The owners are down to earth and so knowledgeable. Theyre not just sales people, they actually are out in the field and know construction. Wish they had more Palm Harbor models!

Not really impressed with the displays, and the lady seemed to have an attitude when she greeted us. Very annoying, not a great first impression

Online it says they close at 5:30 but they apparently close at 5:00. We are moving to the area and I was only in town for a few days. My husband already works there and doesn’t get off until later. We rushed over to look around and when we pull up she said they locked all their homes already and handed me a paper with floor plans. I would think if you really wanted business you would go ahead and walk back out and unlock and show people the homes especially when it’s explained that we are only in town a short time. This is why you will not be getting our business. It’s called customer service and care. If you had taken a little more time out of your day to help us we would have been more likely to choose you over competitors for our future home.

OMG the Modular experience was so nice! The one with the upstairs attic. Well I see a whole look for that! It’s amazing how far they have come in modular homes. Great job job you guys.

Congaree Home Center is an amazing, honest company. The team is super friendly and attentive. They built our dream home and two years later we are still super satisfied. Our electric bill is less than half of what it used to be. They keep their promises. As a true customer, I fully recommend them!

Great homes a little pricey but extremely nice. Maybe because of the pandemic the customer service seems a little lack 🤔

Beware! Beware! Beware! Do not recommend them! I have all messages of empty promises to fix my house their guys chopped up as well as a list of other damages they did while delivering and setting up my home. I have documentation signed by the owner. There was so many issues with my home as far as damage when they had it delivered. The guys who work for them damaged my home and they had made many promises to come fix it and still havent almost 3 years later. They delivered some of the supplies. Scott was suppose to come repair. Scott and Art both made empty promises and excuses. Its been almost 3 years and still nothing and they wont even respond to me. If u r thinking about buying from them, I would really really research before trying to purchase with them! Can provide documentation and pics of what I experienced and just letting it be known they got me! As for ur response u did come and drop off a few pieces of replacement parts. Never came back! Need me to post the pics of the items that has been sitting under my house, or where yall cut my house all up? I would be delighted to show the parts yall delivered and never fixed as well as the cutting all on my house yall did to install steps. Thats not even going into the list of things that also was to be repaired and was signed and witnessed by Art. I dont mind showing them. Yall have my number and stopped all contact.

After months of searching for the perfect home we found it with Congaree homes. We were out hunting and had just come away disappointed from a new build in an established neighborhood. Earlier that day I had seen a new listing that had come up on Zillow and had asked our agent if we could go take a look at it. The minute my husband and I stepped through the door we knew this was it. Everything about the home was thought through and was good quality. I came by the Congaree home center a couple days later and met with Stacy’s uncle Art and told him we had a contract on the new build in Gaston. Stacy took time to show me some things that were still needing to be finished on our plan that was done in one of the on-site models. Stacy went above and beyond what we expected in our new home. We closed on our house yesterday and couldn’t be more thrilled! Stacy you were a pleasure to work with and we love our home! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I had to wait a whole year on a curtain after dozens of requests to get it. The cleaning crews did a terrible job and Im stii waiting for my end of the year inspection which is 4 months over due.
