I have been with Sprint for 10+ years and for the past 5 months had a reaccurring issue with my sim and NOBODY and I mean absolutely No ONE could fix it until I busted this store ALANA is AWESOME and deserves a promotion.. She literally was so calm and reassured me the whole time it would be fixed even though I had doubts from being previously let down.. Snd she worked her magic and I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied as a customer.. Thank you Alana and make sure you guys go see her she’s amazing at what she does 1000000/10

Not good bought note 20 phone took it back cause camera not working since I bought it and they cant fix it told me I got take it to a another place in Winston-Salem hr from my house got insurance and everything on the phone 1,000 dollar phone cant use camera I feel they should had replace the phone with a new one or fixed it

Chris was very patience to take care of our need, and issues that we had from another store, he was attentative to our needs, and what we wanted. Chris and jhon are amazing and friendly great customer service Ive had in a long time I went in for 1 phone and walked out with 2 and tablet and accessories. If u need service go see them u wont regret it my bill is lower now with all this than it was with 1 phone somewhere else

This store location is great at selling products. they told me I would get free Netflix with my phone activation which was not true when I tried to redeem the offer. They did not stockscreen protectors or a case for my phone I would have never known they even carried this phone if I didnt ask because they kept it in the back and had none on display. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and when I asked for help they had no answer whatsoever. Ive noticed everyone who works at this location is a teenager

I have been with T-Mobile for many years and needed to get a new phone. I recently moved to Lexington, NC and went to this new T-Mobile location. Really convenient location at hwys 64 and 52. They were helpful and friendly employees who were patient and knowledgeable with the million questions we asked. Very, very pleased with my visit here.

I have had t mobile for a long time, at one time I had another carrier, but I either to stand by the door or go outside, so with so many phone companies, i did a little research and landed on T-Mobile, in my opinion the best move I ever made, but the truth is that every carrier has dead spots, still I have been more than satisfied with t mobile, i guess the best advice is to ask people and friends what carrier they have and usually they will tell you about there own experience

T-mobile in itself is a joke. The service you get for your monthly payment is not worth the money you spend. A lot of their phones are no good either. Especially the LG-30. Find you a better place.

Do NOT go to this store and expect great customer service. 1 star is the lowest I can rate them as googles standard, I wish I could rate them lower. This store has caused me so many issues in the past week or so. Some of the staff here is great, while there are some who are horrible. They dont explain things very well and theyre all about pitching a sell. This store is a bad reflection on T-Mobile as a whole.

Not the best experience here. Agreeing with some of the others, some employees are wonderful, on the other side not so much. You can sense when its a pitch for a sell. Like changing to the linkzone and replacing your home internet... for those who dont do much that may work but it is NOT to replace your home internet service. Im usually an easy goer, but dont try and smooth talk me into getting things I dont need or things that will not work for me.. The store in salisbury was very helpful in getting some of the mess cleaned up that this store created. Like charging me for a sync up device that was never ordered. Service can really be hit or miss at this location.
