I was in a bind and the men were wonderful especially Jessle ( I hope I’m spelling correctly)for finding me a great mattress at a good price. Jackson was awesome with the next day delivery and quick setup. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the customer service and friendliness was much better than a normal big box retail store! I encourage everyone to go check them out for a mattress!

This place is outstanding! I had been looking all over town Looking for a mattress that was perfect for my husband and I. I had been communicating with the guys via Facebook messenger. Wonderful experience. Customer service was extraordinary. I went in and explained to Jackson what I wanted and was out within 30 minutes. They also have a wonderful payment plan system in place for those of us who prefer to pay over a period of time. Jackson also delivered my mattress to my apartment for an extra fee of course so if you are worried in that department they have you covered as well.

We are a family of six so I’ve purchased many mattresses over the years and this is by far the best experience I’ve had picking out and buying a mattress. I let them know what I was looking for and my price range and they led me straight to what I needed rather than give me the run around to try to sell me something double the price. I was literally in and out in about 30 minutes! My son loves his bed, it’s so comfortable and half the price of what we paid for another, less comfortable, mattress earlier this year! My son needed a new bed and went to this place first. Erin helped us and was really friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses. After checking out a couple other places, ended up coming back here since we couldnt find a better price elsewhere-this time was helped by Daniel since Erin wasnt there and he was friendly too. Overall a good experience with BoxDrop. The only issue was the delivery was an hour past the allotted time frame I was given and no one called to let me know-I had to call to get an update. But other than that Id recommend this place if youre looking for a good bed for a great price.

Let me tell you, I have had some horrible experiences with rude salespeople in the past, but never in my life have I ever had such an amazing experience as a customer. You know, Ill be the first to say I was skeptical of this business. Completely unfounded! Found them advertising on Facebook Marketplace, with affordable mattress sets. Needed a queen mattress, box spring and frame for our guest bedroom, so I was looking for something cheap, but nice. After a phone call from exchanging Facebook messages, I set my appointment and went. Better than I could have imagined. Small warehouse setting, but I explained my order range (its a guest bedroom, who wants a guest to stay extended). Found the mattress set I wanted, paid for it, and asked about delivery. Thats where they really shine! Jackson, the young man that delivers, said at 3:15 PM he could have it to my house in Chapin that afternoon. Even after I insisted it could wait, he assured me that he would do it after his next delivery. Sure enough, by 4:30 PM, he was in my driveway. Cost of delivery well worth it!!! Super polite and got it into the room we set aside. Entire staff very friendly, no false advertising here! Hope theyre still in business when I need my next mattress and box spring set! Extremely pleased and would highly recommend!
