is I was told some accessories were free but was charged over $40 for them. Also the advertisement said the phone was free. It is only half off and the half off is a mail in rebate that takes 8 weeks to receive.
Both sales reps went WAY overboard to help me decide on what services I wanted..never tried to talk me into something I did NOT need..were very considerate..patient( took over 5 hours to set up 3 phones..download info from all 3 old phones and answer question etc)..then this morning had to call back to store for some clarification on my account and got accidentally disconnected and manager called ME back immediately! Superb service..love the phones..live in boondocks and with several different carriers have never been able to get more than 2 G service..we have 4 G now..plus can tether to other devises! James..Robert..thank you guys for being SO patient with a 70 year old senior citizens who asked MANY questions..then had you repeat same answers MANY times!!! Whoever said these guys were rude or sarcastic must have been MetroPCS competitor.nothing farther from the truth!

Very bad at explaning what one is being charged for. The guy would not explain to you that there is an upgrade fee and that the bundle is also an aditional $40 dollars. The bundle is a case. We had discussed the price for the phone and first month service but at the end he failed to notify me that my fist month was not included and ended up being charged for the bundle instead. He did not provide a receipt of the transaction as there was a supposed problem with the system. Had service for a day and then I was cut off. Make sure you know exactly what you are buying as they will leave this details out.
Products, cellular service, and customer service were all wonderful. I was there for a while getting all the necessary files transferred, and I saw them dealing with some, well, difficult, customers, and they were patient and accommodating.
Oh yeah. Three free phones just for switching services? Why, yes. Yes, I will. Great service and the newest phones on the market. Knowledgeable and polite staff also makes the act of cell phone shopping even less painless. What are you waiting for? Just switch... Get a free phone... Unlimited talk, text, and web... 10gb of wifi hotspot... All for a very low price.
Good people. The manger and the associates caleb and the girl with glasses with tattoos. All 3 helped me out. Gave us a good deal on phones. Very respectful. I would recommend anyone to get metro pcs phones. Hell of a deal unlimited talk, text and date for 2 phones for $80 a month. Better then what you get with othwr carriers.

Went to the store and the white guy was very rude did not want to help me with anything and they also lost a loyal customer from 4 years all due to rude and very unprofessional customer service i went with a different carrier.dont recommend anyone the store off platt springs rode.
