CAUTION - purchase equipment/service at your own risk. Do not expect competent service or functional used parts from Redline. Would give zero stars if an option. Sold me a used Waverunner engine 18 months ago. Once installed engine triggered oil pressure alarm. Pulled engine re-checked, seals, oil pump, everything seemed OK - re-assembled - still oil alarm. Pulled engine again, replaced oil pressure sensor, still oil alarm. Called Redline, they said engine ran perfectly before shipped to us - must be the oil pump or some other issue. Pulled engine again, ordered new oil pump and replaced, still oil alarm. Spoke with Redline again, they refused to provide refund on engine - suggested oil pump or some other issue, but since were so far away they could not diagnose - sorry. Pulled engine fifth time, complete tear down, this time, after removing the engine case below the crankshaft, revealed that Redline had negligently installed a solid pin in an oil passage - where a hollow pin (pipe) should be - thereby starving the entire top of the engine and oil pressure sensor of oil. Im attaching a picture. They actually stuck the solid pin in an oil O-Ring completely plugging the upper engine oil passage. This should have been plainly obvious to any oil mechanic familiar with the Yamaha engine. Now after five rounds of removing/replacing of the engine, we finally have a working motor, but we have been without the ski for over a year (two seasons) - while we ordered and installed/replaced oil pressure sensors, oil pumps, etc. in a maddening effort to understand what was happening. Theres no way Redline met the minimum standard of care for a competent mechanic - its negligence - a competent mechanic would never have installed such an important component, so deeply buried in the engine, in this manner. Do not trust parts/service from Redline.

They have went out of their way to ensure they spent time answering all of my questions, any concerns, and did a lot more than most would to ensure I felt like I was the only customer they had even though they are usually slammed. Any issues in the past have early been ironed out and Nate and his staff of mechanics, salesman and front office are outstanding!

We took my fiancé’s dirt bike motor here to be rebuilt after we were assured they could fix it for us. We were told it would take a couple weeks and given a cost for repairs. After 4 months of waiting and them trying to charge for parts that we supplied, we finally got the motor back with a “30 day guarantee”. Get the motor home and it doesn’t start. I call and they say to bring it back up there and they would look at it. We told them what we thought the issue was. Their “30 day guarantee” turned into a $120 diagnostic charge because they said it wasn’t part of what they rebuilt when they rebuilt the entire motor. Said they could test it without the kickstart (which was the problem) and no oil in the motor? If you want the run around and looking to spend more and more money, this is your place! I don’t typically leave bad reviews but considering the manager wasn’t concerned with an upset customer...

The service mechanic took his time to explain to me everything I needed to know so that my waterski ranCorrectly after he fixed it. I now know the correct way to flush out my engine and I even know how to check my spark plugs. This mechanic, 👨‍🔧Gary did not havto take his time out like that just to school me in Jetski 101. Thank you very much, I will never let anyone touch my ski except for Gary ⚒⚙️at Redline Motosports. He is that good and he cares about people. Don’t mess with the rest, only bother with the best! ⛷💦

Dishonest shop. Plenty of powersports shops take awhile for repairs or even make mistakes but never had one down right lie to me. This place straight up lied to me about pricing. Said if I agree for them to do over a 1000 dollars worth of repairs on a 3000 bike they will discount my bill and discount repairs for my jet ski this summer. Well, they did not discount my bill when I came to pay, and even ended up charging me more than we agreed on. In addition to the manager being annoyed with me for asking, so no idea what people are talking about regarding great service?? Anyway, 1400 dollars later I have new breaks on my old dirt bike, for 1400 dollars? There are too many options in Columbia to choose this place, dont do it. Ive never left reviews like this before but lying about price is a big deal, beware!

Customer service was great.we bought a boat from an individual and when we took it out it had some charging issues.took it strait to redline where they greeted us with open arms and made the whole process so easy.hopefully we will be back on the water soon.

Do yourself a favor and the hassle and deal with a reputable dealership. I bought a used Yamaha 760 2 months ago for my son. After the salesman went over the ski and my son asked questions as well as myself. One of the most important questions that was asked is where to put the oil in at . We were told by the salesman that it has an oil reservoir and to just keep it full. After the first time in the water the ski shut down and would not restart. I loaded it on the trailer and took it to a jet ski me mechanic just to make sure we hadn’t missed something or did something wrong. Well long story short after being told that an older lady owned it and a full service had been done by Redline we find out the oil tank had been disconnected. Good information to have from the purchasing dealer. 2 months and still haven’t received the title. No return phone calls. It’s been a total ripoff and I’ve been told by several other customers that they have received the same service as well.

I had a good experience with Redline. I bought a Yamaha FX SHO and they bent over backwards to get the ski ready before our trip to the coast. I had a small issue when I was at the coast and I found them to be responsive and helpful. I feel like the value was there for what I paid and what I got. Bottom line, if you buy direct from an individual you may have the same issues with regards to reliability and issues; I say this from direct experience. At least this place goes through them (from my experience) and throws a 30 day warranty behind it to boot. In all fairness, the SCDNR is really slow right now. I have another machine I purchased from an individual and I did all the paperwork myself. It literally took a few months to get the title and registration.

Buyer Beware this place is a joke! Where do I even began……Purchased a Honda Aquatrax on May 9th, ran good for 2 weekends and we noticed it was using oil, since it was under the 30 day warranty we took it to Redline on Monday June 1st. Over the phone we were told by Alex that it would be priority since it was under warranty but when we got there we were told they were so busy it would be Thursday or Friday before they would have a chance to look at it. After it being there a week with no call about the status we made several attempts to call, never received a return call. Finally we got Ryan (service manager) on the phone and we were told that it needed a turbo and it was ordered and would be ready the following week. Well following week came and went still no call, again tried several times to get someone on the phone. When we finally got Ryan on the phone he told us that the ski was schedule to be brought in that Monday, ummm they had it for 2 weeks at this point. So Ryan said he would take a look at it and give us a call back, yeah right! By the third week he called and said he had to order a part for the oil leak, never said a word about the turbo at this point. I asked to speak to the manager Nick who was very friendly and very apologetic. Was told by Nick that Ryan had two Honda jet ski’s that were exactly the same and had ours mixed up with the other one and they would have to order the part and it should be completed in 2 more weeks, We are now going on 5 weeks of not having a ski, of course I blew up at this point and Nick apologized and said he would extend the warranty to 60 days after we picked up the ski, ok fair enough I thought. We FINALLY got the ski back on July 1st. Put it in the water July 5th and guess what, same thing happened except this time we had to be towed back to the dock. Took the ski back up there and spoke with Nick again and was told that Ryan had been let go because of similar issues and Nick assured me he would make this right. We left the ski on July 13th and on the 14th we got a call from Nick saying it needed a computer, he told me they ordered the part and it should be ready by Friday July 17th or Monday July 20th. Well never got a call so on Wednesday July 22nd I called Nick and was told it needed a different part and that part was on back order till August and he didn’t have an ETA for me at the time but he was looking for a USED part for it. By this point we have used the ski a total of 4 times since May, they have had it most of the summer. I told Nick I wanted my money back and he complied. The strange this is when we went up there to get our money back we had to get something from the ski that we had left and it was parked on the sales lot, not in the back where the service department was, that was just odd to me. This has been the worst experience of buying something in my life. Just know they are very friendly but don’t let it fool you, the lies and the run around is beyond ridiculous.

Price wise- they were willing to meet me where I felt comfortable in making my purchase. Hands down, best place to go!

Had an amazing experience here. Went and bought a jet ski on 5/19/2018 and dealt with Nate the owner and he was very nice. Answered every one of my question and explained each of the jet ski we were looking at. Handle all the paper work for us. Got the jet ski home had some issues and Nate and the guys are fixing it has we speak. I live over an hour away and he is driving one of is techs to handle the situation. I would recommend buying any water craft or any other product they have. They are like family and I felt comfortable through this whole process. Very great people.

Fixed my five year olds small ATV in a few hours after starter got ruined the day after Christmas. They also cleaned spark plugs, fixed kick-start, and had it ready to go Within a few hours. Definitely went above and beyond our expectations. They earned our business from here on out. Thanks so much!

Have tried to get a simple answer to a simple question over and over. They sold me two different waverunners that barely lasted just out of their 30 day guarantee and avoided me till after the 30 days were up. Ive called over and over. Half the time they dont answer and when they do answer they transfer me to a voicemail. Buyer beware! Dont waste your time or money with these people. They sell worn out previously rental machines at a premium price and dont stand behind their products.

Was unable to get the right part but they were so helpful in the process! They sell a lot on eBay and can be picked up that day before they send it to the post office. Or just show up with part#, they are great and super helpful at redline Motorsports!

Had a great experience buying my first jetski! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Not once did I feel like they were being pushy. I feel like I got a fair deal, was in and out with a new jetski in under an hour, and service and follow-up installing the jetski ramp was excellent. Placed an order for sheet foam after noticing their location on EBAY and was a local business. Item listed on EBAY...but not in stock. Long story short, followed up a week after placing order and still not there. Got a call late saying that they dropped the ball. Funny how they were waiting on the truck all week and couldnt admit their mistake. Needed the product this past weekend...not 2 weeks from time of order.
