Great GameStop one of the best ones with service they always do their best to find what you are looking for

Im giving this place 5 stars just because of the store leader and how hard she has to work with very, very, very limited support from both the company itself and get hiring pool. She deserves a lot better than what shes receiving from both her higher-ups and her workers.

The young lady hers was so unbelievably gorgeous. She had on double layers because it was so cold inside the store. She was very knowledgeable about using a $5 game reserve to pay for Magic cards. (Wink)... I hope she has a significant other in her life because that is the type of woman that you just want to take home to meet your family.

Sales Rep Told me i was going to get a $25 gift card with PS4 Pro purchase. After printing out the receipt refused to give me the gift card. Manager came out and said she can’t do anything. I was able to return but It but would never go back to this location.

Had to contact corporate over an issue. But they are handling it in what seems to be a timely fashion. Never had any issues before today. Hopefully next time will go a bit better

Even though I don’t agree with GameStop’s values as a company, the employees at this particular GameStop are awesome. They make you feel welcomed and are always willing to help you out. I don’t usually shop with GameStop, but this one is definitely worth going too. Great people!

This location has taken on much more professional staff since the fiasco experienced with gears of war 3. But this company has lost my loyalty since they choose to take back my 70,000 points I was saving towards the lancer model.

Very helpful staff, Don was so helpful, I havent played a lot of games, he was very good at helping me find games that I would like based on my interest. Nice clean store, will return to this storefor my next game needs.

We had a problem a couple of months back about someones mouth. I called the corporate office and it was fixed immediately. It was nice to know how much they consider the customers that come in there. I still bring my son in there after the situation was handled with a lot of care.

Im not a gamer so its not like I go to this store all the time or anything! However, I bought my daughter a game system for Christmas (her first one) and I went to the game stop in liberty to check out what they had in terms of games for her system. The staff was very funny and persuasive. They were also very knowledgeable in terms of all the different game systems, when they stopped making games for what systems and just everything. They were able to answer the thousands of questions I had. I bought my daughter a couple games in the end. They were used and still costed a fortune!!! Games are very expensive!! Idk if it was just here or due to the system or what but oh my gosh lol The games were expensive!

I was welcomed with a friendly greeting by both associates, was informed about the stores prestige distinction and the growing popularity of their statues and figurines. Furthermore, I had quite an enjoyable conversation with associate Brett. We shared our thoughts on games like GTA 5, Fallout 4, and the upcoming Fallout 76, and he gave me advice about military service as well. I purchased a pre-order for Red Dead Redemption 2, and was throughly informed beforehand on the different editions available. Overall, my experience was phenomenally great and I look forward to shopping there in the future!

Normally totally great service. Today it was a little different. One of the clerks friends came in began talking ruff sexual content about a girl and the clerk did not try to shut him down immediately knowing there was an underage kid in the business with the parent. I actually had to speak up loudly tell him to knock it off that there were children in the store and needed to knock that mess off. The friend got embarrassed and left the store. I went to check out the clerk was smiling as if to say you told him. No it wasnt my place to do that in the first place it being his friend, but I will do it because I dont want my son thinking women are a piece of meat. Sorry denograting someones daughter is not classy and neither is letting it continue in a public business were children are going to be in a store. It like a teacher going into another teachers class around kids talking sexual content. They would both be fired for it. One for speaking it and the other for allowing it.Called the main corporation they were really understanding and are going to deal with it. I dont want anyone fired just trained that the clerk has to take the lead tell someone stop this is inappropriate behavior around customers. Thank you gamestop for handling this very professionally.

If I could review this particular location without giving it a star, I would. They do not deserve a star.Most if not all of the staff are arrogant douche bags, and because theyre located in such a small town they can get away with things that other locations can not.For example, not upholding the midnight release time. Instead, opening the doors three hours earlier so that they do not have to stay the entire time and shafting most of the player base that showed up ON TIME.Another example, the store closing the doors before the store hours.Or the condescending tone they give you when you ask them a question.This location is terrible and disappoints me that theyve been allowed to function as they have for as long as they have.

Very disappointed. Been using game stop since late 90s. Recently attempted to trade ps4 and was told I have to be charged 50 dollars for light scuffing on cover. Never heard of this before. Will never use store again because of the rude attitude I got from clerk

Good GameStop store, but in the past, I have had trouble with employees, with one obviously getting frustrated with me because they made a mistake, and gave me the wrong charger with my PS vita.
