Ive had good and bad experiences here more bad than good since the change from corporate but Omar was excellent in handling my frustration and did what it took to take care of business. Highly satisfied with the changes.
One happy Customer and I want to say that Stephanie is the greatest she was so helpful and all around knows her stuff and if she cant answer your question she will help find the answer to it.
Now this is not a complaint to the staff here at the store, in fact I would rate the staff 5 stars for their tremendous efforts and patience with me. The members working here have always been amazing.Now this rating goes to AT&Ts Phone customer representatives and the very annoying automated computer that does not know when to take a hint that I want to speak to a person and not a freaking computer thats gonna fail anyways and transfer me after wasting my time.On top of that the over the phone customer representatives went out of their way to confuse me and the in store representatives, not to mention they failed multiple times to transfer my number to my new personal account and then proceeded to waste my time.I went in at 11:40am to just cancel my business plan and make a personal account with my same phone and number. I didnt get back to my job until 1:38pm.The in-store representatives are amazing and I thank them again for being patient with me.The over the phone folks and that annoying robot... you all need to get fired and replaced because you turned a simple transaction into a clown fiesta.
I wanted to purchase a phone but could not because her iPad would not scan my passport as I did not have my drivers license on me. I have a valid DL but not on me at the time. I am not happy that I now have to keep the phone I have rather than being able to purchase a new one.
Omar and staff were very helpful and friendly. We never felt pressured and all our concerns and questions were answered.
This place is ridiculous I spent over $100 in there yesterday on a hotspot. Spoke to Gabby B. have been trying to call them all day to ask a question about the account to set up the app. they do not answer their phones at all. they have their phones forwarded to the AT&t network. Which cannot forward me back to the store and cannot help me
Does not work constantly and even when it does work the best internet youre getting is 15 mbs and if you to do anything play a game or anything else forget about if you have more the 3 people using it.
The guy was working there his so helpful,but the company is sucks, they dont have any phones, tablet, and the system they have right now its the worse store, I never see,so they need to get more help and get a good management to make it great again

This employee named Abbie, helped me out. She was very nice and she knew was she was doing. We got my new phone set up in a couple minutes and she made it very simple. She was very easy to talk to and get stuff figured out with my plan

Sales woman, Abbie Salvador was very patient and helped us buy our phones. She went beyond expectations getting our phones set up just the way we wanted them. We will definitely come back to her for our device needs.
Very friend and knowledge of services and technology. Very patient with me. Even willing to get to the FCC site for me to compare phones. Had almost everything in stock except the screen protector but had it shipped to me and I received it in 3 days. I would highly recommend it.

Apparently it takes them 25 min every time to get something... and don’t even get me started on the fact that they’ll sell you something in three seconds but will take 2 weeks if even that to help you fix a problem...

Att is the worse network and service you can get i bought a note 9 new 1300 dolars and att blocked my phone and is their mistake they got the wrong number so is blocked i cant use it anymore and still have to pay for it. Their best answer buy a new one

Every time I go there they lie. The last time I went there, I said I was gonna switch carriers to Verizon and they said I would lose my phone number if I did that. Guess who switched to Verizon and kept their phone number......AT&T is a sorry excuse of a business. They should be ashamed.
