Matt is the best sales consultant out there! He went above and beyond just to help me with trading in my old phone to get a new one. He explained the plans and fees so well. He also offered me promos which made it hard for me to say “pass” to. He even shipped the new phone from Kansas to California! Verizon, he is definitely the best one that you have! Highly highly recommend!!!

My husband and I had a bad experience February of last year, with wrong promotions, we ended up paying double of what the girl told us on the iPhones we got.. so we thought we wouldn’t go back to liberal’s Verizon, but we decided to give it another chance when we wanted to get some watches and we loved the costumer service by Josue Tinoco, he is funny, smart and knows his information and his promotions which was a first for us, their should definitely be more agents that are well trained and know their info correctly! And not just wanting to sell a contract.. both times that we have purchased from him we have been very satisfied! he always calls us back a few days later to see how the items we buy are working, no problems in our bills, this is definitely a first from that Verizon store.. keep up the good Work Josue! Came into the store last week looking to upgrade my S8 and was hoping for an S10. Store associate in a suit in the first desk to the left offered to help, but seemed very disinterested. Asked what I wanted and when I told him an S10 he immediately told me I didnt want that and that I wanted a Motorola. I told him no, but he insisted on bringing one out. I told him that I didnt want the Motorola. Come to find out they were out of S10s, but had plenty of Motorola Z4s. There was never any offer to order an S10. Personally I do not like to be told what I like or dislike. The associates personal opinion cost him a sell.

Josh did an amazing job of walking us through our purchase and helping us save money along the way! All staff were extremely friendly and we had an overall awesome experience.

Even better our monthly payment is going to be cheaper than our last service! He took us through every step and let us know exactly what we were getting with our plan. Got all our photos and contacts backed up, Showed us how to use the new iPhone 11 and its new features, even applied our screensaver on professionally. He made sure that when we were walking out the door we knew everything and we were taking care of. I truly recommend going to Erick for any of your needs. Amazing service!

I went in for a new phone. Yubia Carrizales greeted me at the door. She was very kind, and helped me with everything I needed from finding the phone I wanted to purchase, activating my phone and applied my screen protector and case for me. She patiently explained everything to me in an understanding matter. She kindly made small talk while we waited for my phone to finish setting up, which made the time pass fast. I was in and out of there! Best customer service I’ve ever had!!

. I haven’t been in your store in a couple years because Ive had such terrible experiences in the past . I dreaded going in today but this visit was a 180°!A young man named Seth Chanove greeted us at the door and went straight to work helping me with an upgrade. I got a new phone and my husband took over my old one . Seth acted very professional and made all the changes necessary to change the number and all contacts for my husband as well as fixing me up with my new one . We were so pleased with this young man . He carried himself in a business -like fashion and gave us service with a smile . I’d been accustomed to loud sighs and just being treated rudely in general when I came in . There have been some wonderful changes at this store !
